05/06/2025: Delicious pizza with fresh ingredients and generous portions—one of the best casual meals we had in Venice. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly, especially with non-Italian visitors, making the experience warm and welcoming. Highly recommended if you’re staying at the nearby Smart Holiday Hotel—just a 10-minute walk away!

Highly recommended both for the quality of the raw materials and for the preparation and for the prices, especially considering the average in the lagoon. A fixed stop for trips to Venice. Excellent!

22/07/2025: Ho mangiato 2 pranzi ottimi, con ingredienti freschi e ottimi. Ho gustato per la prima volta il baccalà alla vicentina con polenta: a dir poco strpitoso. Buonissime le torte. Inoltre il personale è molto accogliente e disponibile. Si prende cure di ogni cliente.

02/08/2025: Terrible experience. I'd been there several years ago, and I remember feeling awful. I wanted to give it a second chance for a birthday party, but I'll never go back. The staff was completely absent, and the service was terrible. We waited over an hour between the appetizer and the main course. Then they wanted to bring us the appetizer first, then they brought some drinks and left others out because they thought they should come with the second order?!?!? Dirty plates left on the table along with the aperitif glasses for hours.

25/07/2025: We found ourselves here by chance even though we live really close by and I have to compliment you on the hospitality and the quality of the food. The pizza was excellent and the owners were really welcoming and kind. We ate both pizza and fish, everything was excellent. Congratulations guys.

21/06/2025: The preparations are delicious with quality raw materials that are always fresh. You can find fish or meat based dishes with a wide choice of side dishes. The paella is highly recommended with generous portions, also for takeaway!

20/08/2025: There were two of us. When we arrived, there was no parking and it was dark. We sat down and they brought us the menu. After choosing two picanhas with baked potatoes and vegetables, the owner arrived. He immediately proved arrogant and rude. I basically asked for the two picanhas and he replied: "You want to eat that stuff there." I told him I was fine with it. He insisted and decided for us to have the pork chop and appetizer. I didn't want it, but he insisted. In the end, he did whatever he wanted. In the end, raw baked potatoes, horrible chili peppers, etc. 80 euros for a festival-quality meal. I don't recommend it 100%. 1 star? No less than 10. -----------

20/07/2025: We traveled from Padua to try this place. After choosing from the menu, we were told they had nothing left of what we wanted (tagliata, tartare, picana). They said everything was gone, except for the Cinta Senese and the rib-eye steak (the two most expensive dishes). They brought us a single plate with a bit of Cinta Senese and rib-eye steak, side dishes of vegetables and potatoes, polenta with mushrooms, and two tagliatelle entrees. In the final bill, they counted two full Cinta Senese steaks (even though we had only one dish and declined a main course) and the rib-eye steak. We spent around €330 for seven people, ordering very little (most didn't even order a first course). Meanwhile, tagliata and other dishes were being delivered to other tables that had been told they couldn't order. Good, but it wasn't proper behavior.

23/07/2025: The burrata was exceptionally fresh, and the family-sized portion proved to be just right. I highly recommend the millefoglie di branzino — an exquisite dish, both delicate and flavorful. We stumbled upon this gem by chance while wandering through Venice, having read no prior reviews, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The meal was truly outstanding, complemented by attentive, courteous, and accommodating service. A memorable dining experience from start to finish.

16/07/2025: Amazing trattoria -- food, drinks and service all wonderful. Fish definitely worthwhile. One of the best meals I had in Venice.

11/07/2025: Very good pastries, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory options. The brioches are very large and filled, but there are also mini brioches. The selection also includes rolls, braids, and small pastries. For savory treats, there are sandwiches, mini pizzas, and pretzels. The staff is very friendly, and the space is spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating on the adjacent patio. Reasonable prices and fast service.

27/06/2025: Dirty place, screaming staff, rude to customers and vulgar. Loud music out of place in a pastry shop (dance at noon). Worse in recent times.

06/08/2025: An average place in a quite busy street. Some of the staff was a little irritating. Maybe a bad day. We were having morning coffee and sandwitches. The sandwitches was not bad. Quite a pricey pricey place if you compare the price of coffee and canoli to other places in Venice.

06/08/2025: My friend and I got an anchovy cookie here. It came out faster than it went in (all over the place). Stomach aches, nausea, and deathly ill in bed. Not recommended!
