30/12/2025: One simple word: QUALITY! A spectacular place for its theme and location. But that's just the beginning. The staff is truly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. But it's the food that makes it all sublime. Top-quality ingredients, distinguishable on the palate individually, even when eaten together. Truly unexpected. Hats off!

19/02/2026: I booked this hotel as a former Valtour customer. In fact, if you look at the outside sign, the Valtour logo has still been roughly erased with black paint... that alone makes you think badly. We were assigned an apartment in the residence next door, with a 1970s style. When I pointed out to management that there was no fire extinguisher, the manager started yelling. The self-service dinner was like a company canteen: lukewarm pasta, tasteless vegetables, dry main courses, and desserts for five days: crème caramel made with powders and water, fruit, and freshly squeezed orange juice, all thrown on a small table. Breakfast was like a market of off-brand and frozen products; the omelette was barely warm. It felt like being in Yugoslavia in the 1980s. There was an almost total lack of fresh products. At check-in, the receptionist didn't know how to register a minor with their parents. Everyone chooses where to book, but don't do as I did and didn't inform myself about the change of management... read the reviews, especially the negative ones, and remember that they want money before you enter, and if the service is what it is, the money is gone and will never be returned. I asked for white rice and was told that the chef is too busy (with €100 per person per day). One morning I asked for orange juice, but the waiter said the supplier didn't have it. Luckily, there's a bar near the hotel. The manager needs to learn how to talk to people... especially if they're guests.

18/02/2026: I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service and overall management were a complete disaster. The manager behaved in a shocking way he was shouting at guests and causing scenes. The police had to get involved, and they even apologized to us for his behavior. On top of that, the coffee was disgusting like the cheapest machine coffee. The SPA costs 15 euros, but in reality you only get access to the pool. Even worse, the pool is only accessible if you wear a swimming cap, which was not clearly communicated in advance. No comfort, no professionalism, and no respect for guests. Avoid this place.

03/03/2026: It's a more expensive ice cream shop than the others, but it's worth it. It stands out from all the other ice cream shops for its inventiveness and its special, wonderful gelato dishes. The investment in new chairs inside is also greatly appreciated; they used to be horrible plastic balcony chairs. My review would be 5 stars, and I'd come more often, but among the 10 types of sandwiches, 10 types of bruschetta, and 10 types of savory piadinas, there isn't a single cold cut that isn't pork, which I don't eat. So, no cold cuts of turkey, chicken, bresaola, or carne salada. It's a real shame.

15/02/2026: Crazy! Terrible experience: The yogurt isn't artisanal, it's supermarket yogurt, and they charge you as if it were artisanal. Industrial cakes where the price of a slice is the same as the price of the cake. Tasteless and flavorless cakes, just sugar. The highlight is the alcohol: poured by weight using a scale, and the staff is careful about the weight they have to pour you. Not a single gram more. Ridiculous. Insane! Manhattan prices, and yet we're in San Giovanni Lupatoto.

24/08/2025: Located on Via Maja, easy to get to. Parking is available in the area. Craft beers are highly appreciated. Pizza, calzones, and baguettes (always made with pizza dough). Meat and fried dishes. Friendly service. Fair prices.

17/01/2026: We had the veggie menu, two courses, both excellent. They were also very willing to veganize the apple crumble on the menu. Top marks.

02/05/2025: Piatti buonissimi, servizio veloce.....forse anche troppo (in 40 minuti abbiamo cenato). Sgradevole il proprietario che ai complimenti del mio amico non ha risposto e ha assunto un atteggiamento di sufficienza. Inoltre lo ha fatto alzare da tavola ben quattro volte per far passare persone al tavolo vicino mentre stavamo mangiando. Probabilmente un corso intensivo di cortesia non gli farebbe male. Prezzo in linea, ma con il modo di fare "dentro uno e fuori l'altro " sembra una mensa.

02/05/2025: Ho pranzato in questo ristorante e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto! Spaghetti alle vongole perfetti, saporiti e ben mantecati. La frittura mista servita a forma di piramide è un'idea geniale, oltre a essere croccante e leggerissima. Personale molto bravo e professionale. Consigliatissimo!

14/10/2025: I stopped today for a business lunch at this distributor with a nice parking lot. Menu: first course, side dish, 1/2 cup water, coffee, 11.50. The portions could have been more abundant. It would have been excellent anyway. You are given a nice basket of bread. Clean environment. Friendly and fast service. I recommend it.

20/09/2025: We stopped by chance on our way to Tigna. Delicious place, fresh desserts with a choice of fillings made to order. Clean and welcoming, the staff is polite and fast. Highly recommend.

13/09/2025: The croissants are very good, but the owner is rude, or at least unfriendly, and the cleanliness is decidedly lacking—a shame, because the atmosphere is very nice. A real shame.

09/08/2025: I'm writing this review with a bitter taste in my mouth, referring to the new management and subsequent name change to "Heart." On Friday, August 1st, some friends and I ordered a round of vodka martinis, and were literally served water with a little martini added. We changed the drink for gin and lemon because we didn't like it (confirmed by one of the bartenders, who shared our opinion that the drink was poorly made), and the situation seemed to improve. We had a second and final round of drinks: a total of around one hundred euros spent at the table, and they didn't even bring us chips, which we had to ask for ourselves (embarrassing, given the celebration for the new management). But let's get to the part that most disappointed me... At 12:06 AM, the square was still crowded with people. I asked to use the bathroom, but was immediately stopped by a girl who, despite my invitation to clean the bathroom myself (I have no problem putting on gloves and cleaning), rudely shooed me away, telling me they were already cleaning the bathrooms and that "I could urinate behind the tree in the square." I, who am not an animal, obviously declined the invitation and waited until they got home. Speechless. Not recommended, I will never set foot in there again.

19/12/2025: I've been wanting to eat a kebab for a long time, and I can tell you it was sublime!! Excellent ingredients, fresh vegetables, good sauces, and a clean atmosphere.

18/01/2026: Food: Terrible. We took the vaporetto (waterbus) there and back on the same day and stopped for lunch. In short, €39 for two Cokes, bread, a tasteless cuttlefish pasta, and an even tasteless seafood pasta. For dessert, we were charged a mandatory 10% tip for the staff, whom we had to chase down to get our order and payment.

08/01/2026: Very large place, with a wide menu to choose from. There is also a gluten-free option (pasta and pizza). The service is a 10. The food is very good in terms of quality/price. Highly recommended!

02/02/2026: Marilù is a wonderful place! A rejuvenating, warm, and ideal spot to start the day off right. The croissants are the best in Mestre, and even during my stay in Venice, I didn't find any as good. Grazie e a presto Marilù!

31/08/2025: From many kilometers away from here I frequent many Japanese/Chinese restaurants but the quality even if far from the sea was much better... raw grilled fish... without a main course but only the dishes they serve with miserable napkins... in short, if they asked me for a restaurant like that I certainly would not recommend this one, especially since it is still in the medium-high range especially in the summer season and is located on the seafront. I would say FULLY FAILED, SORRY.
