06/10/2023: The waiter here promised me a “bomb” pizza. What can I say, I wasn't disappointed. The pizza (all pizzas served) was amazing! The nice and competent waiter deserves extra praise! He knows his craft.

31/03/2024: Let me start by saying that my review is a bit particular because I DO NOT eat fish... They shouldn't even have let me in in a restaurant like this. However, with appropriate notice, the owners worked hard to please me as well as the other five people at my table. Excellent result, in particular the gorgonzola pasta, the best I've ever eaten. Instead, I report the opinion of the other diners who eat the fish and how... Absolutely satisfied, I would say. Compliments.

27/10/2023: This ice cream shop is located in the strategic position of Pizza Fontana in Bibione, which makes it an excellent solution while shopping or during a walk. The range of flavors offered is not as vast as in other Bibione ice cream shops, but it is certainly good for those who don't have too many demands. The taste of the ice cream is generally average. You can also order milkshakes. There is some seating outside, but I must say that the seats available to patrons tend to fill up easily, particularly in the evening.

05/04/2024: Fun chaotic spot that offers quick and yummy food. We were able to find a table for 7 immediately and got to the counter and order.

04/04/2024: An Italian had recommended it to us. It is very similar to eating tapas (the ones from Almeria, not the scam for foreigners from the capitals). Good quality, you see the cook at work. It's for eating standing up

03/04/2024: Excellent maître d' - very funny too. We were told the next table was 45 minutes later and we were happy to accept whilst we wandered the island. Lovely taste of Italy, literally and metaphorically. We were two adults and a 12 year old. Excellent value.

31/03/2024: We absolutely loved our lunch at Al Gatto Nero last week. Fresh from a morning visit to Torcello on a sunny March day we were given a thoughtful choice of table, inside or out (had to be, out), with a friendly welcome from owner Massimino that set the tone for a great first visit. Next, complimentary glasses of Prosecco accompanied a run down of the day’s seafood. A stunning plate of sweet tellines and razor clams got things going, matched with a fine bottle of Lugana (thank you M, great advice), so good we had two. Next, as a primi,the risotto. This was, at one level, just a simple risotto. At another, just sublime. THE risotto. After that, wild turbot, king prawns, tira misu, coffee, “esse” Burano biscuits. Look, just go. It's wonderful. It's even “twinned in spirit” with the Seahorse in Dartmouth. Quite right too.

17/03/2024: Locale un po’ nascosto ma ne vale la pena, offre il baccalà mantecato più buono di Venezia. Peccato che il prezzo è un po’ elevato e non abbia posti a sedere.
