28/06/2025: Highly recommended! We stayed one night at the farmhouse, for a wedding nearby. The owner was very kind. We had a triple, as we were a couple plus another boy and the owner provided us with 2 connecting rooms upon our arrival instead of a triple, all without any price changes. The rooms are very nice, with a traditional design, but still station, with all the services, including air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, TV, heating, hairdryer and slippers. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was good and genuine, with fresh and abundant products. Given the high heat, the property provided us with free bottles of fresh water both upon arrival and during our stay, without any additions. The restaurant has a rich, traditional and very good menu, worth trying. A short experience but one that left a positive mark. If I ever come back to the area I will definitely return.

14/07/2025: Dinner with friends on Saturday evening. Despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, we noticed the waiters' enviable preparation and calm, professionalism, and friendliness! We ordered a variety of appetizers, first courses, and pizzas. Everything arrived promptly, and most importantly, it all arrived together. Kudos to this restaurant, we'll definitely be back!

The ice cream is still very good, unfortunately in the last year I have noticed an increase in price (even if not excessive) but the thing that has upset me the most is the notable decrease in the doses. In my opinion, marketing and advertising choices inevitably affect the cost of the product.

14/07/2025: Everything was very, very good. The price was also reasonable. I don't like the way they manage the water; they offer it in 0.75 bottles, but in my opinion it's less and they make you pay a lot. So in the end, the price is increased by all the dinner variables. Even the wine wasn't up to par. All in all, everything was excellent, and I'd gladly return to try other dishes.

We began our journey with panelle, a true calling card of Sicilian street food, which catapulted us with their authentic flavor directly into the alleys of Palermo. Crispy to perfection and with an unmistakable flavor, they whetted our appetite and anticipated the delights to come. For my first course, I couldn't resist the spaghetti with black garlic and red shrimp. 13/04/2025: Tired after an exhausting morning and especially after walking the whole time, I decide to relax by having a nice coffee and a croissant sitting at the table. I enter and notice with amazement that there is no table. I took a tour of the pastry shop, said goodbye and left. I only received a dirty look, without the lady returning the greeting. My star stands for hospitality. Education first of all.

23/06/2025: Gelateria of the AIC circuit. Very good ice cream both gluten free (including the cone) and normal. I don't know five stars only for the cost that seems a bit high to me.
