I've been coming to this pastry shop for a while, and whenever I can, I always enjoy stopping for breakfast. The pastries are excellent, the croissants are always fresh, and the coffee is truly delicious. Unfortunately, this morning's experience was very different from usual. There's a clear sense of understaffing, but the problem is that this translates into disorganization and sloppy service. When I took my order, the waitress was quite rude: no hello, no smile, not even a thank you. Small gestures that make all the difference in customer relations. The worst moment was at the checkout. We were in line to pay when a gentleman, clearly a regular, passed us by. When it was my turn, I asked where the line actually was, thinking I'd made the mistake. The answer was simply "he only had a coffee," without even a hint of an apology. Frankly, I don't think that's an excuse: if there's a line, everyone should respect it, regardless of how much they're paying. The quality of the products is truly worth it, and it's a shame that it is overshadowed by a service that today was well below expectations.

A refined pastry shop, both for its wide selection of pastries, cakes, breakfast pastries, and more... and for the location, and the staff is no exception. My husband and I go every Sunday morning (and not only) as a regular destination for a pleasant start to the day, especially for the smile and courtesy of Alessia, who never fails to amaze us with her baking tips. We've been in the business for many years, and when you find people like that, who, despite the intense and tiring days that customer service can involve, never lose their smile and are so helpful, it's always pleasant and inviting. She's a special girl! And all the staff is always kind and helpful. The pastry chef is nothing short of exceptional, with his innovations and flavor combinations that amaze the taste buds! We entrusted him with our wedding cake: it was a spectacle! I can only recommend this pastry shop. We travel fifteen kilometers every Sunday to go there, rather than using the many bars in the area where we live... What more can I say: highly recommended! ❣️❣️❣️

We went for breakfast because I'd heard good things about it. The pastries weren't bad looking at all, but I was craving a croissant, so I chose the apricot one. The jam was good, but not very crunchy, and a little... I don't know, maybe it wasn't very fresh, or at least it didn't quite convince me. I'll come back and try again.
