07/03/2026: Fantastic pasta and a lovely ambiance! Waiters were attentive and we had a great night out - would highly recommend!

06/03/2026: This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had!! From the minute we got into the restaurant, the hostess or waitress was already yelling at us. The servers were literally throwing the plates on the table to us, I said on my very poor Italian “io non mangio frutti di mare”, then the waiter started screaming at me, he changed my plate for a salad that didn’t even have salt, it was so bland and bad. We were with a group so when we all were done eating I left crying

19/10/2025: The campsite is very nice and has an excellent location. Chioggia is also easily accessible on foot. Unfortunately, there is no water connection for campers. The restrooms are clean. Unfortunately, the water wasn't warm in the evening, which isn't so pleasant when washing your hair in October. The reception staff are very friendly.

24/08/2025: What a warm welcome, and what delicious food! A wide selection of pizzas and other dishes. We had pizza and a meat dish, which were truly excellent. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. Don't forget the desserts—highly recommended.

16/03/2026: FRAUD!!! AVOID BEING CHEATED! I ordered an orzo without foam, cost €3, paid €3.45! They added a tip WITHOUT ASKING ME and REFUSED a refund. 15/03/2026: “I had a small snack at Adriatica – Il Palazzo Experimental, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The place is truly beautiful, with an elegant design and attention to detail. The atmosphere is relaxing and refined, perfect for stopping for an aperitif or a snack in a truly evocative setting. I also really appreciated the atmosphere of the internal garden and the spaces of the palazzo, which made the experience even more special. An ideal place for a quality break in Venice. Recommended.”

16/02/2026: We sat on the outside terrace during the carnival float parade. The place was crowded, and given the chaos, my partner was about to go in to order, but the waiters were very quick to notice us. They served us in a flash, and we were able to enjoy part of the parade while sitting comfortably, paying later at the cashier (something that in other cases was requested straight away, which is fine, but as an honest person, I appreciated the trust). 😊

22/02/2026: In 2023, before the renovation, my wife and I went to eat pizza here in June. We returned last night after about three years. The place is beautiful, new, and the staff is very friendly and polite. The pizza fell short of expectations compared to 2023; it tasted like a biscuit. I didn't like it because I took the pizzeria smell home on my clothes, which I could smell until this morning.

09/02/2026: A very good experience. The customer service is excellent, the food is high quality and reasonably priced, and the parking is convenient. We were able to park our campervans and, after a pleasant dinner with good wine and food, stay overnight without any problems. It's well worth a visit, and we'd even go back. Thank you for everything! We'll be back.

15/11/2025: Shockingly Bad Service for a Supposed Luxury Hotel I honestly can’t believe how terribly we were treated here. We came by boat, dressed for a celebration, expecting at least basic hospitality from a hotel that pretends to be high-end. Instead, we were greeted by a bar manager with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in the service industry. He didn’t just refuse to seat us — he did it with an air of pure arrogance, speaking to us as if we were inconveniencing him by simply showing up. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Just a dismissive tone and a cold stare. Even more disappointing, the other hotel staff stood by and acted the same way — distant, uninterested, and completely unhelpful. Not one person made the slightest effort to offer a solution or show even basic courtesy. The whole experience was humiliating and completely ruined what was supposed to be a special evening. For a hotel of this price and reputation, their behavior is an absolute joke. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. There are plenty of places in Venice that actually know how to treat guests like human beings.

26/09/2025: We had a club sandwich, lemon ice cream, two waters, a beer, and a Hugo. It wasn't anything special, but it was okay. The staff was friendly and efficient.

02/03/2026: We had a very good meal. The price-performance ratio was reasonable. The service was excellent, and I found the way the food was presented in the pan very charming. Contrary to some other previous reviews, I didn't experience any problems because we speak German. The restaurant is simply furnished, clean, and tidy. We will definitely come back. Parking is somewhat limited.

02/03/2026: A unique experience! An evening with friends over a shared piñata... a delight. Fresh fish, perfectly cooked, lagoon style. The owner is a friendly and welcoming person who comes out of the kitchen to serve guests.

14/07/2025: A cena per il comple di mia moglie. Guidati da Ruggero e dai camerieri abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, sia come qualità che come quantità. Abbiamo ordinato - un antipasto al gatto nero (con capesante, canestrelli, sarde in saor, neonata, baccalà mantecato) - una frittura di mazzancolle e calamari spillo - le seppie al nero - biscotti bussolai - una bottiglia di vino Totale 222€ La menzione d’onore va al fatto che, dal momento che ci hanno servito una frittura sbagliata (calamari normali anziché spillo), hanno servito una seconda frittura non addebitandocela.
