08/08/2025: We were absolutely thrilled! The food – especially the pizza – was simply outstanding. Each of us tried a different version, and everyone agreed: great flavor, great crust, high-quality ingredients. The drinks were also delicious, and the wine was also impressive. We'd especially like to highlight the service: very attentive, friendly, and even multilingual – that made the evening even more enjoyable. A real highlight: There was a small concert taking place right next door, which perfectly rounded off the already great atmosphere. If you're looking for good pizza in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place for you. We'll definitely be back! 🍕🍷🎶

26/07/2025: Thin-crust pizza, super-fast service. The place isn't very large, overlooking a small pedestrian square, but some tables are on a somewhat drab gallery.

18/07/2025: The pizzas were really good, nothing to complain about the quality. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the attitude of the staff, especially the owner. After asking *three times* to order, we were ignored until he "remembered" us. When it came time to get the bill, we were asked if we would be paying by debit card, and without giving us time to check the receipt, the owner was already there with the POS ready to collect, making us feel anxious and rushed. When we asked for a free liqueur (which was offered), we were told he doesn't offer anything to first-time visitors, especially those who pay by debit card. It's a shame; a simple gesture would have been enough to leave a lasting impression. Instead, he *lost two customers*. From what I read in the comments, we're not the first to notice this. Never again.

09/05/2025: Sono andato in questa pizzeria con mia moglie e i miei 2 bambini perché attirato dalla nomea positiva che aveva in Internet.. Abbiamo preso una champignon con impasto normale ed una tirolese con impasto normale..I miei figli non hanno mangiato..La champignon era abbastanza condita ma con la tirolese proprio non ci siamo.. 4 funghi porcini e fette invisibili di speck.. visto il costo degli 11€ pensavo ad una pizza diversa..Poi ho fatto presente al cameriere dopo aver ricevuto il conto, che i coperti non erano 3 ma bensì 2 perché abbiamo mangiato solo io e mia moglie.. la bambina è rimasta nel seggiolone ed il bambino ha mangiato lo yogurt da noi portato.. ecco abbiamo usufruito solo di 1 cucchiaino.. Il resto.. posate le hanno riportate ed il bicchiere non l’hanno mai portato..Risultato è che i soldi di resto me li ha portati un cameriere diverso da quello a cui si è esposto il problema e non mi è stato stornato 1 coperto quindi pagati 3 al posto di 2 .. ERA PER IL CUCCHIAINO??COMPLIMENTI.. Quindi una delusione non solo per il discorso del coperto ma anche x quanto pagato.. 34.20 per 1 champignon, 1 tirolese e 2 coche.. A QUESTO PREZZO MANGIO LA PIZZA IN CENTRO A VERONA E FORSE MI TRATTANO MEGLIO..PROBABILMENTE SI PAGA COSÌ PER LA NOMEA

10/03/2025: Pizza leggera e super condita, buona ed equilibrata. Non c’era niente di stonato. Ambiente intimo, personale gentile e pronto a qualsiasi esigenza. I dolci buonissimi non una vastissima scelta, ma decisamente studiati per risultare buoni, gustosi e non troppo pesanti da mandare giu. Vasta scelta anche per gli intolleranti al glutine sia dal punto di vista del cibo, sia per le bevande e per i dolci. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo

05/08/2025: A historic establishment on the Venice Lido, now run by foreigners. The place is dirty, with dirty dishes and filthy outdoor tables. I never see them clean it with disinfectant spray. They bring you food or drinks with plates still dirty from previous customers. Ashtrays are always full of cigarette butts. The staff is absent, slow, and careless.

05/08/2025: The place would be beautiful, but it's poorly managed. I order two spritzes, and where's the prosecco? I ask if they put prosecco on, and they say yes... it must have been without bubbles, then! OKAY. I ask them, can you clean the table for me? They took away my glasses and other things and cleaned the table with used napkins. Where are we? No disinfectant? Not even a clean, wet sponge??? A real shame, because the place is the most characteristic on the island, but it's POORLY managed! I might add that the rules apply to everyone. Yes, it's a nice place, but that's not enough, and I don't want to be just used as a PAYING customer... I'd also like a little respect and seriousness. They don't sell single-serving ice cream cones or anything else in home-made packages... it's not LEGAL. COMPLY with the rules. You'll have more customers and more respect.

