24/05/2025: I'm calling because on deliveroo it doesn't let me add something and they answer me in a completely rude way, telling me to come and get it, they hang up on me while I'm talking, and actually going on the app it doesn't allow you to add something on the "gourmet" pizzas but on the others yes, terrible in their manners, so much so that I preferred to wait before finding another pizzeria to write this comment, which maybe can help you stay away from these people (I spoke on the phone with 3 people, a lady, and a boy, the boy was the only one who was polite, I understand the confusion but this is not the manner, I won't say goodbye otherwise I'll repeat what I said when they hung up on me

19/05/2025: Servizio scarso , pizza nulla di che' digerita con difficoltà .. richiesto se avevano asparagi freschi da mettere sulla pizza ,visto che è la stagione sua , la risposta è stata vaga , mangiato 2 pizze bianche con pomodorini secchi ,prezzo con supplemento di 2,50 x la pizza e 1,50 x pomodorini secchi ..mai successo di pagare supplemento x pizza bianca , birre Radler 6 € cad una , in altre pizzerie 4 € ... coperto € 2,50 .. prezzi alti , sarà per la bella vista che si gode da lassù... per il resto è stato tutto negativo molto scarsa ...l'affluenza di clienti visto che era un sabato sera ... per il passato ci sono stato varie volte a mangiare nn lo trovata così scadente come ora ..

10/03/2025: Unfortunately, the first time I went and brought home the piadinas, one paid for was missing, after having mentioned it on the phone, the second time I got one at no cost, but my wife complained about the radicchio cream, honestly I spent €31 for four piadinas but I wasn't 100% satisfied.

21/02/2025: Usually I don't review places but in this case I do it out of civic sense. Very dirty and with poor hygiene. What is the way this place is cleaned?.. Dirty windows with stains.. Disgusting bathroom conditions. Toilet with encrustations of brown dirt.. The identity of the place breathes in every corner. Isn't keeping the place clean a sign of respect for your customers?.. I don't want to go into detail about the quality of the food because it's in line with the review. A disappointing experience.

02/05/2025: Ci sono ritornata dopo anni e devo dire che la pizza è notevolmente migliorata, molto più morbida e gustosa. I prezzi sono eccessivi : va bene la location in centro a Castelfranco, ma 2,50 di coperto (per una pizza già molto costosa ) e 2,50 per un caffè mi sembrano troppi. Non parliamo poi dei dolci, che arrivano a 7 euro alla porzione. . Io e i miei amici ci siamo per questo recati altrove per il dopo cena. Servizio abbastanza veloce, ma camerieri musoni.

24/05/2025: Il cibo è buono, nulla da dire. Pesce molto buono, i primi non sono niente male. Anche il servizio in sala non e male. Quello che non va bene, è il fatto che sia carissimo ma proprio alle stelle. E che il proprietario, molto pieno di se, ti fa capire che ti fa lo sconto che ti tratta bene e poi sbaaaam 60 € per un primo e tre antipasti. Dispiace, ma tutto buono, ok, ma farmi spennare da uno che mi prende in giro, No.

16/04/2025: A mess. The aubergines were old, dry and hyper salty, the soya was old, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Never again.

25/02/2025: Good morning Not only a shop but also a self-service bar/restaurant, the prices are average, lunch is quick, if you have little time I highly recommend, takeaway is also possible, the shop is well stocked, arm yourself with patience the first few times, ask the ultra kind and polite shop assistants without any problems, dogs are allowed both in the shop and in the restaurant.

24/04/2025: AVOID THIS BAR I could give the least to the star We were passing through to visit Castelfranco, we stopped at the Sonia bar for 2 spritzes, we sat down, after a while the waiter arrived and we ordered the priz. After a while he brought them without chips, we asked him for chips or peanuts and the answer was, we ran out of them. we pointed out to the waiter that when the customer orders he must say that he had run out of chips, he replies that he is right but he doesn't know what to do, saying I'll tell the owner. while we started drinking the spritz it was colored water it didn't taste like anything, while the owner arrived to tell us there's something wrong with a bold face, we pointed out to him that there were no chips, he replied with an arrogant look, unfortunately we worked for Easter and Easter Monday we finished everything... he was complaining because there were too many people!! ..with an arrogant air she tells us I'll offer them..I told her absolutely I'll pay for them. it was to say that before taking the order to tell the customer that the chips are finished... and a way to be correct towards the customer... ZERO professionalism dear arrogant and arrogant boor, I don't want begging from you. I hope people avoid your place For your rudeness. so at the time you say UNFORTUNATELY I don't get any customers, at least you understand what respecting CUSTOMERS means
