24/03/2026: We've been going to this restaurant for years, though not as often as I'd like. The space is spacious, clean, and bright. Parking is convenient and the location is great. Service is fast and punctual, and everyone is very friendly. Reservations are recommended on Saturdays and Sundays. We hadn't booked and almost didn't get a table.

It's one of those "hidden but in plain sight" places: you walk past it without realizing it, but once you discover it, you wonder how you missed it before. The outdoor atmosphere is relaxed and convivial, ideal for a leisurely chat. The tables are well-spaced, allowing you to enjoy the evening in company without feeling crowded or chaotic. The service is friendly, with staff always present but never intrusive. The food pairs perfectly with the drinks: the meatballs are flavorful and well-made, the risotto creamy and surprisingly refined for an aperitivo, while the pizza is simple yet delicious, perfect for sharing. Everything arrives on time, without long waits. The beverages are also excellent: the drinks are well-balanced and carefully prepared. The bartender is available, ready to recommend or customize the cocktails based on your tastes, adding a touch of care that makes all the difference. A place that works, without too many pretensions but with substance. Ideal for groups of friends who want to have a good time, eat something delicious, and enjoy a peaceful outdoor aperitif. We'll be happy to return.

23/02/2026: I've been here a few times and waited to write a review, being a good food connoisseur. I have to say that this small, simple place is ideal for a quick bite, offering excellent home cooking. The dishes are few, but all excellent. Today I had a mixed antipasto of cured meats, all excellent, tasty, and particularly good. Then for my first course, I had fusilloni with artichoke cream and crispy, thinly cooked speck—truly a dish for connoisseurs of good home cooking. I drank some good Bardolino wine by the glass. Then, with our coffees, I brought a selection of cookies with pistachio cream, as my guests also asked for seconds. What can I say? I think Mr. Nicola, the owner and chef, is a uniquely charming person with a Venetian dialect. The service was quick and especially attentive to our requests, courtesy of the very kind Elisa. The price was very fair. Congratulations!

06/04/2026: Pasticceria Dal Mas is a historic Venetian establishment. It's often crowded and there are no tables. We ate standing at the counter. The service, however, was friendly. We tried a chocolate Kranz (paid by weight). It cost €6.80 and was disappointing. It was rather dry, almost stale, although the flavor wasn't bad. The Venetian fugassetta, on the other hand, was exceptional: incredibly soft and still warm inside. Truly delicious. Would I go back? Only for the fugassetta and a quick coffee.

06/04/2026: Came here because of the great reviews and waited in line for 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the Italian man working there let another older Italian man cut in front of the entire line without saying a word. Incredibly rude and disrespectful to everyone who had been waiting. Not sure why this place is so highly rated — it clearly relies on tourists but doesn’t treat them well.

03/04/2026: Had an early dinner, 4:00. The restaurant was empty, but open. We had the sea bass with roasted vegetables and an artichoke on the side. The pino gregio was excellent. We were offered bread sticks, bread and olive oil. The food was perfecto. For desert we had tiramisu and we were offered lemon cello complimentary. A wonderful meal and time

08/09/2025: We spent many evenings here. The location is great, right on the main road which is closed to traffic from 8:30 pm. The cocktails and espresso are delicious. The bartenders know their craft, and you can see that they live and breathe their work. You absolutely have to try a cocktail here.

14/02/2026: I go there practically every day, for breakfast, lunch, or just for a coffee at various times of the day. The staff is amazing: fast, kind, smiling, and empathetic. They're wonderful people and not only provide you with excellent products and service, but also provide a warm, family-like experience. Highly recommended. The Pala Romana, Pane Nuvola, and Focaccia are products I absolutely recommend. Kudos to the entire staff.

18/04/2026: We came to the first Asian cuisine restaurant in Venice, it was pretty cool, the prices were very good, and what I can add next to each dish (drawing) there was a price, it's pretty cool, the service was friendly and very fast, unobtrusive, the food is definitely delicious, it cooked very quickly, 5-10 minutes, provided that there were not too many free tables, the dish was brought very tasty, you had to wait a bit to start eating it's pretty cool) Basically, I can recommend this place for the future, we'll come back and more

02/02/2026: A truly top-notch gelato. Delicious, creamy, made with love and authentic ingredients. Highly recommended is the "Papa Hemingway" flavor, made with rum, figs, and walnuts... spectacular! A must-try while strolling through the center of Caorle!

01/04/2026: Beautiful place with excellent food, but it's a shame the whole thing is ruined by rudeness. This morning I went for breakfast, and as soon as it was my turn, the girl with long hair and tattoos served me in a rather annoyed way, without saying hello and practically throwing the plate at me. Not to mention that she was always on her phone and didn't pay attention to anyone... If I have to go to a place and be treated like a nuisance, I'd better not come in. I'm really sorry to write this review because I've been going there all my life, but since they changed staff, it's not like it used to be.

08/03/2026: Definitely my favourite place in Dolo. It has perfect outdoor seating - a little sun trap by the gorgeous canal (whete you can spot turtules, lizards and collect wild herbs). Equally good for drinks & aperitivos as for cakes and coffees (incl. non diary options). Staff are super friendly too. Good to note, they do the little cakes as take away trays, and everything is priced resonably.

04/04/2026: I was in Venice for two days with my children and we ate at this restaurant for both lunch and dinner. We had a great time! Friendly staff, excellent food, and reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back if we ever pass through Venice again.

03/03/2026: Such a lovely place… We've been traveling to Venice for over 20 years… and have often been to Giudecca… but this was our first time here… and of course we'd love to come back again ♥️🤗… We were back two days later, a very warm and polite welcome, and the Venetian beer is delicious!!! We come from Bavaria and know what good beer should taste like 👍 Top bar 😀
