Ice cream was delicious but sell a normal cheap bitter as Campari Spritz. Very unfortunate. Complained about it and they tried to explain to us that it was the same thing. Ridiculous…..

Stopped in for drinks, the staff were friendly and all too happy to help you. I had the piña colada which was gorgeous, I’d highly recommend. We sat outside overlooking the square. The restaurant is open quite late so you can sit outside when it’s not too busy around town.

My husband & I were in Venice on vacation to celebrate our #55 anniversary and on this date we were strolling around various squares that we had not seen before. We came upon Campo Santo Stefano which is a large square with a marble statue of iconic Italian linguist Noccolo Tommaseo in the middle. It was a gorgeous square with numerous restaurants but when we saw the Gelateria Paolin we knew we had to sit, rest and enjoy!! We ordered drinks and gelato...delicious and yummy! What a perfect spot! If ever in Venice and you stumble across this one, stop in!!

Great spot right on the plaza. Great tortellini, gelato and pizza!! Perfect for dinner or lunch. The wait staff were very quick and kind. Love that you could sit and people watch as you ate.
