14/09/2025: Sitting outside in the square enjoying two good coffees and using the restroom, in the meantime we take advantage of the beautiful sunshine and between one sip and another we take some wonderful photos of the beautiful facades of the fantastic Buranese houses.

22/08/2025: Nice restaurant but we waited for the 2 avocado toasts 40 minutes…😏 maybe it looks good on the photo but the waiter bring the order absolutely cold. It was even hard to eat, dry bread, really small portion of avocado and salmon ….Cafe was delicious there but I do not recommend to eat there or even go there if you’re in hurry…

18/12/2025: Every time I come to the CC, I stop for lunch at the poke house. Always great. But this time, I'm reluctant to give them terrible service, the counter all over the place. The staff (young man) didn't even ask if we needed anything. Tables full of dirty trays... I'm so sorry.

12/12/2025: Convenient location in Nave de Vero. The poke is generally fresh and tasty, with a good selection of ingredients. Service can sometimes be a little slow during peak hours, but overall it's a good option for a quick, healthy meal.

03/12/2025: I stopped by for takeout to buy breakfast. It seems to be a Venice chain with other locations. A pistachio croissant, chocolate croissant, and pistachio cake cost about 6.5€. It was good value for money, and the croissant was large with lots of chocolate and pistachio cream inside, so it was delicious. I also wanted to try the maritozzo, but unfortunately they didn't have any, probably because I went right after they opened. I'd like to go back.

14/07/2025: A cena per il comple di mia moglie. Guidati da Ruggero e dai camerieri abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, sia come qualità che come quantità. Abbiamo ordinato - un antipasto al gatto nero (con capesante, canestrelli, sarde in saor, neonata, baccalà mantecato) - una frittura di mazzancolle e calamari spillo - le seppie al nero - biscotti bussolai - una bottiglia di vino Totale 222€ La menzione d’onore va al fatto che, dal momento che ci hanno servito una frittura sbagliata (calamari normali anziché spillo), hanno servito una seconda frittura non addebitandocela.

23/09/2025: First of all, the pizza is excellent! Soft on the crust and flavorful on the dough. As for the toppings, the use of non-standard products and solutions is noteworthy: anchovies served in a tin to demonstrate their quality and origin, capers with their stems. Fresh and natural tomatoes (homegrown!) are used. The Neapolitan pizza is excellent. The beer is appropriate. Fast and courteous service. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable thanks to the space and the attention to detail. Prices are fair.

22/09/2025: Nice restaurant with good seating. We ordered two pizzas with wine and water. The house wine is highly recommended; it tasted very good. Both pizzas were also very good, especially the crust. I find the €2.50 caperto with nothing on it outrageous. The whole thing came to €46, which is still reasonable, but you can get cheaper pizza in Jesolo.

15/11/2025: Shockingly Bad Service for a Supposed Luxury Hotel I honestly can’t believe how terribly we were treated here. We came by boat, dressed for a celebration, expecting at least basic hospitality from a hotel that pretends to be high-end. Instead, we were greeted by a bar manager with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in the service industry. He didn’t just refuse to seat us — he did it with an air of pure arrogance, speaking to us as if we were inconveniencing him by simply showing up. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Just a dismissive tone and a cold stare. Even more disappointing, the other hotel staff stood by and acted the same way — distant, uninterested, and completely unhelpful. Not one person made the slightest effort to offer a solution or show even basic courtesy. The whole experience was humiliating and completely ruined what was supposed to be a special evening. For a hotel of this price and reputation, their behavior is an absolute joke. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. There are plenty of places in Venice that actually know how to treat guests like human beings.

22/12/2025: Good breakfast. The hotel is a bit dated but still pleasant. The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the shower, which was clogged, and my husband couldn't use it because the water was leaking outside. Considering the price of the room (€120), we would have expected a little more attention or a discount for the inconvenience. Furthermore, the windows were closed and the room didn't get much natural light, which made the atmosphere a bit strange.

05/09/2025: BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY DIDN'T ACCEPT US EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS SITTING AT THE TABLES OUTSIDE BECAUSE THEY DON'T ACCEPT DOGS!!!! THAT'S A RUDE WAY. I MUST NOTE: MY DOG IS SMALL AND I DON'T THINK THEY CAN LAWABLY PROHIBIT OUTSIDE ENTRY FOR LUNCH. WHERE WE WENT IS PACKED AND THEY ARE VERY KIND. IT WAS GOOD. THOSE WHO DON'T LOVE ANIMALS SHOULD INDICATE THAT THEY CAN DO ANYTHING, EVEN TO HUMANS. I SHOULD HAVE RUINED MY DAY, INSTEAD I GOT A TREAT OF RELAXATION. BETTER TO STAY AWAY FROM CERTAIN PEOPLE. THANK GOD. KISSES.

09/08/2025: Well, the waitress Justin has a lovely smile, and Noemi, who's really good, and Giorgia are very, very nice. Call yesterday, keep them, but I recommend staying with them, Manuela.
