I approach to order, wait, and finally, with difficulty, I order... with difficulty because the guy didn't speak much of the language. Unfortunately, there wasn't even whole wheat dough, and the ham was sliced ​​so thickly that I removed it completely from half the piadina, not to mention the fact that it was also very salty (but this is relative, it can happen). Another unpleasant detail is seeing the guy preparing your piadina without gloves, doing everything with his bare hands and touching anything. Tables full of crumbs and it's already ridiculously hot, and if you add the bad smell, it's not the best. Overall, the place didn't look as nice and tidy as usual. I used to come here often to eat, but lately I've found it neglected and the quality has gone downhill... what a shame.

05/10/2025: We had lunch here and thought the service and food was exceptional. Spaghetti Ragu was delicious and we recommend the scampi entree. Both Campari and Aperol spritz was top shelf service. And most of all, the service was very wholesome with us and friendly. We would recommend to other tourists who wish to enjoy a meal by the Adige.

05/10/2025: We stopped for an aperitivo, waited a long time to order, and after a long wait, they brought us the aperitivo we ordered, with nothing to accompany it: no chips, taralli, olives... nothing!!! This has never happened in any other place, whether downtown or on the outskirts. They even ran out of bread for a bruschetta on the menu, so we were told. When it came time to pay, which wasn't cheap... we expressed our disappointment at the poor service and received a rude response instead of an apology, even though our request was truly basic for an aperitivo. I wouldn't recommend this experience, never again.

10/04/2026: I've been going there for many years. Even though the place is very small and cold, and the wait is long, it's nice to eat something different every now and then. The quality is good, and the crepes are very good (not all of them). Lately, I've found the prices high and the menu very confusing, with similar names that lead to confusion. In fact, among the crepes "Del lupo," "Gola del lupo," "Tana del lupo," etc., they brought me the wrong crepe. I noticed it at first bite (which was inedible, by the way: tuna in tomato sauce!). Okay, they changed it for me and also brought me the wrong one in a container: "If you want to take it away... so as not to throw it away." In the end, though, it was on the receipt! So I said that if I have to pay for it, and since I didn't make the mistake, she can throw it away! The owner started a never-ending story about how I'd eaten half of it, otherwise she would have eaten it, and that it's a sin to waste... So, according to her, I absolutely had to take it away and pay for it! Finally, he corrects the receipt, we pay, and leave. The next day I checked again, and he made some strange chargebacks and basically charged us half anyway! BIG CROSS ON TOP! BIG...! P.S. The gelato's texture is velvety and the flavor intense, a sign of artisanal craftsmanship and passion. The whipped cream. Simply perfect. Firm, light, and not overly sweet, it crowns the whole thing without overpowering the fruit flavors. The Ambience The location is ideal for a relaxing moment: the outdoor sofas are very comfortable and the atmosphere is pleasant, perfect for enjoying gelato in the sun or on a spring afternoon. In short: Generous portions, meticulous presentation, and quality you can taste in every spoonful. I'll definitely be back to try the other flavors!

24/04/2026: A bar/gelateria in the heart of San Giovanni Lupatoto, perfect for an evening with friends in both winter and summer. Spacious, with plenty of tables inside and outside. In summer, there's plenty of outdoor space as well. A wide selection of gelato sundaes, all named after Greek gods. I had a Dionisio, with gelato, fruit, and whipped cream. It arrived within two minutes of ordering, so it was prepared very quickly. Delicious, creamy, and very filling; there must have been half a kilo of gelato and fruit. €10 + 0.50 cent cover charge = €10.50. They also offer sweet and savory bar and gelato options, as well as lunch and dinner snacks like toasted sandwiches, sandwiches, pizzas, and more. They also offer cocktails, herbal teas, infusions, crepes, cakes, aperitifs, hot chocolate, and more. They also offer takeout. The staff is young and friendly. The only downside is the parking. The ice cream shop is located on a busy street with very limited parking, but there is a private parking lot dedicated to the shop with about twenty spaces. Otherwise, park in Piazza Umberto I and walk less than five minutes.

Then they finally managed to give us a table under a tree with ants falling on it. One waitress took our drinks order, another took our pizza order half an hour later. Bottom line: the pizzas arrived after a two-hour wait, without cutlery, and mine was even burnt. I took the pizza and brought it back to the kitchen, but they rudely denied it was burnt, and... well, the customer is always right. CHANGE YOUR JOB!!! Don't ruin people's evenings. It would have been enough to say they didn't have room for the reservation, since they're not capable of handling such a large number of customers.

05/07/2026: Simply shameful...two hours to serve nine burnt pizzas. The incompetent and rude management, when we pointed out the incident, arrogantly and rudely denied the evidence. Absolutely avoid.

12/03/2026: We were here 40 minutes ago and, honestly, it was one of the best pizzas we've ever had. The dough is incredibly light and the ingredients are delicious. Special thanks to the waitress and the pizza chefs who served us with such kindness and professionalism, making us feel right at home. It's the perfect place to return to when you're craving a real pizza that never disappoints!

09/08/2025: I'm writing this review with a bitter taste in my mouth, referring to the new management and subsequent name change to "Heart." On Friday, August 1st, some friends and I ordered a round of vodka martinis, and were literally served water with a little martini added. We changed the drink for gin and lemon because we didn't like it (confirmed by one of the bartenders, who shared our opinion that the drink was poorly made), and the situation seemed to improve. We had a second and final round of drinks: a total of around one hundred euros spent at the table, and they didn't even bring us chips, which we had to ask for ourselves (embarrassing, given the celebration for the new management). But let's get to the part that most disappointed me... At 12:06 AM, the square was still crowded with people. I asked to use the bathroom, but was immediately stopped by a girl who, despite my invitation to clean the bathroom myself (I have no problem putting on gloves and cleaning), rudely shooed me away, telling me they were already cleaning the bathrooms and that "I could urinate behind the tree in the square." I, who am not an animal, obviously declined the invitation and waited until they got home. Speechless. Not recommended, I will never set foot in there again.
