05/12/2025: The food displayed in the window looks so attractive, but when you enter you are greeted with the most hostile staff, in particular the older lady near the pizza counter.. there is no acknowledgement, we just stood at the counter waiting to be helped.. after ignoring us for a bit, when we were helped finally, the older lady was sooo rude and angry for no reason. Maybe they prefer having local customers with whom they were interacting very cheerfully.. food wise croissants were ok, slightly dry and cold but with tasty cream.. tiramisu was good, not too rich.. customer service really needs vast improvement

09/03/2025: A very unique place specializing in burgers. The menu offers limited choices, with each burger varying in one or two ingredients. 160g of meat and a medium-sized burger, "served with fries" (at least that's what the menu says): €15. The fries that come with the burger aren't even a handful; for €15, we expected much more. The polenta (separately) is good. On the menu, they offer a rib sandwich for €20. It's a large portion but very difficult to eat: we had to dismantle the entire bun and remove every bone; I wouldn't eat it again as a burger. The ribs weren't tender and were cooked at a low temperature; the meat was still attached to the bone. To sum up, for a burger: very high prices, medium sized burger portions, and very small fries portions.

I didn’t ask for any kind of compensation or other dish, and I was polite all over the way. If you want to be angry or aggressive it’s your choice, but don’t excuse that by using racist explanations about my nationality.

07/12/2025: Excellent location near the Gardaland Hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly. All in all, an excellent choice.

15/11/2025: We stayed overnight at Gardaland and, unfortunately, had the idea of ​​dining at this restaurant. The atmosphere is quaint and beautiful, in ancient Egyptian style. Reservations are required, and on Saturdays, there are only two sittings with set times (7 or 9 PM). We chose the 9 PM one, partly because the amusement park closes at 8 PM. I'll just say that we waited 45 minutes just to order, without even being asked for water or drinks. Meanwhile, all around us were disconsolate faces from the endless wait, hungry children crying in despair, and distraught waiters wandering around the restaurant with the wrong dishes and drinks; in short, the impression was of total disorganization, as well as a lack of staff. But what was worse was the response of the woman who appeared to be the restaurant manager (hard to believe, given her rudeness...) to our complaints: it seems incredible, but she actually said something like "You could have chosen another restaurant" and "I told you it would be very crowded"!! I'm speechless. For this reason, I think there's no excuse; it's unthinkable that they couldn't organize themselves better in a restaurant where reservations are required and people (albeit many) arrive at fixed times. I'll give it one star, to be generous!! We would have even left, but by then it was almost ten o'clock at night... It's a shame, because we ate a really good pizza, and the food wasn't bad either, with prices perhaps just a little high, and the waiters were kind despite the chaos and desperation. Overall, a negative experience, not up to par with Gardaland or the hotel, but if you don't want or can't leave the park for dinner, it's almost a must. The breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent and plentiful (also because it was a buffet...).

18/11/2025: Today, November 18, 2025, we ordered the set menu. Terrible. We saw that for €24 it included a starter, main course, side dish, and drink, so we decided to go in. We left the hard pasta and the calamari. They were rubbery, with such a disgusting texture that we had to spit them out. Honestly, it's not worth it, especially since it's not exactly cheap...

The guy at the counter would be good, but since he's both cashier and serving (in addition to serving tables), the wait times are very long. We waited over half an hour, and there was only one table besides us. The food was decent, but given the price, I would have expected a little more. I think it's better for a quick snack rather than for lunch or dinner.
