07/04/2026: I always go there when I'm in the city, because I consider it an excellent place to eat for those who want a quick, affordable, and good-quality meal in a very expensive city like Venice. It's a little hard to find because it's tucked away among the city's many alleys and squares, but it's convenient to the city center. Its strengths include the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the place, and the variety and high-quality sandwiches and tramezzini. The only downside is that it's quite small.

09/06/2025: We had really high expectations for this one as it had received a traveler award, unfortunately it didn't live up to the hype.
Ordered bottle of wine, boar ragu, greek chicken and a couple fish dishes. Flavors were pretty bland across the board and nothing really excited us. We had a window seat which was amazing to look into the canal, but the food just didn't hit the mark for us.
Menu also seems to focus heavily on vegetarian dishes with limited options for beef or fish.
24/05/2025: Volevo andare in questa affascinante trattoria da un po’ ma non trovavo posto …finalmente l’ho trovato e conto di ritornare quanto prima …antipasti ,primi e piatti di verdure ottimi tutto fatto in casa con materie prime eccezionali .I dolci sono deliziosi .Il personale gentilissimo,non solo i cani sono ammessi ma vengono anche super coccolati … il posto è arredato in maniera semplice e l’ambiente è molto caldo e accogliente .Tutto ottimo non ultima la posizione che è sull’acqua alla fine di Campo San Giacomo da l’Orio. Da non perdere!!!!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A very nice place in the area.
The only drawback: the prices are noticeably higher than other nearby cafes, for a breakfast that's the same or slightly different.
It's worth it if you're looking for a refined place; otherwise, you'll save a bit at the nearby cafes.

26/03/2026: We bought a cake for a birthday. The cake left a lot to be desired; the coloring from the decorations couldn't be removed from your hands or mouth. The syrup was practically non-existent, and the cream and whipped cream were too sweet. For the price paid, it was absolutely inadequate.

16/04/2026: On Easter Monday I ate a pizza that seemed smoked, it had a strange taste and smell, and I couldn't eat it... I only ate two slices, paid, kept quiet, and left...
But I'll never go back again.
01/01/2026: We didn't get the welcome aperitif as I was told, I'm talking about New Year's Eve dinner, from one course to the next, it took over 45 minutes, too many people, the music was so loud that the tables on the dance floor were constantly vibrating, intense smoke was blowing out, the air was unbreathable to be able to dance, there were 8 of us, 6 slices of panettone and we paid for coffee and water, very disappointed

12/03/2026: We were here 40 minutes ago and, honestly, it was one of the best pizzas we've ever had. The dough is incredibly light and the ingredients are delicious.
Special thanks to the waitress and the pizza chefs who served us with such kindness and professionalism, making us feel right at home. It's the perfect place to return to when you're craving a real pizza that never disappoints!
