08/09/2025: I've been frequenting this pastry shop for a while now, and I can describe it as an oasis of sweetness and tradition. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and the irresistible aroma of fresh pastries. The staff is friendly and professional, ready to offer advice and satisfy every request, providing fast and efficient service. Prices are in line with the quality of the products offered. This pastry shop is definitely recommended to anyone with a sweet tooth.

16/08/2025: The company is excellent, and the ladies who work there are eternally adolescent, full of light, freshness, and kindness, despite the harsh times that pass for everyone.... Go and you will find peace and wonderful desserts.... perhaps I would change the coffee, but the cheerfulness of all the women makes you forget the not-always-roasted Dersut coffee... 04/10/2025: Terrible, terrible service Just look at all the reviews, copy/paste response No customer service Totems that don't work, no one to monitor them Personally, I chose takeout, and for once I decided to stop and, to avoid losing my table, I ordered from the table Terrible choice, food still not collected And probably thrown away, €10 won't change my life, anyway, it doesn't offer the service it should There's no point in replying to the review with the customer service email; just read the customer complaints, which are public, without washing your hands, and send a copy/paste response Never again

20/09/2025: We stopped for a quick snack the other afternoon. The manager, I think, was very kind, even though we were a little hesitant. She recommended the king menu, which was perfect! Delicious sandwiches and piping hot fries (other places often have them frozen). Top location! I highly recommend it! We'll be back soon. Excellent snack and very kind people!

04/10/2025: I'll never go back. I wanted to give it a chance because Koi closed. I had a table reserved for 1:30 PM. When we arrived, we ordered, and the first courses arrived at 2:15 PM. I'm hungry and don't want to wait that long. The red-haired waitress needs to start treating customers better. She messed up an order and rudely blamed me, the customer, forcing me to eat something I hadn't ordered just because she misunderstood the number. (I recommend doing like Koi and getting tablets to order.) I kindly ask you to learn how to treat customers, and above all, to be humble and admit your mistake. Otherwise, I suggest you change jobs. Terrible experience. Thumbs up to all the other workers, but you need to be quicker with your service. I can't wait that long to eat. I have a life, and I won't waste it waiting for your dishes with very small portions. #koitipleaseopen #don'tgothere

28/09/2025: Average quality food, rude staff, and extra charges added to the receipt (which they only did because I asked for it, they try not to give you a receipt, and there is no attention or friendliness towards the customer). Highly not recommended!

21/09/2025: As mentioned in previous reviews, there has definitely been investment in the interior and bathroom fixtures. Breakfast was well-prepared, although we quickly realized the gentlemen had set the table for themselves and hadn't anticipated guests. Nevertheless, it was a fine breakfast. Unfortunately, any positive impressions were negated by the unfriendly and downright rude behavior of the lobby staff (owner). The gentlemen understood English when it suited them. They offered sickening smiles in between, and exchanged Italian banter when it became clear we needed to make ourselves understood in English. They were completely unaware of privacy laws. Because the computer was locked during check-in and they still needed to register us, they held our passports and told us to pick them up the next morning. When I objected, the gentleman was annoyed and, without consultation or permission, made copies of passports under the scanner. This is illegal under European law and is punishable by law. Getting out after closing time was difficult because the gentleman had to get up from his chair to unlock the door. Shouldn't this door be open for guests anyway? I finally got the last straw to go inside at check-in. After verbally insisting I was going to get my phone charger from the car and threatening to use the emergency exit, the gentleman finally got out of his chair, grumbling in Italian. Disgraceful behavior. The rooms are not ventilated, let alone air-conditioned, and during 30-degree nights, we didn't sleep a wink. When I pointed this out, I was supposed to understand the deferred maintenance?! Furthermore, the yellowed socks of a previous guest were under the bed, which testified to a long absence of a vacuum cleaner. Frustratingly, the socks in question were not even that far under the bed, and I noticed them when I picked something up from the floor. A ridiculous scenario; again, the gentlemen just shrugged. Save yourself the trouble... Look for a hotel that actually welcomes guests.

09/02/2025: Fraccaro Caffè è un vero gioiello a Castelfranco Veneto! L'ambiente è moderno, pulito e ben curato, con un ampio parcheggio molto comodo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ho provato il cappuccino e la brioche, entrambi deliziosi. La varietà dei piatti stagionali è notevole e il servizio catering sembra essere molto personalizzato. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per una pausa rilassante o per organizzare eventi speciali.

30/01/2025: Mangiato bene, personale molto gentile. Unica cosa negativa : pulizia tavoli vicino a chi sta mangiando con lo spray. É molto fastidioso sopratutto per chi é allergico a certe sostanze.

01/10/2025: I stumbled upon this place by chance after leaving the airport at 10:45 p.m., very hungry. I was served by a very kind and friendly Bangladeshi waitress. I ordered a hamburger, and she passed me on to another Chinese man who seemed to be the owner. When I paid, she forced me to pay for ketchup and mustard, and her treatment was appalling. Although Chinese people are friendly, this type of person is terrible at dealing with me. I felt exploited, scammed, and defrauded, and I don't recommend it. Thank you.

07/10/2025: Great hospitality and stunning scenery. If you want to step back in time and return to the essentials that give life meaning, dedicate a day here on Monte Grappa and head to Malga Archeset. All you have to do is stop and admire the view, the silence, and understand how Gianni and his wife live. They run this place with love and all that nature has to offer, offering simple and genuine hospitality.

17/08/2025: At the Cone's first-floor bar, right in front of the escalator, the staff is truly friendly, courteous, and quick to assist customers. I always go there, partly because they serve excellent coffee and a pleasant selection of pastries and sandwiches.
