13/01/2026: I didn't know it had changed management. I went expecting to eat the delicious pizzas of the past. I'd been there 8 or 9 years ago, and from the outside the name hadn't changed, and overall it had remained the same. Once I entered, I noticed the modernization and was very impressed. Very nice. But, alas, the pizzas aren't. Very limited selection, and above all, it's difficult to manage what to offer to a child who doesn't eat pizza. For years, I dreamed of going back to eat the fabulous pizza they made, and when I finally went back, I was disappointed. Ideal for those who want "modern" style pizza, but not ideal for those looking for a pizza that stays in your heart for 9 years and still remembers it.

21/09/2025: The gelato was good, but what struck me was the attitude of the two girls behind the counter. We had a milkshake, and they complained that they'd just cleaned the machine. Total for a milkshake and a cone with two scoops: €8.70!!!!

05/01/2026: My partner, my son, and I were at this bar/restaurant in the center of Mestre today at noon. When we arrived, the place was sparsely populated: a few people were already eating, nothing to suggest it was particularly busy. We entered, said hello, took our places at the counter, took off our jackets, and waited. The staff was busy with other tasks, but they could see and hear us clearly. The bartender was slicing food with the slicer and certainly didn't look like a novice; another employee was fixing the dishwasher, while a waiter came and went from the dining room. Meanwhile, our son was loudly saying he was hungry, which was definitely overheard. A simple "I'll finish up in a moment and then I'll get you a sandwich" would have been enough. A nod, a word, a modicum of attention. After more than five minutes, more people came in and were served immediately, while we continued to receive no attention, not even a greeting or a word to let us know we'd be served shortly. I should point out that I worked in the restaurant business, so I know what it means to juggle multiple tasks at once. That's why I also know that communication and empathy are as much a part of service as the food itself. After more than ten minutes without anyone asking us what we wanted or if we'd already been served, we left. A disappointing experience, not because of what we didn't consume, but because of how we were ignored. And then they say Mestre is dying out, maybe it's partly everyone's fault.

09/11/2025: I came for dinner with my family a fortnight ago, recommended by a friend. We had seafood appetizers, fried calamari and shrimp, and baked scallops—everything was delicious! The service was excellent, as was the price, which was very fair! We'll definitely return with friends.
