29/06/2026: I specifically went to this ice cream shop from out of town because it has excellent reviews, but I was very disappointed. The pistachio was a bright green, instead of the more natural brownish color of quality pistachios. The gelato base was very watery. The whipped cream fell out of the cone on its own as soon as I left the shop (not far from another huge blob of white gelato; the same thing probably happened to another customer). The cone was the classic thin lab cone, and the portions were quite small for the price, which is as high as at a city gelato shop. Overall, it didn't live up to expectations.

26/07/2026: A small green oasis where you can relax, sip an aperitif accompanied by artisanal chips, or dine while listening to the soothing sound of the water gushing from the organic pond. Vegetarian dishes prepared with quality ingredients and carefully presented. A must-try.

22/03/2026: I would like to point out that for about a month now, the digital billboard on the street has not shown the price of fuel, and it has not implemented the government measure to reduce excise duties by about 25 cents. In fact, petrol is currently being dispensed in self-service mode at 1.859!

18/06/2026: My boyfriend and I usually go here in the evenings. The owners and the employee are friendly and welcoming. Excellent value for money, something you rarely find anywhere else! Highly recommended!

18/02/2026: The best takeout pizza in Meolo! Lots of pizzas to choose from, including seasonal options, but my favorite is the one with fries. Friendly staff, especially the young lady (really great). Fair prices.

11/06/2026: This was probably the best meal we had in Venice at a reasonable price (for Venice standards). Service was a bit slow but friendly and unpretentious and the two dishes we ordered, marinated cockerel and pork shank, were delicious and well presented. The side salad was excellent as well. We had our dinner outside, next to the canal. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we weren’t eaten alive by mosquitos - but do use your mosquito repellent! As we were leaving, the jazz band had started playing inside and it looked really cool. We would happily go back to Laguna Libre for the food, the atmosphere and the live music.

08/06/2026: We were very disappointed because we had a good time; the restaurant is well located by the canal. The food was decent. The servers were very good too, but the owner seemed a bit out of it. And what a surprise it was when we checked our bill! The house wine had been charged at €37 when it was advertised at €25!

02/05/2026: Breakfast wasn't included in our reservation, and when we checked in that evening, they insisted on offering it, describing it as "delicious," made with local products, and highly recommended. Furthermore, they didn't give us the option to decide the next morning if we wanted it or not: we had to order it right then and there and pay for it in advance. We accepted, paying €30 per person (€120 total), expecting something commensurate with the price… but it was a huge disappointment. The breakfast was very poor: one kiwi to share between four people, one orange for four, cheap sugary supermarket cereal, low-quality bottled juice, a meager and unremarkable selection of pastries, toast with butter and jam, and one boiled egg per person. They didn't even have regular coffee, only capsules. Frankly, the value for money is terrible, and the way they manage it is deceptive. This for €120 is completely unacceptable. I've attached a photo. I absolutely would not recommend it.

13/04/2026: Terrible establishment! Restaurant with unhelpful staff! Misleading advertising on the menu! They offer a set menu that isn't actually available. 27 euros for a second course and a fruit salad with a Coke included! Outrageous price for a self-service restaurant! There's no point in going on! Not recommended!

01/08/2026: We had a great experience! The prices are really reasonable and the quality-price ratio is excellent. The restaurant offers both a pleasant outdoor lawn area, perfect for al fresco dining, and a very comfortable, air-conditioned indoor dining room. We tried several dishes and loved them all. The bread was really delicious and the portions were generous. We absolutely recommend it!

26/06/2026: Excellent find while staying in a nearby hotel. The service was friendly and the food was excellent and such a good price for a vast array of seafood. Highly recommend!

18/05/2026: A typical Venetian osteria, where the food is excellent and abundant, including fish. The friendly waitresses calmly explain the various dishes.

30/07/2026: A little chaotic but nothing to say, I took a couple of excellent sandwiches for the trip, I had a top breakfast

16/05/2026: Cool breakfast bar with a very large selection of desserts! Very friendly staff; highly recommended!

01/08/2026: The quality-price ratio is good, but the gelato is too stringy and lacks flavor. Plus, it leaves a heavy feeling immediately after eating it. Considering this is a historic gelato shop in Dolo, it's a real shame!

28/07/2026: The waitress at the snack bar initially ignored us, then refused to serve my family because we needed a ticket, but she never bothered to tell us where to buy one. I've never seen such an unfriendly person in a shop. July 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Apart from that, the service area is pleasant and clean.
