15/11/2025: The cappuccino was excellent, but the brioche was flavorless and dry. The staff was very friendly.

14/11/2025: My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday for breakfast. The cappuccino was fine, but the croissants were hard and dry. The same thing happened to my friends who arrived shortly after us. Total disappointment, since I knew it was an excellent pastry shop. 😕

09/03/2025: A very unique place specializing in burgers. The menu offers limited choices, with each burger varying in one or two ingredients. 160g of meat and a medium-sized burger, "served with fries" (at least that's what the menu says): €15. The fries that come with the burger aren't even a handful; for €15, we expected much more. The polenta (separately) is good. On the menu, they offer a rib sandwich for €20. It's a large portion but very difficult to eat: we had to dismantle the entire bun and remove every bone; I wouldn't eat it again as a burger. The ribs weren't tender and were cooked at a low temperature; the meat was still attached to the bone. To sum up, for a burger: very high prices, medium sized burger portions, and very small fries portions.

06/12/2025: Nice place, in a very central location. Good cocktails at the price you'd expect downtown. Unfortunately, after asking for payment in advance at every turn without providing a receipt, it only came out at the end that we'd paid for the same drinks multiple times... a discovery only after specifically asking for a receipt upon leaving. Watch out for surprises! The girl at the door wasn't exactly the picture of hospitality.

26/12/2025: Ordered pizzas for Christmas Eve well in advance, and they arrived, but... two were stinky with missing ingredients and one pizza with a completely wrong ingredient. So I can understand that it was Christmas Eve, but that doesn't justify the shortcomings since they were paid for... handsomely!!!

16/01/2026: Paying 7 euros for a millefeuille seems excessive to me, especially since the custard was quite sweet and tasted like flour. Plus a coffee for 1.90, a total of 9 euros for a coffee and a pastry. TOO MUCH.

11/01/2026: A small place with small, blind rooms. I didn't particularly like the coffee, but that's subjective. I have to say the pastry is one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly caramelized, but not overly creamy. The pastry is delicious, crispy and crumbly, but difficult to eat with just a fork. The butter flavor is evident and a joy to the palate. Nowadays, they only use margarine for the pastry, and that means changing the nature of a food. The famous pastry is a generous portion, but the cream inside isn't enough to make the dessert moist and edible, in my opinion. It's hard to finish it unless you have something to drink with it. Exorbitant prices. Two millefeuilles, a coffee, and a coffee with cream sitting in a blind room downstairs, €18.80 seems excessive to me.

05/01/2026: A benchmark of goodness and quality that endures in the heart of Vicenza. The owners are always smiling and courteous, as are their waitresses, helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. The cream basket is spectacular, a prelude to a long list of other delights! Ready to return as soon as possible!

22/12/2025: Nice atmosphere with delicious cakes and good products. The gentleman at the counter was rude and surly... the older lady at the register was worse than the worst... no way! I won't be back.

06/11/2025: The least bad in the area? When the restaurant opened, the pizza was good, well-made, with a nice thick crust. After years, with each new pizza maker lasting 3-6 months, the quality of the pizza has gradually deteriorated. Now the crust is practically nonexistent, the tomato sauce is dry, the mozzarella is rubbery... bah...

18/12/2025: Excellent service. Very good and friendly staff; they made an effort to assist us in Spanish. You can use the restrooms and eat inside or outside. I find the prices very reasonable.

02/12/2025: I spent four weeks in Venice and always had breakfast here. This is where the Venetians shop! The owner, the baker, is certainly over 80 and is always greeted very warmly by all the customers. The bakery smells wonderful! If I come back to Venice, I'll definitely go here!

18/01/2026: We ordered a hot chocolate with cream, a pancake with zabaglione, and a barley coffee. The hot chocolate was thinner than water, the cream... oh well... let's forget it. The pancake was basically a crust soaked in oil with zabaglione inside. The only redeeming feature is the kind waitress. Total €10.10 (€5.50 for the hot chocolate alone). A ROBBERY!!!! If I compare it to a decidedly high-end pastry shop (which I won't name), I paid €5 for the hot chocolate with cream, and she wanted it all!!!

15/01/2026: The desserts offered are delicious and unique, the staff is attentive and kind. Just avoid going in the afternoon because the place becomes an after-school club with children running around the place screaming and hindering the waitresses' work... in front of indifferent parents who don't intervene.

20/11/2025: Terrible! Six of us went for lunch. When we booked, we asked if we could eat in 40 minutes... they confirmed... when we ordered, the staff was unpleasant and annoyed by our requests. We were presented with the available dishes. Half of what was available online. Tortelli similar to tortelli nn (8 in number). Rubbery gnocchi, ragù with tomato sauce and a few measly pieces of meat. Grilled eggplant (5 slices). A friend of ours ordered chicken... it arrived after 40 minutes (13 people in total in the dining room). Unforeseen events or difficulties can arise; it would be enough to admit it and apologize, we would have understood... but we were also treated rudely. Last thing... a medium-sized dog was present in the dining room and a small Maltese-type dog wanted to leave the kitchen, whose door was promptly closed 🙂‍↕️🥴

20/11/2025: Unfortunately, I can't give a positive review. The portions were very small, and the staff was quite rude. The place presents itself as a trattoria, so I obviously expected a homey approach (which I usually appreciate), but unfortunately, the cleanliness and attention to detail leave much to be desired, particularly the presence of a dog in the kitchen (and I say this as an animal lover, but not in a restaurant kitchen). Furthermore, probably due to a series of misunderstandings, we were rudely called back for a payment mix-up. I'm sorry.

17/02/2026: Perfect location, shame about the service. The waiters, let's call them that, are young men who don't even know what it means to be a waiter. Very disappointed. What a fool I'd look if I brought someone to this restaurant. The food was decent.

17/02/2026: Unfortunately, it's unclassifiable: I entered with a couple of friends because the Piazza dei Signori was beautifully sunny. I asked a waitress if we could have a drink at the tables outside (since there were people there). She kindly said, "I'll have a drink right away, sir." "Come back," she said, "I'm sorry, but it's too late for a drink." We left, shocked.
