02/01/2026: An experience to forget. I found a hair on my plate, reported it to the waitress, and received neither an apology nor a change of course. I expected the amount to be deducted from the bill at the very least... but not even that. The pasta water hadn't even been drained from the first course my boyfriend ordered. Aesthetically pleasing place, but not recommended.

31/08/2025: From many kilometers away from here I frequent many Japanese/Chinese restaurants but the quality even if far from the sea was much better... raw grilled fish... without a main course but only the dishes they serve with miserable napkins... in short, if they asked me for a restaurant like that I certainly would not recommend this one, especially since it is still in the medium-high range especially in the summer season and is located on the seafront. I would say FULLY FAILED, SORRY.

09/08/2025: I'm writing this review with a bitter taste in my mouth, referring to the new management and subsequent name change to "Heart." On Friday, August 1st, some friends and I ordered a round of vodka martinis, and were literally served water with a little martini added. We changed the drink for gin and lemon because we didn't like it (confirmed by one of the bartenders, who shared our opinion that the drink was poorly made), and the situation seemed to improve. We had a second and final round of drinks: a total of around one hundred euros spent at the table, and they didn't even bring us chips, which we had to ask for ourselves (embarrassing, given the celebration for the new management). But let's get to the part that most disappointed me... At 12:06 AM, the square was still crowded with people. I asked to use the bathroom, but was immediately stopped by a girl who, despite my invitation to clean the bathroom myself (I have no problem putting on gloves and cleaning), rudely shooed me away, telling me they were already cleaning the bathrooms and that "I could urinate behind the tree in the square." I, who am not an animal, obviously declined the invitation and waited until they got home. Speechless. Not recommended, I will never set foot in there again.

19/12/2025: I've been wanting to eat a kebab for a long time, and I can tell you it was sublime!! Excellent ingredients, fresh vegetables, good sauces, and a clean atmosphere.

14/11/2025: My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday for breakfast. The cappuccino was fine, but the croissants were hard and dry. The same thing happened to my friends who arrived shortly after us. Total disappointment, since I knew it was an excellent pastry shop. 😕

06/12/2025: Nice place, in a very central location. Good cocktails at the price you'd expect downtown. Unfortunately, after asking for payment in advance at every turn without providing a receipt, it only came out at the end that we'd paid for the same drinks multiple times... a discovery only after specifically asking for a receipt upon leaving. Watch out for surprises! The girl at the door wasn't exactly the picture of hospitality.

02/01/2026: I think all that's left of this ice cream shop is the name. At least I haven't found it the same as it used to be. Aside from the ridiculous prices, the ice cream is comparable to that of any other ice cream shop. I was also shocked by the condition of the dog bowl. Do you think that's normal? I hope they change their review after this; it costs less than 5 euros at any Chinese store.

26/12/2025: The prices are ridiculous, and you also have to pay a 50 cent cover charge. Even I didn't order anything, so I had to pay. A terrible experience.

05/12/2025: We always order through Just Eat. The pizza always arrives hot, and the ingredients are excellent. The fries taste like chips, not like fried foods made beforehand (which isn't always the case). Highly recommended!

16/01/2026: Paying 7 euros for a millefeuille seems excessive to me, especially since the custard was quite sweet and tasted like flour. Plus a coffee for 1.90, a total of 9 euros for a coffee and a pastry. TOO MUCH.

11/01/2026: A small place with small, blind rooms. I didn't particularly like the coffee, but that's subjective. I have to say the pastry is one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly caramelized, but not overly creamy. The pastry is delicious, crispy and crumbly, but difficult to eat with just a fork. The butter flavor is evident and a joy to the palate. Nowadays, they only use margarine for the pastry, and that means changing the nature of a food. The famous pastry is a generous portion, but the cream inside isn't enough to make the dessert moist and edible, in my opinion. It's hard to finish it unless you have something to drink with it. Exorbitant prices. Two millefeuilles, a coffee, and a coffee with cream sitting in a blind room downstairs, €18.80 seems excessive to me.

05/01/2026: A benchmark of goodness and quality that endures in the heart of Vicenza. The owners are always smiling and courteous, as are their waitresses, helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. The cream basket is spectacular, a prelude to a long list of other delights! Ready to return as soon as possible!

22/12/2025: Nice atmosphere with delicious cakes and good products. The gentleman at the counter was rude and surly... the older lady at the register was worse than the worst... no way! I won't be back.

30/12/2025: Excellent brioches with a wide variety of fillings. Good coffee, and the mini pastries and biscuits are also very good. The aperitifs are also quite good.

15/11/2025: I had an excellent single-serving dessert, accompanied by a good coffee. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the processing of these ingredients through the techniques used allows for products with unusual flavor combinations. I've eaten several single-serving desserts in pastry shops in the center of Padua, even the most renowned ones are significantly inferior to these (they always ask for €7 or more!). The quality/price ratio, in my opinion, is reasonable. The atmosphere is well-kept and clean. The colorful cups are lovely. I also had a classic panettone, which promises well.

11/01/2026: Very well located in the center of Venice. Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are in an old-fashioned style, or rather, they are decorated as they were when the hotel opened around 1870. Bathroom cleaning was very good, but room cleaning wasn't great. No view.

13/12/2025: An elderly lady and I got a €2 meatball and I got a ginseng, we were standing at the counter, the girl charged us €4.40… How can a ginseng cost €2.40 if in Venice it costs €1.90 at most?

20/01/2026: It's a beautiful bar located in a lovely corner of Piazza dei Signori in front of the Basilica Palladiana. It's a shame the service isn't up to par.

19/01/2026: I took some of my English clients for dinner. The view was incredible, but it was a shame about the terrible service. The waiters were unprofessional with my client, who is an English businessman. My fillet was cold and tough, while my colleague next door's chicken was stringy and tough. A smile from the chef wouldn't hurt. What a shame.
