19/02/2026: For those arriving in Venice and looking to immediately enjoy an excellent Spritz accompanied by some delicious cicchetto (bread bites accompanied by cheese, fish, or cured meats, variously assorted and seasoned according to Venetian tradition), this bacaro is ideal: quality, cleanliness, and affordability (only one euro a cicchetto!). The owner, Sam, and the staff are incredibly kind and friendly, with a truly exceptional level of customer service, from tourists from all over the world to Venetian students. It's located in a beautiful square, overlooking a quiet canal just steps from Piazzale Roma. The four stars for the atmosphere are only because the place is very small and has no seating inside, but it's still charming and offers tables outside. Highly recommended!

This is the authentic Venetian spirit perfected. Do yourself a favor: if you are ever in Venice, make sure you stop by and say hi to Francesco! ​Bacaro ae Bricoe is truly an unmissable gem. Not only do you get this incredibly warm, familial service, but the location is spectacular—it’s a beautiful waterfront spot, perfect for sipping an ombra and watching the boats go by. The atmosphere is cozy, rustic, and constantly buzzing with happy locals. ​And let's talk about the food and value. Their cicchetti are miniature masterpieces of Venetian flavor, but the prices are highly reasonable, especially considering the quality and the prime location. You can enjoy an evening of phenomenal wine, delicious small bites, and unmatched hospitality without breaking the bank. ​This is more than a wine bar; it is an authentic, soul-soothing slice of Venice, run by three of the best hosts in the city. 31/01/2026: I went for a quick drink as a second round, but ended up eating a lot. The ham platter was generous and varied, and it was delicious. It was also nice to see a lot of locals enjoying themselves.

Pasta al ragù per il bambino con all’interno un filo di metallo probabilmente lasciato da qualche spugna usata per lavare le pentole, visto ad occhio nudo appena portato il piatto. Tagliatelle con spezzato di manzo immangiabili, l’unico gusto che si sentiva era il rosmarino. Pasta scotta. Gnocchi al ragu’ d’anatra dove il ragù in realtà era mantecato. Petto d’anatra dove l’unico gusto che si sentiva era la salsa che sovrastava qualsiasi altro sapore. 110 euro in 3 per aver mangiato in modo terribile. A mai più!

14/07/2025: We stayed at this agriturismo for only two nights, but everything was top-notch. The location is perfect for visiting the parks, the rooms, and the breakfast were all fantastic. The owners were welcoming and discreet, the food was excellent, and we'll definitely return. Highly recommended.
