I go for Easter with the intention of stocking up but Easter Focaccia isn't there, the counters are empty and half empty, the sales assistant is slightly catatonic... If you deservedly win a prize, nothing justifies you sitting down... More care, energy and empathy in the shop, please.

02/04/2024: The pluses: well-furnished and pleasant environment and objectively good pastry shop. Definitely nothing frozen so to speak, the brioches for example have a good buttery flavour. The minuses: very high prices, but it's up to the customer to choose whether to enjoy them or prefer other places (and it's not like there are any really cheap ones in Treviso). What the customer would have the right to have instead is adequate service and this is the real sore point of this pastry shop. The staff is often abrupt and very cold. A smile is not obligatory, ok, but at least a less unfriendly attitude would make the experience more pleasant.
