26/07/2025: I made a reservation by email about a month ago for 12:30 on Saturday. It seemed to be fully booked, and people without reservations were forced to leave the line. Both the risotto and the clam pasta were excellent. I would especially like to eat the risotto again.

08/08/2025: Excellent food in a nice (and somewhat off-the-beaten-path) location. Unfortunately, the night we were there, only two of us were asked to cover a few too many covers, so the service, while good, was a bit slow. Overall, highly recommended, especially considering the good value.

17/08/2025: I had dinner last night with my wife. The food was excellent, and the wine list was excellent. The service was very well organized, with each waiter assigned their own role, making the service quick yet attentive. Kudos also for the friendliness, which isn't a given in a busy location.

17/08/2025: Excellent dinner, and very quick food preparation. The restaurant is friendly, but the atmosphere is marred by the nervousness of the waiters. It can be a bad day, but the lack of professionalism is evident in front of the customer.

08/06/2025: Everything is great. The first place I see where they call the croissants by their name instead of calling it Brioches. I recommend the fried krapfen filled with Nutella. Anyway, everything is perfect.

07/06/2025: Great place open late to get some sweets, rich counter with a wide selection. Clean place and friendly staff. Outside there are two benches to sit down quietly.

01/09/2025: I went to Pasticceria Dal Mas every morning during our trip, their croissants are absolutely delicious! The apricot was my favorite, while the kids loved the pistachio and chocolate. The service was always friendly and fast, and everything we tried was so good. The location is perfect, right by the Grand Canal and the train station. We’re still dreaming about these croissants now that we’re home.

01/09/2025: I've stopped at this pastry shop three times because I found the pastries delicious and the coffee excellent. After my last breakfast, which I had on-site, I ordered a tray of pastries to go, and when it came time to pay, I was asked if I wanted a bag as well. I agreed, thinking it would cost something, but not realizing that the price for a regular plastic bag would be a whopping €3.50! A bit excessive in my opinion, and I think it should have been pointed out earlier.

19/07/2025: Delicious place with a wide variety of both pasta dishes and pizzas. From the outside you can't see such lovely surroundings. The staff is attentive and service-minded and we didn't lack for anything that evening. Highly recommended for all travelers especially with children!

10/08/2025: Family meal on Sunday lunchtime. Everything went well. Impeccable service. The food is good and reasonably priced. I recommend this establishment.

03/07/2025: A disappointment The signs hanging outside the ice cream shop make it clear that there is a wide variety of vegan ice creams. In reality, you will not find anything other than the classic "dark chocolate" and "fruit flavors" that you find in any other ice cream shop. Not recommended for vegans.

26/07/2025: Locale carino a 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco. Gestito da persone del luogo cosa ormai rara per Venezia. Il cameriere è molto simpatico e professionale. Cicchetti con base di polenta buonissimi. Consiglio di provare il baccalà dorato. Prezzo nella media per il luogo e per quanto offerto.

25/06/2025: Probably the worst in Venice oh and by far the most expensive. Smallest portions and definitely sub par at best. Run don’t walk from this place. The owner is the most disrespectful person that we have dealt with in all of our 4 cities in Italy. BUYER BEWARE! The reviews are not wrong. Edit: our waiter said he was the owner of the restaurant which after further conversation, he was not. Still run from this place.

24/08/2025: The pizza is very average and quite expensive, there is a better one just next door, you can sit very nicely by the water and that's the biggest plus.

15/08/2025: Interesting location, but poor food. The appetizer and fish entree were bland, and chewing was the same as eating. We had to leave everything there and leave because paying to be sick isn't in our best interests.

08/08/2025: We had Seppie in nero alla Veneziana with polenta, sarde in saor, and margherita. It wasn't bad. Everything was good except that our main courses arrived very late.
