03/07/2025: I've been to Giardinetto for a romantic dinner with my boyfriend in june and we had a delicious dinner outside. We took Piatto Mimmi, the house's speciality, a fantastic mix of flavours and very well presented. Discreet and very kind waiters. I will come back for sure in occasion of my next trip to Italy!

29/06/2025: Couldn’t ask for more, the manager and staff where absolutely lovely, so kind and patient with our poor attempts at Italian, the food was perfection and the desserts where to die for, all chiefs recipe and prepared on the day. All for a very fair price, 3 courses for around 35 euros per person depending on what you order. The views from the terrace are breathtaking especially at sunset. Thank you for everything it was excellent. arrivederci

04/06/2025: Highly recommended! Excellent cuisine and amazing pizza! Generous portions and affordable prices, the owners are very kind! I recommend booking. Porchetta and roast beef that they produce are phenomenal, try them!!

15/07/2025: Nice campsite, mature trees, so there is shade. There is a shop, restaurant, pastry shop and swimming pool.

13/07/2025: Excellent campsite and excellent base. 10 minutes from the beach (unfortunately, dogs are not allowed near the bar, which I strongly advise against, especially if you have children; it's best to move a little further along). The entertainers are excellent, the facilities are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Loading and unloading campers is convenient.

20/06/2025: Very good by Italian standards! Relatively inexpensive, a bit off the beaten track, but still worth the trip.

15/04/2025: In Fossò in via Fogarine you will find the Pasticceria F.lli Smaggiato for me it is "The Pastry Shop as it once was". If you don't know it's there you'll hardly find it, it looks like a house like any other, with a sign on the street. Room with entrance and L-shaped counter that wraps around the front wall with display of preparations, laboratory behind with door leading onto the counter, a few tables with chairs well spaced inside, a bathroom, tables outside. The best comes when you taste the preparations where you feel the fragrance of the dough and the explosion of flavor of the creams, the work of skilled pastry masters. Excellent focaccias and good cappuccinos, friendly shop assistants at the counter. Parking inside the property and outside, entrance also for disabled people with convenient parking. If you are in the area, stop by Pasticceria F.lli Smaggiato, you will thank me for the suggestion. 👍👍👍👍👍

17/05/2025: We ate the pizza and found it very good. Unfortunately we ran into many oversights. Booked for 7:15 pm, we arrived at 7:05 pm and were locked out, the post office closed and the lights off, even though the place opened at 7 pm. When we entered they served us quickly but then the waiters disappeared. It took us 30 minutes to attract the attention of a waiter to order dessert. Finally convinced to pay with meal vouchers, since the place was on the list of participants on the website and we discover that they are tied to lunch and only with a fixed menu. There was no communication about all this. I understand the company policy, but there is no transparency. I might think it is a shady policy that aims to take advantage of the surprise effect at the time of payment.

17/05/2025: We booked for 7:15 pm, arrived at 7:05 pm they left us outside even though the place was supposed to open at 7 pm. When we entered the table was not prepared. The pizza was good but there was a lot of flour left on the plate, slow slow service, it took half an hour to order dessert. There was a finger of dust on the shelf next to our table. When it came time to pay the bill they did not accept meal vouchers, even though they appear to be usable on the voucher site, with the excuse that they can only be used at lunch and with a fixed menu, all of this is not written anywhere.

31/08/2025: I work locally during the summer months and this is a local place for me to go to, and sometimes I go for a drink after work. The location is fantastic, but they have very rigid rules that take away from the experience. For instance the fixed times about the lunch slots (either 12:30 - in which case they would rush you) or 2 pm (much better if you want to relax). But today I happened to go around 12:15 after work and wondered whether I could have something for lunch. It seemed to be half empty outside, but I was told that it was booked up. It doesn't make much sense and it's not very welcoming - especially if you are visiting for the first time. Another senseless rule is the bar closed between 12 and 4 pm. The overall impression is that you are only welcome at their condition. I also have to add that I have only had lunch once this summer, and the quality has gone down a bit, while prices have gone up. The quality/price ratio has definitely worsened. I don't think I will be eating there soon again, while in the past I used to go at least two or three times over the summer. Having said all that, the food is still ok, and the location, probably, the main attraction of the place. Hope this helps some visitors from abroad.

18/08/2025: This is our second time here, but I don't think we'll be back. The service needs improvement; they're very rushed and take away the bread and breadsticks while we're still eating. We had more than half an hour before the second sitting. It's a shame, and I wouldn't recommend it.

12/08/2025: No prices displayed, the owner explains the dishes to us. We trusted him. But in the end, it's very expensive for what it is. We won't be coming back.

12/08/2025: Excellent cuisine, the meat is the real gem (delicious arrosticini), a great wine cellar, attentive service

12/08/2025: The service was poor, the waiting time was unreasonably long, and the poke with salmon had only four tiny pieces in it.

06/08/2025: Restaurant in an outlet center. The service is fast but the food is tasteless and expensive. We ordered pasta carbonara and pizza, water and coca cola and paid €45. It's not cheap and it's not tasty either. When I asked the waiter to bring me parmesan cheese for the pasta, he brought it but poured it for me himself, so that I wouldn't pour too much and damage the restaurant??!! I've never experienced that anywhere else.

11/08/2025: Good for a coffee, well-served. Busy, but suitable for everyone.

25/07/2025: I stopped to drink a cappuccino and a juice. The staff was kind.
