06/04/2025: Sono andato per una cena di cresima della mia figlioccia, personale gentile, ma tra una portata e l'altra poco tempo, il mangiare era pessimo tutto riscaldato o crudo, mia moglie non può mangiare formaggio e gliel'hanno portato, sebbene i genitori della ragazzina glielo avevano detto, il menù era stato scelto ma il risotto non era quello scelto.

30/05/2025: It was a pleasant surprise, we ate a lot and it was good, the atmosphere is very nice and the staff pampers you. Not to mention the food, very good and fresh. It is varied, there are really so many good things. The tartare was really very good, with burrata and truffle, mamma mia, the photos speak for themselves.

30/04/2025: Absolutely avoid! This pseudo-pizzeria is a real nightmare. The environment is dirty and dilapidated, so much so that I kept company with the cockroaches that wandered around undisturbed. The staff, then, is disarmingly rude and rude, they seemed annoyed by our presence. Pizza? An insult to Italian cuisine: poor ingredients, gummy and burnt dough. The wait was biblical and the bill, never mind!!! An experience to forget and to be strongly discouraged for anyone with a minimum of self-respect and hygiene. Stay away! I give 1 star because 0 is not possible. 🤬🤮🤮

12/05/2025: This restaurant is lucky enough to be directly on Piazza dei Signori with tables overlooking the clock tower. With such a premise there would be all the conditions to split. However, unfortunately the service, although kind, lacks that push that would make the place fill up. The menu satisfies everyone but finds very little space for local tradition. Average dishes, in line with the prices. A real shame! A position that is worth like a mine

21/04/2025: Ordered from here trying to find a new favorite pizza place and it was a disaster! Ordered late after getting home from working late, didn’t have time to cook. Thought I would have some pizza ordered for my children, and when it was delivered, it was burnt on a bottle on top of the crust was crunchy and it was nothing we could do with the pizza but throw it away. I called They told me they can give me a refund which they never did and then they also told me They could not make me a new pizza because they was closed. I will never order from this place again.

20/04/2025: Ho cenato ieri sera con il mio compagno per la prima volta. Avevo letto diverse recensioni, sia positive che negative, ma mi attirava comunque l'idea di cenare in vagone di un treno. Abbiamo optato per la cena al ristorante al piano terra (al primo piano vengono servite le pizze), devo dire che siamo stati entrambi piacevmente sorpresi per la bontà della carne che è stata una cosa strepitosa, oltre che agli antipasti, contorni e dolci. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale, il conto è stato in linea con la qualità dei piatti serviti e comunque nel menù i prezzi sono indicati. Torneremo senz'altro per assaggiare altre specialità di questo posto.

06/05/2025: We order two pizzas on a Friday evening, convinced that, living just 300 meters from the pizzeria and on the same street, there would be no problems. Deluded. After more than 20 minutes of waiting, we decide to call for explanations (obviously they hadn't even thought of writing down the number to contact us) and we are told that the deliveryman got lost... in the "side streets". Too bad that, I repeat, we are practically around the corner. The pizzas arrive 45 minutes late, without even the offer of a discount or free gift as other pizzerias often do when something goes wrong. A heartfelt thank you to the pizza chef who personally brought them to us, facing the epic journey in the required white apron, and who, after our request, offered us a 3 euro discount. I highly recommend the delivery driver download Google Maps. (answer) I appreciate the effort in the response, but allow me to clarify a bit, since some details seem to have ended up in the same "side street" where your deliveryman got lost. 1. The address: What you were provided is correct. You can check it yourself by opening any navigator: by entering the address as it was given, you will arrive straight in front of my house. Nothing but side streets and expeditions into uncharted territories. If the deliveryman got lost, the problem isn't the house number but perhaps the sense of direction (or the fact that no one bothered to check before leaving). 2. Delivery management: That a pizzeria doesn't write down its customer number is, frankly, surreal. It's not the customer who has to start looking for the pizzeria after half an hour of nothing. 3. The deliveryman's tragicomic scene: When we called, we were told that the deliveryman was "ringing all the bells around" looking for the correct address. Really? In an area where anyone could have shown him the right path with two words? It all sounds a little more farcical than professional, forgive my frankness. 4. The “discount” and the price: Whether delivery is free is your commercial choice, not an act of charity. And frankly, if the service turns out to be so confusing and ineffective, it's the minimum wage. We had to ask for the 3 euro discount on our own and given that the address we provided led exactly to our destination, I'd say there's no doubt about whose mistake it was. In conclusion, I reiterate that the review does not arise from malice, but from an objectively uncomfortable experience that could have been managed in a decidedly better way. 14/04/2025: This is a margherita pizza with €2 added ham, most likely, indeed I certainly hope so, they do it as a third job given the lack of competence with which they make the pizzas and anyone who says that the pizzas here are good is probably better off continuing to eat the frozen ones. I also attach the total receipt €16.50, pizza with rocket and two cherry tomatoes without mozzarella €9 and margherita with two pieces of old ham if you zoom in you can see it very well €7.50, like when you get the pizza with the fried potatoes that have been closed inside a plastic bowl for who knows how many days. Really shameful and they call themselves pizza chefs, now all they need to do is watch a couple of YouTube videos and they're down to opening pizzerias. And I repeat, people say that the pizza is very good in these places... come to think of it, the meteorite would be a great fit now. And I add if the owner allows himself to dispute this review I will publish another 20 photos of the pizzas I got from him, one worse than the other and then we'll see how he can respond. I advise him to take this review and examine his conscience about what kind of rubbish he serves customers.

16/02/2025: Despite not being comfortable, I have been going to Riccardo at the Bottari tavern for more than 10 years. I have never, and I mean never, been disappointed, in fact it always gets better. Here you eat the best fish in the world. The service is excellent, the environment as well and the food super. The times are those needed for freshly prepared dishes. Time flies because the welcome and company are superlative. The prices are much lower than the quality offered. Those who are in a hurry or want to spend less can find many sandwich shops to turn to. The Bottari tavern is irreplaceable
