19/08/2026: The evening started well, in a beautiful, elegant room with perfectly air-conditioned surroundings. The oysters arrived 10 minutes after ordering, and were truly delicious and of high quality. Unfortunately, then the problems began: it took 25 minutes for the plate with the oyster shells to be taken away, and another 50 minutes for the second course to be served (after being prompted three times). Between the second and third courses, we waited another 30 minutes. We didn't order dessert; perhaps it would have arrived for breakfast. Jokes aside, no one bothered to notify us of the delay or apologize. No apology came, not even when I complained directly to the owner, who only tried to justify himself, blaming the kitchen for the chef's absence and the staff for poor service. Aside from the oysters, of the six dishes ordered, one was unpresentable, three were passable, and two were inadequate. P.S. maybe it wasn't necessary, but offering a liqueur or a drink at the end of the dinner would have been a polite gesture, perhaps even apologizing (at least once).

18/08/2026: I had the pleasure of enjoying an excellent seafood dinner with my sister. The staff were friendly and professional, the fish was well-cooked, and the first courses were truly exquisite: a perfect balance of flavors. The bill was absolutely fair. Thank you, Diego, for the wonderful experience.

07/08/2026: Dinner was a succession of "delicious!", friendly and smiling service, quiet and elegant atmosphere, the food... well..."DELICATE!" We will definitely be back to try the menus of other seasons.

26/07/2026: Excellent seafood and meat restaurant. Although between the two options, I'd opt for the seafood because it's delicious and fresh. They also have gluten-free options. The atmosphere is quiet. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Prices are in line with the service offered.

10/06/2026: Recommended by friends. Tonight I decided to trust the guys at Dorio for our anniversary. From the first moment, you can tell the place is top-notch, very top-notch! From the details, to the decor, to the staff's image. Super friendly and attentive, never intrusive! We had a wonderful evening and the food was divine! From the raw seafood platter, to the linguine with sea urchins, and the signature dish—and I mean, the tuna rib! (Devastating) Well done guys, keep it up!! See you next time!

I'm a loyal customer and will definitely be back. I recommend trying the tartare, fried chicken, and the legendary salted caramel cheesecake!

09/07/2026: Here we are at Solemaya, let's start by saying that we don't like Mexican cuisine at all!!! But yes, we came and we rate the service 5 stars, maximum attention and care to the customer!! The atmosphere, 4 stars clean but in some places you can see that they were rushed and that's not good I'll take away a star!! We ordered the main fish dish, which was very fresh and quality, I've been to other Mexican restaurants and this definitely exceeds the average, for a lover of this cuisine I can say top, there were no flaws or imperfections on the dish and also beautiful to look at, personal rating 4 if I were a lover of Mexican I would have given 5!! Top service!!

26/07/2026: I went for dinner last night with my family. It was a wonderful place, and the staff was kind and helpful. We ate really well; I definitely recommend the meat. Save room for dessert and try the fiordilatte ice cream! The gin and tonic is also a must-try! The ingredients are amazing! We'll be back.

The food and service were excellent, with special mention for the pastry shop, but everything we tasted was top-quality and beautifully presented. The staff was perfect, courteous and attentive without being intrusive. A very welcome surprise of dry biscuits, complete with a heartfelt greeting. We'll definitely be back; the quality and service were top-notch. A wonderful evening.
