Everything perfect, friendliness and kindness, the only small flaw that needs to be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms.

We stayed there for 4 nights from 28 October to 1 November 2023 and we liked it. The room was always clean and tidied. We had the Amalfi room. We liked the room, simple but nice, without great pretensions, but welcoming. Huge bathroom, almost bigger than the bedroom, with a window. There is no minibar. The almost entirely home-made breakfast was excellent and extremely plentiful. Excellent. The parking is unattended but spacious. After all, we are talking about a farm surrounded by fields, just outside Mirano, not the Hilton in the center of New York. The geese in the wild were very cute, with their quaquaqua, which in the morning when they were "released" from the room where they are hospitalized for the night. We didn't try the restaurant, as having relatives in the area, it can be said that the accommodation was only a place to sleep, for the rest of the time we always stayed and ate with family. My evaluation is undoubtedly positive, so much so that we have already booked it for December for another 5 nights, an occasion in which we would like to organize a family lunch or dinner. We will see the availability. I perhaps found the exteriors a little modest, but it was the beginning of real autumn, a few fallen leaves and the fact that the external parts were not that well looked after, could be okay. Inside the rooms are simple but functional. Of course, if one wants Villa Crespi on Lake Orta, we are talking about a different environment. And VERY different prices. A place where you feel good, then about eating, we will only evaluate after having done it. If the meals are up to par with the breakfasts, it will be perfect. In December we returned and organized a family dinner. Everything was excellent, fresh and of good quality. Prices normal. Once again, not a single bit of negativity to report. Excellent and plentiful.

Cibo buono.. alcune no zucchine per antipasto salatissime pasticcio con radicchio amaro taglistelle con anatra favolose... e ottimo vino okk pane ottimo e ottimo antipasto l okkk

Very nice place!,really enjoyed! Not far from Venice. We came with the car then we went to Noale train station and in half hour we arrived to Venice. We had dinner and breakfast in this place . The food was very good with also a good service. The only thing is that the walls of the room are not thick so get yourself a pair of earplugs in case you are a light sleeper.

Ci sono andato per conoscere posti nuovi dove poterfare le mie fesre con amici. Ristorante antipasto e tagliata tutto buono vino e dolce subblime l'unica peca è che il menù lo dicono a voce e non sai cosa costano le portate e il conto fano il totale senza nessuna voce . Sinceramente tutto ottimo ma non è da portare persone che non si sa quanto di spenda . Da quello che ho preso prezxo un po elevato .
