Good coffee and a variety of pasticcini.

UPDATE 05/2025 and 05/2026 Unfortunately, this bar, located in a side street with a large outdoor area, has declined somewhat compared to its former glory. The cappuccino and latte macchiato are still excellent, but the pastries are now more or less standard fare, and the chocolate semifreddo seems to be discontinued. The outdoor area was also sometimes a bit dirty. The service is very friendly and attentive. 2024: Excellent cappuccino, very tasty chocolate semifreddo, extremely friendly service, and moderate prices.

This is a perfect place to start your day. The pastries are fresh and there is a huge variety. The service is a bit brusque but fast. Later in the day it feels a bit more picked over and not quite as appealing but I would not hesitate to pop in for a cafe in the morning and watch the world go by from their small corner of the world.

We wanted to thank the team at the bakery where we had lunch every day during our stay in Venice. The kindness of the lady who served us in the morning deserves special mention. Thank you so much! The pastries are to die for… the filled croissants, the cantucci… Italy has culinary wonders that you'll find at Bragora.

It's definitely one of those places that doesn't immediately catch the eye, but actually surprises with its quality, flavor, and friendly service. We've tried it three times and never had second thoughts. The croissants and pastries are truly excellent and varied. The cappuccinos are creamy and always served hot. They also offer aperitifs with cicchetti.

Delicious sandwiches and breakfast cornettos. Good coffee. Delicious freshly squeezed orange juice, although quite pricey.

A fantastic place where you can experience authentic Italian life and sample many delicacies. It's a no-frills establishment with a wide selection. We stayed nearby and visited this place three times for breakfast (eaten at the bar). The service was professional and helpful. The coffee and freshly squeezed juice were fantastic. The selection of sandwiches and toast was modest but sufficient. The sweets, however, are truly exquisite! The croissants with ricotta and pistachio... lovely people! Fantastic flavor and excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Venice. I'm so sorry, my Italian was so limited in our last order, and one of the pastries wasn't included in the bill.

Huge variety of fresh pastries. There was a small selection of well priced, delicious gluten free biscuits.
