03/08/2025: The location is nice and welcoming, with bright lights and tables near the canal, but as soon as you read the menu, you wonder if you've landed in a three-Michelin-star restaurant... We decided to try the food anyway. The grilled ingredients were 50% good and 50%...in my opinion, not worth €25...the peppered mussels (we're unsure about their freshness) were cold, the sauce was nonexistent, and we paid a €3 cover charge (standard with a paper napkin; I would have expected at least a lemon towel...). I wouldn't recommend it for food; it's too expensive and not everything is tasty. But for a drink, the place is nice and the staff are friendly.

08/08/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance while vacationing in Verona and were truly impressed! On our first night, we opted for the pizza tour: all the pizzas were excellent, with light dough and quality ingredients. The next day, unfortunately, our daughter wasn't feeling well, so we decided to order takeout. The owner was exceptionally kind: he personally delivered our order, demonstrating great attention and helpfulness. We tried the pasta dishes, piadinas, and salads: everything was carefully prepared, tasty, and well-balanced. The value for money is truly excellent. A place that combines quality, courtesy, and passion: highly recommended!

11/07/2025: Yesterday at lunch I had a truly unacceptable experience. It's not the first time I've been there, and every time I notice they use very little soy sauce. So, this time I simply asked if they could add a little more. But what they served me was a real provocation: completely drowned in soy sauce, totally inedible. The only non-Asian woman present prepared it. She looked at me with a challenging expression and laughed, as if she'd done it on purpose. And indeed, she did. In the first photo I took, you can clearly see how much soy sauce I managed to remove, and it was an excessive amount. In the second photo, you can see how much was still inside despite all my attempts to fix it. A disaster. When I tried to talk to her about it, she replied annoyed, "You asked for it," without even trying to understand. I told her I could show her exactly how much sauce she'd put on, but her only response was, "I'll give you a discount like it's Tuesday"—on the second course, which I had to pay for because the first course was completely ruined. Arrogant, rude, and deliberately inappropriate behavior. I'm sorry to say this, but after this experience, they're done for. I sincerely hope management takes serious action.

04/05/2025: Abbiamo cercato un ristorante un po' particolare su internet per il nostro soggiorno ad Abano. Siamo stati fortunati: ottima scelta!! Menù alla romana perfetto, posto gradevole, personale gentile e veloce, prezzo giusto.

18/08/2025: The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired; the pendant lamps over the tables are an industrial remnant of "Paint Your Life." The only joy of this place is the usual time-saving, euro-saving food, which clogs your veins but provides you with a little good. Susanna was our heroine, blonde, with legs, lip liner, and a gorgeous smile. She served us and loved us with human warmth. She is the Lady Gaga of our Ritonda in Viareggio. The one and only Susanna who, like Bambola, does practically everything: fries, menus, ice cream, cash register, no colleagues, just a desire to do things and elbow grease. We love you, Susanna.

14/08/2025: Never again in my life in a McDonald's. The food is disgusting and then when you see that the people preparing the sandwiches work without gloves it makes you want to vomit.

09/06/2025: Non possiamo commentare il cibo, perché ce ne siamo andati prima di ordinare. Possiamo esprimere un’opinione solo sul servizio. Appena arrivati, abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare tavolo e ci siamo spostati in una zona più tranquilla. Da lì in poi… il nulla. Dopo 20 minuti di attesa, durante i quali nessuno si è avvicinato per prendere l’ordine, abbiamo deciso di andarcene. Ci siamo alzati e usciti, senza che nessuno se ne accorgesse. Non mi sembra affatto professionale.

07/06/2025: Wie immer sehr gut gegessen, einziger Kritikpunkt dass anscheinend vom Service das falsche Gericht boniert und geordert wurde, da es trotzdem sehr schmackhaft und ähnlich war gibt’s nur einen Punkt Abzug dieses mal

05/03/2025: Creepy experience. I settled down for a fruit juice and cream pastry and, sadly, felt ill shortly afterwards. I therefore went to the bathroom and, as already mentioned in other reviews, I was disturbed by the owner who began to knock insistently, commenting that it was not possible "for a young man" to stay closed in the bathroom for so long (just over ten minutes). On the way out, with the owner still in the anteroom between me and the sink, she shared her paranoia thinking that I had locked myself in the bathroom to puncture myself. Unfortunately, I needed the bathroom a second time, a little later, and similarly, after a short time, the other owner came knocking forcefully and forcefully, commenting that I wasn't at home and that there were other customers in need (the bar was empty and, if I'm not mistaken, there are two bathrooms). After recovering for a moment I decided to start paying and took the glass of unfinished juice to the counter: it was rudely snatched from my hands by the visibly angry owner, who obviously didn't fail to complain when I mentioned that I would be paying by card. After a five-minute ordeal with my pos not working and my stomach still churning, I managed to close the account and get out of this aseptic hole into which I hope never to return.

17/08/2025: We had breakfast twice, but overall the experience was not satisfactory. The desserts were small but expensive, the taste was quite disappointing, the cappuccino was a bit runny, plus one caffe latte, and the staff wasn't particularly friendly.

13/08/2025: Unfortunately, it wasn't a positive experience... the brioche was more like a miniature than a real brioche, the flavor was passable, but above all, the "maritozzo" (which is a completely different thing from a bombolone) was filled with (sour) cream that was at least a day or two old, and cost a whopping €3.50. It's a shame because the place is nice.

06/05/2025: It wasn't much of an experience. Perhaps the worst was seeing the coffee from the machines at breakfast...

22/01/2025: After paying €125 a night for a triple I have to review. I paid to stay in the cold, super hard mattress, super dirty bedside table drawers, no comment breakfast (packaged croissants and coffee etc etc from the machine you find in the hospital) but the most shocking thing is not finding a bottle of water in the room. There is also a PAYMENT drinks machine but IT DOESN'T WORK. It wasn't a holiday trip but unfortunately a health trip so we couldn't go out or buy water somewhere else also because alone in a city you don't know you lock yourself in your room and that's it. Very disappointed, I will never return. I advise against it with all my heart! A night without water to drink.....shame. P.s. the next day also without light from 8.30! The only positive note that made me book this place was the proximity to the Negrar hospital. 2 minutes walk and you are there.

02/07/2025: I don't understand all these complaints... 10 minutes late... oh god... they are honest the pizza is excellent... if you want it well cooked you say so... then sometimes it happened to me too that it wasn't cooked as I wanted... it can happen... I've been to all the pizzerias in Lonigo... at the moment I find it ok... let's trust them.

23/04/2025: I often get pizza at this pizzeria and I must say that it is a good pizza, the staff is friendly and fast. I recommend fixing that damn cell phone that doesn't pick up when I call to order. I would definitely recommend this pizzeria ;)
