12/04/2026: I was a little concerned by the previous reviews. Cleanliness: good basics. Bathroom and beds always clean; details leave a little to be desired. There are real signs of dead mosquitoes on the walls, dust, and worn headboards. The inside temperature is very hot, and the air conditioning doesn't provide any cool air even on low. Minimal but good breakfast: croissants, salami, ham and cheese, rolls, yogurt, cereal, jam, hazelnut spread, juice, water, and hot drinks upon request. Really convenient location. PS: Bring mosquito tags for the night, otherwise they'll eat you!

05/04/2026: Horrible hotel. Room 204 was infested with bedbugs. My fiancé and I were bitten.

11/03/2026: I happened to be passing by and decided to grab a coffee with a friend. One of the counter staff, clearly lacking patience, was very rude to me and other customers in line.

06/04/2026: This cafe, located in Piazza della Signori in the center of Vicenza, is a lovely spot often seen on social media, with a beautiful glass-enclosed terrace. The Mont Blanc here is expensive, but delicious! This cafe generally has a higher price point for everything. Even at night, the cafe is lively with loud background music.

24/03/2026: We arrived in Vicenza and I was really looking forward to enjoying a traditional Aperol Spritz, but I have to admit I was disappointed. The only thing worth mentioning was the view of Piazza dei Signori. I drink this all the time and I know exactly how it should taste—and this, unfortunately, wasn't even close.

18/01/2026: We ordered a hot chocolate with cream, a pancake with zabaglione, and a barley coffee. The hot chocolate was thinner than water, the cream... oh well... let's forget it. The pancake was basically a crust soaked in oil with zabaglione inside. The only redeeming feature is the kind waitress. Total €10.10 (€5.50 for the hot chocolate alone). A ROBBERY!!!! If I compare it to a decidedly high-end pastry shop (which I won't name), I paid €5 for the hot chocolate with cream, and she wanted it all!!!

15/01/2026: The desserts offered are delicious and unique, the staff is attentive and kind. Just avoid going in the afternoon because the place becomes an after-school club with children running around the place screaming and hindering the waitresses' work... in front of indifferent parents who don't intervene.

15/04/2026: I'd heard good things about it, but it was an experience I wouldn't want to repeat: the dough wasn't exciting and the toppings were disappointing. I counted 7 French fries on the potato-y pizza. I can't even see myself with binoculars anymore.

07/04/2026: The pizza is delicious, made with top-quality ingredients. Since pizza chef Paolo took over, I've been returning to Pizzalonga because, even though it may not seem like it, the ingredients on top of the pizza shouldn't be thrown away haphazardly; even that takes logic and passion. With Paolo, pizza is back to its best, just like it once was. Fast service and a warm welcome.

09/04/2026: An update of my comment: I should just trust the previous comments. worst matcha gelato I have tried. To avoid any misunderstanding from the owner, I’d like to elaborate a bit: The matcha gelato here is definitely below average in my opinion. The texture and flavor reminded me more of mashed mung beans mixed with tea leaves rather than authentic matcha. That’s exactly what I said to my friend while I was eating it. so DON’T make the same mistake as me. If you are interested in ordering gelato from here(this is the only product I ordered, so I would not say anything about coffee and cake here), please scroll down the comments to see those negative comments like mine. And reply to the owner: thanks for replying sarcastically to my previous comment where I simply comment objectively to the product I purchased. Wishing your business keeps booming… somehow