23/04/2025: Los camareros eran groseros e inútiles. El servicio tomó mucho tiempo. La comida no valía la pena el precio. Tuvimos que llamar a los camareros para todo dos veces, servilletas, menús, factura.

20/04/2025: Ci siamo finiti per caso grazie a un suggerimento dell'hotel, appena arrivati siamo accorti che ci aspettavano una serata speciale. Locale splendido, cucina ottima, ricercata e anche un po' avveniristica. Servizio top, con grande simpatia. 🔝

19/07/2025: You go to a place where they only do that and they still manage to do it badly... Fried dumplings greasy with oil and hard, tigelle hard on the outside and raw, unleavened dough inside... What should be the strong point of the place turns out to be of very low quality... Not to mention the cold cuts... No comment.... I should have imagined that they ate like this since it was Saturday night and at 8pm there were 5 of us inside the place.

14/05/2025: I had a very unpleasant experience here. As a visitor from the UK, I walked into this shop and, seeing a fridge of desserts right near the entrance with no signage or indication otherwise, I assumed it was self-service—as it would be in many countries. I mistakenly opened the fridge to take out a tiramisu, not realising it was for staff only. Instead of calmly informing me, the woman with the tattooed arm began shouting at me aggressively in Italian. There was no attempt to de-escalate or explain—just instant hostility. I was shocked and embarrassed. I can't help but feel that her reaction wasn’t just about the fridge. I genuinely questioned whether there was a racial element to her behaviour, as her reaction felt excessive and targeted. I say this reluctantly, but it’s hard to ignore how disproportionately I was treated. As someone who travels often and respects local customs, this was disappointing and left a sour taste. A clear sign, padlock or better design could’ve prevented the entire situation. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Would not recommend.

15/02/2025: Ho pranzato in questo rifugio con la mia famiglia un sabato di febbraio! Siamo stati fortunati perché siamo riusciti a Prenotare la vip stube, che è qualcosa di fantastico ! Servizi cortese e veloce, piatti buonissimi e atmosfera rilassante, e anche un po’ chic! Noi abbiamo preso le tagliatelle al ragù di cervo e un tiramisù ! Fantasmagoriciiii! Prezzo adeguato alla qualità del servzio ! Molto consigliato

10/02/2025: Czekalismy 20 min na stolik. Potem czekaliśmy 35 min żeby złożyć zamówienie. Przy zamówieniu bikt nie wspomniał o oczekiwaniu na pizzę .. wszyscy zdążyliśmy zjeść a dziecko nie miało pizzy .. poprosiliśmy kelnera 4 x .. powiedział że już idzie , potem 5 raz powiedział że pizza is coming.. potem E będzie za 2 min … i czekaliśmy jeszcze 15 min.. 2 godziny nas zatrzymali na zwykłej pizzy.w Italy??? Czy to się może zdarzyć w restauracji gdzie coperto 3€?? I rozumiem że może być opóźnienie w kuchni… ale klient musi być o tym poinformowany.

16/07/2025: Ok so lovely surroundings and friendly staff but some aspects of the food were disappointing. .pizzas and pasta were OK but once we moved into meats ..disappointment ..plastic weiner schnitzel that was prefrozen . Chips soggy and not cooked in a deep fat fryer and condiments out of plastic sachets. All a bit plastic... Size of bill reflected the setting rather than the quality of food.

01/07/2025: It may be good, but was mine sinking with the Titanic? Since there is no way to respond to the answer, I'll update the review: First of all, I would like to clarify that I wasn't the one on the phone when you called, but my partner, and I never said that I won't call you again. And secondly, we have two very young children at home, so even a quarter of an hour of extra waiting throws our entire post-dinner organization into disarray, which is why I ate the one that arrived. Thank you for your response and for offering me the pizza.

13/03/2025: A very dirty place with old cups that need to be thrown away, the cups are cleaned with a dirty rag, napkins that have already been used are not thrown away but are used to clean something else, the kitchen is terrible, they don't know how to cook, it is better to have lunch in the nearby Osteria Al Sole
