10/06/2026: After yesterday's reply, undoubtedly written by someone INCOMPETENT, I wanted to remind you, as a former owner of many bars in the past, that certain things are not said because the customer is always right; in fact, criticism helps us improve and grow. Finally, I wanted to remind you that in life "MANY ARE THE UPHILLS AND MANY ARE THE DOWNSHIPS," referring to a very high percentage of negative reviews. I'm so sorry, and HAVE A GOOD LIFE.

27/06/2026: Went to Hana with 3 kids for lunch. No option other than all you can eat. I inquired multiple times about other alla carte options for my younger kids that don't need/won't eat "all you can eat" and the staff were rude and couldn't explain other alternatives. Our order placed on the tablet provided came to over €100, though there were 4 of us (including 1 toddler) at "€18 all you can eat" and I kept explaining we wanted alla carte for 2 of us. The price structure was strange and unclear and the staff kept saying "we'll fix it when you check out" but they couldn't tell us what our bill would be. We left before the food arrived. Unfortunately, this is the only sushi option in Caorle. Avoid it.

22/04/2026: A well-deserved five stars for the pizza and six stars for the hospitality! If you're looking for excellent pizza and a genuine smile, Pizzalonga is the place to be. We'll definitely be back!

30/05/2026: I sit down to drink a spritz at the outside table and immediately read "no outside table service." Okay, I go in, order a spritz, and come out with a spritz and a small bowl of chips. I sit at the table, dirty with residue on the table and a dirty ashtray. I clean up and adjust. I start to enjoy my aperitif and realize that the chips are three-quarters crushed. I continue enjoying my aperitif and watch as a bar employee comes out with a bucket of dirty floor water. He elegantly dumps the dirty water into the street drain, right in front of the tables, creating a spectacular puddle. Finally, I go to pay and surprisingly, considering the quality of everything, I pay "ONLY" €4.50!!!! Fantastic, I hope you close soon!!! Shame on you!!!

15/05/2026: A truly disappointing experience. I walked in expecting a minimum level of politeness and professionalism, but the staff was extremely rude from the start. Every question seemed annoying, and the response was arrogant and disrespectful. The atmosphere of the place suffers significantly, because you feel uncomfortable instead of welcomed. I understand the bad days and the heavy workload, but rudeness towards customers is inexcusable. The service was also rushed and inattentive. A simple smile or a more friendly tone would have completely changed the experience. It's a shame, because the place has potential. There are many other places where customers are treated with more respect. Personally, I don't think I'll return.

12/07/2026: Nice restaurant, good food. However, at the tables outside you are constantly bothered by pigeons.

26/06/2026: The food was very delicious. I made a few changes to the original menu, but they didn't bother me. (Instead of raw crab, I asked for fried/cooked crab)

18/04/2026: Nice tobacco shop. The wait times could be improved with a bit of organization, but overall it's not bad.

12/06/2026: Poor value for money! We only ordered an Aperol Spritz. I didn't know it was possible to make such a bad Spritz. Furthermore, we waited a very long time for both the drinks and the bill, even though it wasn't busy. Not very authentic, unfortunately…

11/05/2026: This hotel was a huge disappointment. The staff was rude. We checked in and found this scene... The furniture was all worn out. When we asked to change rooms for an extra fee, they refused, saying, "That's normal." They gave us an extra set of towels to wipe the floor after showering. 😂 We immediately changed to another hotel. So, it's up to you to decide whether you want to stay here or not.

27/06/2026: Friendly and helpful staff. Very good pizza. It's just a shame there's no air conditioning, which is essential these days.
