10/12/2025: Fantastic food, authentic experience,and fabulous service. It was a cold, dreary winter night and my family and I were looking to warm our bodies and our bellies. Trattoria Alle Lanternine did not disappoint. Great food and reasonable prices!! Don’t hesitate to visit.
09/12/2025: A down to earth, unpretentious trattoria serving traditional Venetian dishes at a reasonable priceb with a friendly staff. For a delicious meal without crazy prices you would do well here.

The products were simply excellent, a perfect balance of creativity and authentic flavor.
Everything we tried was incredibly successful, with attention to detail and made with quality ingredients.
Even though I'm not a fan of desserts, especially millefeuille, I was blown away: I hadn't tasted such a light and crispy pastry in a long time, and knowing it's all homemade makes it even more special.
The owner is young, attentive, and capable. Kudos to all the other staff for their exceptional kindness.
One word: AMAZING!
We'll definitely be back soon!

12/10/2025: UNMISSABLE! Exceptional pie, tender stew, tagliatelle with ragù, and excellent crespelle. It felt like I was back at my grandmother's house with the authentic food of the past! SUPERLATIVE! It's no coincidence that the clientele was of a certain age, it's experience and knowledge of what original, authentic, and flavorful food is like in the old days ❤️ More than fair price: 4 first courses, 2 second courses, 3 side dishes, and two desserts, water, coke, and beer, €80. Don't expect bites or "new" combinations. Here, you'll find all the wonderful tradition.

14/10/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday, and it's always a sure thing. The tortellini and tortelli were exceptional (in my opinion, the best in Valeggio), and there's also a great selection of main courses. The portions were generous, and the service was attentive. The owner, Francesco, was always very kind and attentive. Excellent value, and definitely worth recommending!
14/09/2025: We went for lunch...we were cycling from Peschiera...very nice restaurant with a garden view...friendly and helpful staff...we ate well.

03/10/2025: Unfortunately, our experience wasn't a positive one. We ordered several dishes, including lemon chicken and salmon, but neither was fresh: the salmon tasted strange, as if it weren't freshly made, and the chicken seemed reheated and not freshly prepared. For a €65 bill, we expected much better quality. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, at least not when it comes to the freshness and attention to detail of the dishes.

11/08/2025: Raw fish is not something to joke about. Anyone can make a mistake, but the first thing to do is chill the fish. I don't want to be harsh, but be careful, especially in the summer. If you don't have the right staff, replace them, because you shouldn't joke about your health. Raw fish should be served cold, and the dish arrived hot. Thanks for the discount, but it's not enough.
27/07/2025: We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. We were out on our motorcycles and stopped in spontaneously. Incredibly delicious food, superb quality, and even more friendly service. The tuna was divine, as was all the other food we had. We'd love to come back.

30/11/2025: We found this place on the last night of our stay in Venice. It surpassed, by a distance, the other (not bad) restaurants we had eaten in. Great food, hot and plentiful, in warm, comfortable surroundings with friendly, helpful service. Highly recommended.
