Very nice place, knowledgeable and friendly staff, what can I say, the Montagnana raw ham is unsurpassed... the local wines are excellent...

We recently visited this pub. It's located in the historic center of Montagnana, Padua. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, and they were able to accommodate every request. Rating: EXCELLENT (the best we can offer).

We stopped in Montagnana on December 31st for a family aperitif within the fabulous walls of the castle, and we stopped at this Hostaria to try the much-vaunted Prosciutto Veneto DOP. And I must say it was a perfect choice!! The guy who served us was friendly and professional, the trio of prosciutto we ordered was out of this world!! It literally melted on the palate... one slice leads to another... the schissotto was truly fantastic and the glass of bubbles very good, fair and standard prices.

This was my second visit to this beautiful Hostaria. The food was excellent, the raw fish was fabulous, and the rest was great too! Unfortunately, the place wasn't heated, so it lost a few points! Highly recommended, though! 👍

Nice place. Shame about the owner. She should open a herbal tea shop, not a place with music and alcohol and criticizing the habits of her customers. As a former smoker, those who inhale legal snuff don't bother me at all.

08/01/2026: Excellent crispy pizza, thin dough and very digestible, excellent courtesy of the very polite and non-invasive staff, also other dishes such as meat and fish are of quality, definitely to return.
26/12/2025: Delicious pizza, very large and thin crust. Various specialty pizzas with unique combinations, prices based on ingredients, so it's not a cheap pizzeria. They also offer classic pizzas, of course, with reasonable prices. Wide selection of beers. Service is fairly fast. Pleasant place, with room for large tables.
