23/10/2025: A great restaurant with fantastic food and a sea view. We tried a selection of baked fish, seafood pasta, breaded vegetables cut into thin slices, pizza, and schnitzel with fries. All dishes were perfectly seasoned and prepared with fresh ingredients. The grandson of the restaurant's founder, who served us, speaks very good English – he is very friendly and helpful. I was equally pleasantly surprised when I received the bill – a week earlier, I had paid half as much for much more ordinary dishes at an Italian restaurant in Jelenia Góra. Overall – I definitely recommend it 😁

14/09/2025: It's right on the beach, a super quiet and magical place where you can eat delicious food, have excellent service, and highly recommend it. The price is very good, especially for the area. We came back several times during our stay!

03/11/2025: I've been coming to this place since I was a child. There's a wide selection of sandwiches and desserts, and each one is made with care and attention to detail, the taste is wonderful. Excellent value for money!! On this occasion, we celebrated my boyfriend's birthday with 10 people and had a mixed fried appetizer (quatris, fried sage, pulled pork meatballs), a sandwich each, desserts, bitter coffees, and a gin and tonic on the house. To top off the evening, we left the place feeling really full, having spent €35 each. The staff is super friendly and fun. It's a place where you can come with family or friends for a lovely evening in good company. I recommend it, 10 out of 10.

03/10/2025: The waiter's attitude was average, very average. He spoke English to us even though he knew we spoke Italian (which was not the point). When he gave us the bill, he said an English word that we did not understand. I said that we could speak Italian and there was no need to keep speaking English. He was a little surprised and then said with a little contempt: You don't speak English, English is international or something... The atmosphere was good and the food was OK, but the waiter was not so good.

20/11/2025: We went in for a drink, but the display of tempting products convinced us to try the toasted sandwiches. They were truly excellent, with well-balanced ingredients and perfectly toasted bread. The waitress was extremely kind, welcoming, and even pleasant in the right way. We ordered two freshly squeezed juices, which were truly delicious. High quality, impeccable service, and reasonable prices—a quick lunch break definitely worth repeating.

02/12/2025: We had a one-day islands trip and visited Murano, Burano and Torcello, so decided to have a lunch stop on Burano and we were lucky to get a table in this pretty trattoria in September. Also the challenge was we had our two dogs - they were also welcomed (and got water immediately - it was a hot day). The meals were excellent and enjoyed the friendly athmosphere too, the place was getting full so I recommend to book a table ahead when you know you would like to come. Regarding the prices, I think what we paid was reasonable, we were satisfied with everything and keep in mind this is an island... Burano really deserves a slow down and i was sorry our time was limited, we would love to come back and have another meal in the Al Gatto Nero! Also thank you for the wine recommendation.

30/06/2025: Ho preso un frullato di frutta veramente buono. Prodotti freschissimi, frullato davvero rinfrescante. Unica pecca il prezzo, otto euro per un frullato mi è sembrato un po’ troppo. In generale comunque ci tornerei

03/06/2025: Frulalà fue la parada refrescante perfecta durante nuestro tiempo en Venecia. Todo sobre él era brillante, divertido y lleno de sabor. Los fruteros estaban bellamente cubiertos con mango fresco, piña, fresas y un generoso remolino de crema batida del que nuestros hijos no podían cansarse. El personal fue amable y rápido, y la presentación fue de primera categoría. La exhibición colorida de la fruta era llamativa y hacía fácil elegir exactamente lo que queríamos. Sentarse en el mostrador y ver cómo todo se unía fue parte de la experiencia. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar si estás deambulando por las calles y deseando algo fresco y delicioso. Es un gran descanso del helado y un éxito con toda la familia.

29/11/2025: We came to get two portions of grilled fish to go, and unfortunately, both turned out to be truly paltry, especially considering the price of €22 each. I honestly don't think a restaurant would serve such a meager dish, and the disappointment at the quantity was immediate. A real shame, because we were expecting something completely different.

30/11/2025: We found this place on the last night of our stay in Venice. It surpassed, by a distance, the other (not bad) restaurants we had eaten in. Great food, hot and plentiful, in warm, comfortable surroundings with friendly, helpful service. Highly recommended.

20/11/2025: A very nice and popular restaurant right on the water. Fast and very friendly service, and the food was simply delicious. I'd gladly come again!

03/12/2025: It's a tiny pastry shop with high tables and a counter for a quick bite. Everything is delicious and homemade. It's definitely worth stopping here for breakfast. The staff is friendly and will explain everything if you have any questions.

02/11/2025: Extremely uncomfortable, pushy tourist trap. Portions were small (veal with mushrooms). If you ask for two glassesog wine they will sell you a small bottle +6€ for nothing. Never ever again. The way this is gonna play out: 1. if you do not have a reservation, they will try everything to get you a table (which there are plenty of). you ll feel like they did you a giant favor. 2. they ll take your jackets. you are locked in. no easy and quick escape when it gets uncomfortable. 3. they ll get you multiple menus. drinks, wine, truffle specials, main dishes and use pushy and assuming language that you gonna order wine, water and what not. still or sparkling? it does not matter really, they ll get you a bottle anyway. the wine you order is always out of stock, but guess what. the more expensive version is available. you want two glasses? they ll get you a small bottle for 40% more. 4. ordering the food is really the least exciting part. just be ready for very small portions. the veal is less than what some joints list under the kids options. I could have finished that in 1 minute. 5. dessert or coffee? I think they had already given up on us at that point. we finally ordered the bill being told no tip was included. fortunately this played out without further begging and discussions as we did not tip. 6. get your jackets back and run. awful experience.

01/11/2025: The place was small, overly hot, and noisy. The floor was sticky and covered in food residue—who knows how long it hadn't been cleaned! The staff was rude or overly pushy, and they became too familiar with customers they'd never met before. As soon as we arrived, the waiter placed the menu directly on our plates, which was already a bad start. The best part came at the end: we paid and divided the amount by the number of diners. The waiter, Gianluca, made us pay without showing us what he'd set for the individual portions. In the end, we paid more than our table's bill. When we mentioned this to the waiter, he said... "Well, I rounded up. What a problem!"

09/10/2025: The food came quickly, but polenta from the microwave wasn't exactly tasty and while we were eating there was drilling and very loud repairs going on, just inconsiderate.
