15/08/2025: Poorly organized service, you give your order to the cashier and then you have to tell them where you're sitting, if by chance you don't know because you're sitting outside the first time you'll be left waiting in vain.

04/09/2025: What can I say? The staff was incredibly kind, especially the manager, Valeria... a wonderful person with a wealth of experience in the restaurant business. She undoubtedly made a difference for us on this holiday, simply because, being gluten-free and lactose intolerant, she managed to accommodate us in every way, offering us truly delicious products, which is not to be taken for granted. Highly recommended.

09/03/2025: Very bad experience in this place. We waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for a bruschetta and the waitress avoided us all evening, when I asked for explanations she pretended nothing happened. Then they served the table that arrived later first. At least one beer on the menu and french fries were not available. It's difficult to find parking, when we went out they even parked behind ours. They don't have POS, payment only in cash. I would have left much sooner but unfortunately I was in the car with a friend and he said he wanted to stay and wait. Not even the owner told us anything about the delay, it was embarrassing. I won't go back there again

16/08/2025: Booked for 9:00 PM, pizza not ready until 9:45 PM!!!!!!!! 45 minutes late without an apology, a discount, or two free beers!!!!!! The bare minimum! With hungry kids waiting for their dad who never arrived!! 45 minutes! One star is even too much

27/12/2024: Al piano terra, nel cortile interno del T-Fondaco a Venezia zona Rialto è presente questo locale molto bello, del Gruppo Alajmo - Calandre, arredato da Philippe Starck Ambiente piacevole in un contesto molto particolare di un edificio storico che ha avuto molte destinazioni nei secoli, in precedenza sede delle Poste centrali di Venezia Servizio di buon livello , personale gentile e attento, pietanze molto ricercate e di qualità che spaziano dalla caffetteria-pasticceria agli snack fino ad arrivare a piatti ben trutturati Fascia di prezzo medio alta ma rapportata alla categoria del locale

01/12/2024: Il toast alle verdure cotto sulla piastra del cibo animale, ti arriva il sapore della carne nel panino. (!) Lo snack non prevede le due tovagliette di CARTA (!) , le tolgono per usarle in un altro tavolo. infine i caffè da 5€ ciascuno non prevedono i biscottini, che devi chiedere, dolci solo freddi, zero fette di panettone... solo immagine...Da evitare,

17/08/2025: I hadn't been in for a while, but I wanted to give it a second chance. I got a takeaway brioche for €1.80 with a little cream inside. It's truly absurd (the pastry chef is a tightwad), the prices are sky-high...but they didn't even put a 0.01 cent wipe in the bag. Incredible.

09/08/2025: I'm writing this review with a bitter taste in my mouth, referring to the new management and subsequent name change to "Heart." On Friday, August 1st, some friends and I ordered a round of vodka martinis, and were literally served water with a little martini added. We changed the drink for gin and lemon because we didn't like it (confirmed by one of the bartenders, who shared our opinion that the drink was poorly made), and the situation seemed to improve. We had a second and final round of drinks: a total of around one hundred euros spent at the table, and they didn't even bring us chips, which we had to ask for ourselves (embarrassing, given the celebration for the new management). But let's get to the part that most disappointed me... At 12:06 AM, the square was still crowded with people. I asked to use the bathroom, but was immediately stopped by a girl who, despite my invitation to clean the bathroom myself (I have no problem putting on gloves and cleaning), rudely shooed me away, telling me they were already cleaning the bathrooms and that "I could urinate behind the tree in the square." I, who am not an animal, obviously declined the invitation and waited until they got home. Speechless. Not recommended, I will never set foot in there again.

11/07/2025: For our first time, we ordered a cold cuts platter, a portion of fries (quite generous, actually, and very good), a whole Margherita pizza, water, and a Coke, for a total of €37. Everything was very good; the service wasn't the fastest, but it was prompt and friendly. The seating was quite comfortable, and even though the tables were quite close together (we were inside), you could talk without shouting. The menu is truly intriguing; next time, we'll try the cutlet, wife's advice...

09/03/2025: Very particular place specializing in burgers. There is little choice on the menu, the various burgers differ in one or two ingredients. 160g of meat and medium size burger, "served with chips" (at least that's what the menu says): €15. The chips that arrive with the burger are not even a handful, for €15 we expected much more. The polenta is good (taken separately). On the menu they offer a sandwich with ribs for €20, large in portion but very complex to eat: we had to dismantle the whole sandwich and remove every little bone, I wouldn't take it again in the form of a burger. The ribs were not soft and cooked at a low temperature, the meat was all still attached to the bone. In summary for eating a hamburger: very high prices, medium hamburger portions, very small fries portions.

01/06/2025: Very beautiful location, with an impeccable park and two large and very functional tensile structures. I attended a ceremony and the bride and groom chose this Villa. Excellent buffet upon arrival, nothing to say!!! Wide variety of food and drinks. For dinner we moved inside. Coming from outside with 30 degrees, the room was frozen! Dinner, in short, the risotto was really sad... the music at full blast, impossible to talk... everything beautiful, for goodness sake, but seeing the location I really expected more.

13/08/2025: A fridge in the room would have been nice. Room and breakfast were average. It was enough for one night's sleep.

21/06/2025: If you like waiting a long time (30 minutes between ordering and the first course), paying a lot and eating low quality sushi (the one that arrives and that inexplicably doesn't remain in the kitchen) you are in the right place.
