Pizza Flash In Mirano

Good morning everyone. Clean place, attentive, friendly staff, and very precise with their timings, so be careful when you book. The pizza is excellent, and for connoisseurs, the key is the tomato. I've never found it sour, a sign that it's always fresh and not from the day before; it doesn't make it sour. Roberto is masterful. I've read other reviews and I'd like to point out that Giovanna is always kind and has a wonderful smile. I'd avoid any other comments about her... I think they're rude and unacceptable. One last note: if you can, avoid going on Saturdays or Sundays. Take advantage of Wednesdays or Thursdays; there are fewer people and the pizzas are, of course, more carefully prepared, believe me.
