13/04/2025: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The owner of this restaurant aggressively hit my mother in the arm twice claiming my mother had not paid 2 euros to use the restroom. Not only did she not give my mother a chance to explain (given the language barrier, we are primarily English/Spanish-speaking), but also tried to lock my mother in the restaurant (locking the door behind my mother) when my mother tried to get her purse from my father (who was just outside the restaurant). To worsen this, she refused to be paid the 2 euros and continued yelling and trying to justify her behavior when my Italian-speaking aunt verbally confronted her. What the owner showed was a DISGUSTING display of poor customer service, poor human treatment and, quite honestly, something that was grounds for pressing charges. I am not surprised at all by the 3 point something rating of this place, particularly given how they treat people. You can probably find better food on the same block, AVOID THIS SAD EXCUSE OF A RESTAURANT! EVITATE QUESTO POSTO A TUTTI I COSTI! The proprietorship of the quest ristorante and the colpito aggressivamente mia madre due to the volte al braccio, accusandola di non aver pagato 2 euros per usare il bagno. Dentro al ristorante, chiudendo la porta dietro di lei mentre cercava semplicemente di recuperare la sua borsa da mio padre, si trovava appena fuori. Come se non bastasse, ha rifiutato i 2 euro anche quando le sono stati Offerti, continue to inveterate a urlare and tentare di giustificare il proprio comportamento, nonostante il confronto diretto da parte di mia zia, che parla italiano. Onestamente, potrebbe anche essere motivo per intraprendere azioni legali. Non mi sorprende affatto che questo posto abbia una valutazione di pocopiù di 3 stelle, specialmente considerando il modo in cui trattano le persone. Probabilmente troverete cibo migliore nella stessa via. EVITATE QUESTA TRISTE SCUSA DI RISTORANTE. Don't ever go to this restaurant! The owner of this restaurant maliciously hit my mother on the arm twice, accusing her of not paying the 2 euros for using the restroom. She didn't give my mother a chance to explain (we mainly speak English and Spanish, so there was a language barrier), and she even tried to lock my mother in the restaurant and locked the door behind her when she tried to get her bag from my father who was outside the restaurant. To top it off, when we offered to pay the 2 euros, the owner refused to take the money, and continued to yell and try to justify her behavior when my Italian-speaking aunt confronted her. The owner's behavior was disgusting: not only was it extremely poor customer service, but it was also a violation of basic human respect and decency. Honestly, this behavior is reason enough to call the police or file a lawsuit. I'm not surprised that this place has a rating of only 3.0, especially considering the way they treat people. You can find much better restaurants on the same street. Avoid this pathetic "restaurant"!

11/04/2025: A delicious experience in the heart of Venice. Asian food is authentic, tasty and served with love. Heartfelt thanks to Xin and Lulu for their kindness and making us feel at home. We will definitely return!

20/03/2025: A true culinary delight! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Would definitely come back!

17/03/2025: I came to eat 3x in 24 hours I think saying more would be pointless?! ^^ (Dinner lunch and dinner) The staff was very nice and let me borrow two wine glasses since I was at the hotel 10m away (which I obviously returned!)

11/04/2025: I do not recommend eating here, because of the service, we saw that it had good reviews and we decided to try their sandwiches, we chose 4 between my partner and I, the waiter added two more for free, we ordered a water and a coke, he only served us the water and thank goodness, the coke was €5. After finishing the meal we prepare to pay and he tells me that it is €28. He was charging me for 6 sandwiches, a splitz and a coke, he changes it up to 3 times to find the price it really is, a sandwich costs €2.7, but if you sit down he charges you €1 more per sandwich, conclusion, he has tried to scam us up to 3 times and I have had to pay 16.5 for 4 sandwiches and a water, thank goodness the waiter gave us two and when it came time to pay by card he charged me less money due to his mistake. There are better places in the area, don't buy here.

25/08/2024: Smiling at the customer to welcome him is a thank you that was not granted to us! Then if I ask for a small cone even if I put two flavors and cream, just put less ice cream on top and look, the ice cream is small.... what a discovery eh!! But no, it was more convenient for you to abound with the scoop and then make us pay €9 for two ice creams... (perhaps because you mistook us for tourists given the accent?!?! ) My partner had to pay and with great grace and it was education you put the ice cream in the cone holder throw it there at the buna ... the service is less than mediocre as well as kindness and courtesy. The ice cream was passable but not the cream which should be a soft cloud, it was quite heavy, a nice brick. See you never again!!!!

11/02/2025: Adresse phare à Venise! Les pizzas sont excellentes ! Prix accessible pour y manger sur le pouce et même si vous avez plus de temps! Dommage que les boissons soient un peu chères mais sinon tout est top! Personnel accueillant, toujours de bonne humeur !

27/09/2024: I took a first course for my 5 year old son, and less than 5 minutes after ordering, it arrived at the table. Too bad I had to send it back as it had a hard consistency, as if it had been heated in the microwave. After 10 minutes they brought back the same dish "apologizing" but with the same problem. I got one for myself "hell" sandwich full of oil and cold. Anemic and tasteless pizza

22/02/2025: The food was good but nothing out of this world, you pay €10 for a fairly small package They also make you pay in cash… @hacienda If you want to sit down you have to say 3 Hail Marys to see if you can hopefully find a place among the 3 double tables (without back rests) that they have… better that than nothing but well

22/02/2025: We came here out of desperation looking for a place that wasn't overcrowded (I understand why). They charge you 10 euros for a pasta in a cardboard box and they fill it HALF, I repeat, for 10 euros. Also, it was good, yes, but nothing out of this world, because of my hangover I make better pasta.

31/03/2025: An unexpected lunch break, amazing food, a corner of paradise in the sun, kindness and rock-bottom prices! Go there. You won't regret it!

But it is also perfect for a coffee in the morning and an aperitif in the evening, perhaps accompanied by some cicchetto. A guarantee at any time of the day, the friendliness and spontaneity of the owner will offer you the pleasure of a moment of relaxation, making you feel at home.

06/04/2025: Everything was delicious from the appetizer to the main course, including the service. I highly recommend the pork ribs in barbecue sauce, delicious!

01/04/2025: Had dinner on March 15, very satisfied with the kindness, competence and goodness. Excellent location (very close to our hotel), it was not too crowded, nice place. All accompanied by an excellent wine. Paid the right price.
