21/07/2026: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ Last night, we visited the Gente di Mare restaurant in Lido di Jesolo for the first time as tourists with our family. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our visit. The service was unfriendly and inattentive. One of the servers even spilled a drink down my back. I responded politely and said that such things can happen. When it came time to pay, we were surprised to find an additional €3.30 per person charged for the cover charge (cutlery and seating). As tourists, we were unaware of this, and no one had informed us beforehand. Even more unpleasant was the fact that this was explained to us in an unfriendly tone in front of all the other guests. I understand that many restaurants in Italy charge a cover charge ("coperto"). Nevertheless, this should be explained politely and transparently – especially to tourists. Due to the poor service and the overall experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

08/06/2026: A quick business stop on a Sunday morning in a place I'd never been before. I had a macchiato first (very good, and I rarely say that, unfortunately) and a Coke afterwards. A very nice and welcoming place; if I'd had more time, I would have grabbed something to eat; the window display was inviting. The staff were very friendly and attentive. A truly pleasant surprise.

08/06/2026: Alma's House is truly the place to have breakfast, an aperitif, or a snack, all while maintaining the same high-quality service and food. The place is also very welcoming and clean. I recommend the meatballs and the toasted sandwich with porchetta and mustard!!

10/04/2026: Good morning everyone. Clean place, attentive, friendly staff, and very precise with their timings, so be careful when you book. The pizza is excellent, and for connoisseurs, the key is the tomato. I've never found it sour, a sign that it's always fresh and not from the day before; it doesn't make it sour. Roberto is masterful. I've read other reviews and I'd like to point out that Giovanna is always kind and has a wonderful smile. I'd avoid any other comments about her... I think they're rude and unacceptable. One last note: if you can, avoid going on Saturdays or Sundays. Take advantage of Wednesdays or Thursdays; there are fewer people and the pizzas are, of course, more carefully prepared, believe me. Happy pizza everyone!

23/09/2025: The best ice cream shop ever, and not just in Jesolo!! I've tried many ice cream shops because in the summer, no one can take away my six scoops of gelato on Sundays! Delicious gelato, just the right amount of creaminess and not too sugary! Ideal for those who love glazed flavors, as their egg flavor (gianduja with white icing) is phenomenal! Cheesecake, regular pistachio, pistachio pesto, and almond gelato with pistachio icing... As well as cremino, biscotti... and a few other delicious basic flavors! The scoops aren't too big, but they're super high quality! Sometimes I go to Jesolo just for the gelato 😂

24/04/2026: We walked past this restaurant a few times in Venice and the guy kept trying to get us in so we decided to eat here on our last day. Had a salad to share to start followed by tagliatelle carbonara & spaghetti with meatballs. The food was delicious & meals that other diners were eating all looked nice too.

The food pairs perfectly with the drinks: the meatballs are flavorful and well-made, the risotto creamy and surprisingly refined for an aperitivo, while the pizza is simple yet delicious, perfect for sharing. Everything arrives on time, without long waits. The beverages are also excellent: the drinks are well-balanced and carefully prepared. The bartender is available, ready to recommend or customize the cocktails based on your tastes, adding a touch of care that makes all the difference. A place that works, without too many pretensions but with substance. Ideal for groups of friends who want to have a good time, eat something delicious, and enjoy a peaceful outdoor aperitif. We'll be happy to return.

01/06/2026: I returned to this place after a long time, easily accessible and with a small, convenient parking lot adjacent. The place appears to have been recently renovated, and the atmosphere is truly pleasant. The only caveat: reservations are absolutely mandatory, even if you're just two people. The real plus is the owner, a very friendly and approachable person. Even though the place was packed, he took the time to chat with us and recommend dishes, making us feel truly welcome. Following the owner's recommendation, we tried the fried pulled pork meatballs. Simply exceptional, hot, flavorful, and fried to perfection. Unfortunately, the "Pedro" sandwich didn't meet expectations. Unlike the meatballs, the ingredients inside didn't give the impression of being top-quality, which detracted from the final result. The final bill was significantly above average compared to other sandwich shops in the area. A premium price is acceptable, but the quality of all the ingredients (especially the sandwiches) should be commensurate with the asking price.

18/05/2026: A well-known restaurant in the Brenta Riviera area, you have to go at least once to try their "Panini." Clearly not your typical sandwich, but an experience born from research into ingredients and craftsmanship. The staff is cheerful and knowledgeable, the food is excellent, and the desserts are incredible. YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO TRY IT 😙💯

11/03/2026: Congratulations, everything was really delicious... we waited a little but it was lunch time and there were a lot of workers there, rightly so... anyway, everything was excellent and the staff were very kind.
