23/03/2025: Beautiful place with well-kept furnishings, clean and welcoming, very convenient for the centre, kind and helpful priority, he was able to give us the right indications on where to eat and which wineries to visit, his help was invaluable for excellent experiences. 02/03/2025: Wonderful rooms, perfect location. The tub in the room was amazing. The only point is the breakfast is poor compared to the rest. Few croissants, egg and beacon but very good. I would happily stay here again!

08/06/2025: After a busy weekend in Venice, we're here for the evening. The pizzas are huge and excellent. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

21/02/2025: I'm talking about what happened a few days ago which concerns my daughter who went for a trial period exactly from Thursday to Sunday for a total of around 20 working hours but at the end of her trial the owner gives them a tip in return because according to him the trial period is working for free since I changed the rules according to this ignorant owner the trial period is considered working in any case this is really called exploitation and then they complain that they can't find people to work who according to him paid people 3 euros at the moment it seems right and for the type of these ignorant people that Italy is going to ruin, it's an all-Italian disgrace

17/03/2025: Davvero ottimo 👌🏻 il Ristorante alla Botta, bella struttura che abbiamo scelto e provato di recente in occasione di una piccola festa di compleanno 🎂. Giunti in loco sulle 20.50 previa prenotazione 📞, tra l'altro con venti minuti di ritardo, abbiamo trovato il parcheggio 🅿️ pieno (a proposito, un ringraziamento al cafone con la BMW familiare che, parcheggiando letteralmente "con i piedi" 🦶🏻, ha occupato tre posti) lasciando quindi la macchina 🚘 presso un vicino piazzale. Una volta all'interno siamo stati cordialmente accolti dal titolare 👨🏻‍🦳 e da un cameriere 🧑🏻‍🦱, con quest'ultimo che ci ha subito accompagnati al nostro tavolo (il n. 10). Sfogliando il listino 📋 siamo stati attratti (e pure indirizzati da una commensale 👩🏻 che già conosceva la struttura) dal "Piatto Degustazione" di pesce, per il quale abbiamo infatti optato congiuntamente alle sarde in saor, ai canestrelli e al folpo 🐙 con patate 🥔. A completare l'ordinazione anche un litro d'acqua 💧 frizzante, mezzo di vino bianco fermo 🥂 e, a fine pasto, dolci (torta alla nocciola con crema/frutti di bosco 🫐, torta alla ricotta/gocce di cioccolato e sorbetto al limone 🍋), un orzo e un caffè ☕️. Tutto veramente squisito 😋 e servito in tempi brevi dai gentili ragazzi/e dello staff. Degno di nota, effettivamente, il "Piatto Degustazione", comprensivo di vari cicchetti serviti in apposite ciotoline 🥣; la portata prevedeva crostini con salsa tonnata, crostini con burro 🧈/salmone, calamaretti fritti con polenta, spezzatino di tonno con polenta, piovra con patate 🥔 e catalana di gamberi 🍤, il tutto nel nostro caso ordinato per tre persone. Valido anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo dal momento che in totale abbiamo speso 131 euro 💶. Come accennato, gentili i membri dello staff, soprattutto il ragazzo giovane 🧑🏻‍🦱 che ci ha illustrato le peculiarità di ogni portata. Semplice ma al contempo ricercato l'arredamento (bello il mobile in legno in sala e gli oblò in stile marinaresco ⚓️ presso il corridoio di fronte alla cassa). Non molto grande l'area parcheggio 🅿️, la quale tende infatti a riempirsi con facilità, soprattutto nel fine settimana. A noi è senz'altro piaciuto ergo LO CONSIGLIO 👍🏻.

20/07/2025: Il locale si affaccia in un bel laghetto ed è molto tranquillo e accogliente. Il cibo l'ho trovato ottimo soprattutto le fritture, ottimo anche il vino. Cordiale il personale e soprattutto veloci nel servire: un grazie alla gentile GUOQI che ci ha seguito con gentilezza. Ci torneremo.

23/03/2025: ...bella la location, sul lago delle Antille a Treviso. Ci siamo andati più volte a pranzo per gustare un ottima frittura di pesce e verdure. Personale cortese e professionale. Da tornarci certamente...

12/07/2025: Beautiful place, varied menu, very kind and attentive staff, pizza with delicious dough. We've been there three times already, with two children, and we'll definitely be back. There's a huge slide in the restaurant's garden.

23/06/2025: Business lunch..for 2 days they disappointed me. Both for the quality and for the service. Especially the second day, always at lunch, waiting for a plate of spaghetti 40min...the second one never arrived...the price for that plate of spaghetti...let's forget it...you will definitely never see me again

Stava andando tutto sommato benino fino a quando non sono andato a pagare alla cassa e ho portato i soldi contati al centesimo allora, credo sia la titolare, mi ha mortificato facendomi notare proprio che erano al centesimo e immagino volesse dire che non c'era la mancia per i camerieri e la mia impressione è stata rafforzata dal saluto forzato che ci ha fatto quando siamo usciti, senza neanche guardarci. Non capisco come al giorno d'oggi ci siano imprenditori che si arrogano il diritto di trattare male i clienti, quasi che avessimo portato offesa anziché guadagno che poi, su un conto di quasi 140€, c'erano comunque 18€ di coperto. Detto questo bisogna anche dire che la pizza era buona, digeribile, e il menù offre un'ampia scelta di pizze a prezzi giusti e a richiesta anche l'impasto integrale. Ci sono anche poche altre scelte, es. insalatone, ma la pizza la fa da padrone. Ambiente poco caloroso e sicuramente molto rumoroso -parlare è difficile-. Ho pagato in contanti e ho ricevuto lo scontrino regolarmente, ho letto che non hanno il p.o.s. e mi sembra strano ma non ho verificato. Sala interna climatizzata più posti fuori. Staff giovane, mi è sembrato abbastanza attento e gentile.

22/06/2025: Good pizza and prices too. Waitress not very attentive to orders. Super negative point is the cleanliness of the place, cobwebs everywhere, dusty chandeliers make you wonder what the kitchen will be like... Finally, not being able to pay with the POS...I'll think about it before returning.

24/02/2025: Excellent breakfast bar with a varied choice of croissants and excellent coffee. Friendly, smiling and professional staff. Also recommended for aperitifs. 😊

18/08/2025: Prices were slightly above average, the ingredients on the pizza were sparse, and the fries were not fried but almost boiled, with an unpleasant flavor. The dough was quite rubbery.

24/08/2025: This place got me very excited, the food and drink are amazing. The location is top, super intimate, elegant and romantic but also chill (quiet). There is a wide choice of drinks to accompany excellent simple but perfect dishes with quality ingredients. Super friendly and helpful staff and fair prices. If you come to the Citadel you absolutely must try this coffee bar!!

18/08/2025: My expectations were high: I'd been wanting to try this place for a while, drawn by the atmosphere and decor, particularly the glass walls and piano. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The disappointment came with my coffee: the spoon was stained with lipstick. When I discreetly pointed this out, the response was rather hasty: I was simply told they would "notify the dishwashing staff," without a word of apology. Working in the restaurant industry myself, I know misunderstandings can happen. However, when a customer reports a problem, standard practice (and courtesy) dictates an apology, even if the mistake isn't directly ours, and an immediate offer to fix it. It's a shame the service doesn't reflect the beauty of the place.
