24/03/2026: The morning service was terrible. We asked for regular water, but they brought sparkling water, and it took them 5 minutes to change it. The evening service and meals were good, but the slowness of the morning service was a problem. We had this problem even though we ordered in Italian; it would have been much worse if we had ordered in English.
14/03/2026: Amazing place, very pleasant social atmosphere, they take great care to pamper their customers with free snacks and tastings, as well as beer promotions. They only forgot an order once, but even if I'm not local, I always stop by when I can!

10/04/2026: Unfortunately, the waitress cheated me out of my €10 change, even though I'd already given her a €5 tip. She simply claimed I'd given her less. She quickly exchanged my €50 note for five €10 notes with the manager, so my €50 note was no longer in the till.

For €11, they didn't have any bitters. Cinar Select is very rude. Avoid.

09/04/2026: Fantastic ice cream, big variety in flavours and exceptionally friendly staff.
First time we visited one from the staff was taking an order from a person who had challenges with speaking clearly due to cerebral palsy. The lady was really friendly, took her time to make sure that she got his order right. Friendly, helpful and professional through the whole customer interaction process. Was really nice to see how good service the guy got.

06/03/2026: I appreciated the story that was told to me by the owners and that is about the creation of how the bar was titled: "... That evening they had drunk more than usual ... and from there the idea of the BRILLO ...talking was born .... Nothing to do with Collodi's Talking Cricket ...😉🤣🤣⚓🇮🇹.... Well done and Graz for the story.
