07/06/2026: An experience that goes beyond dinner. Returning to Antica Osteria da Cera was much more than sitting in a two-Michelin-star restaurant for me: it was returning to a place where cuisine, memory, sea, and vision meet with a rare ease. I ate divinely. Each dish spoke of a cuisine crafted with absolute precision, yet never cold: supreme technique, extraordinary ingredients, elegance, depth, and a marine sensibility that only comes from those who truly know fish, respect it, and know how to transform it without betraying it. From pasta to fish, from shellfish to bread, from the dining room details to the most essential small steps, everything communicates one thing: here, we don't seek effect, we seek the truth of flavor. For me, it was also a special evening on a personal level: I chanced upon a loved one whom I hadn't seen in 10 years, and I had the pleasure of reuniting with Chef Lionello Cera, with whom I had the honor of collaborating in the past. Rediscovering that human, as well as professional, quality made the experience even more intense.
