09/11/2025: Terribly rude service. When I ordered two coffees and a slice of pizza, the cashier yelled that it wasn't enough. The receipt said cafe latte, but we got milk. Even though one person ordered, the other person couldn't use the restroom until they paid. I don't recommend it.

04/11/2025: Discovered by chance: there were 6 people, everything was worth every penny, and we weren't expecting it to be cheap. The best espresso, and they prepared everything perfectly for us tourists, using gestures and a bit of language, exactly how we wanted it – top-notch, friendly, and fun!

12/08/2025: One of the few remaining pizzerias serving pizza by the slice. The pizzas are all well-made, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are absolutely competitive.

16/08/2025: Finally a burger worthy of the name! Boris prepared me an extra, perfectly prepared double burger at my request. It was beautifully presented, with lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese, and the meat was of excellent quality and tasty. With sauce on the side and generous fries, I enjoyed it in a beautiful outdoor setting just steps from the Ponte degli Alpini. A YES for all burger lovers! 🇺🇸🍔

13/11/2025: 3 different waiters refused to speak a single word of english, got the order wrong and then were rude about it. Coffee was alright, but embarrassing display of service for any serious establishment.

03/11/2025: The waitress who takes payments is rude; she laughs and gossips about the customers behind their backs. Not recommended at all.

17/09/2025: Delicious soft serve ice cream to fill your own cone or cup, garnished with various toppings. Regular ice cream is also available. It's charged by weight, not exactly cheap, but we enjoyed it. The salesperson was friendly, and even though it's mid-September, there are no lines outside.

12/09/2025: After trying it several times around Bibione, some decent, others much less so... The best cheesecake flavor is undoubtedly here! Generous sauce, lots of biscuit chunks, not too sweet... In short, excellent!

17/09/2025: I wasn't satisfied with anything... The only positive note was that there was room to sit... There was no one there... In downtown Vicenza at 7 pm... Should I have asked myself questions? More pointless comments.

14/11/2025: My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday for breakfast. The cappuccino was fine, but the croissants were hard and dry. The same thing happened to my friends who arrived shortly after us. Total disappointment, since I knew it was an excellent pastry shop. 😕

28/10/2025: I always hate to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this time it's necessary. First and foremost, for future customers and then for the owner, so he can make up for the mistakes of those who work there. Last night I had the kebab sandwich, and the only positive thing was the kindness of the young man who works there. The sandwich wasn't to my taste, and okay, everyone has their own tastes, but the thing I didn't like the most was that the other guy in charge of making pizzas, after handling the money at the register, went back to kneading the pizza dough with dirty hands without any problem. My husband and I immediately pointed this out to him, but he pretended not to understand. As far as I'm concerned, he'll never see us again. Basic hygiene standards are the bare minimum.

11/10/2025: Excellent service, delicious kebabs! The quality/quantity/price ratio is really good. I recommend it because the guys are punctual and the product is really good.

26/08/2025: The best pizza place, outstanding quality and unbeatable prices. The friendliness is sky-high, and they remembered us the other day and gave us some cookies. I would come back again and again. Thank you for your work and hospitality. P.S.: It's a pizzeria staffed by a very pleasant and friendly family of three. There's a huge variety of pizzas. The price per person I pay for a great pizza is very reasonable, and the cleanliness is very good.

02/11/2025: I've been a regular customer for many years, and I've always appreciated the kiosk in every way, both the bar and the pastries. The pastries are perfect and quality as always. The only flaw is the new self-service... a new feature to optimize time, or so the staff inside tell me. More than optimization, this is a reduction in staffing, and in my opinion, it will also mean a loss of customers for those who don't understand this approach. Coming to the kiosk has always been a treat for me, and I think for many others, and also a bit of relaxation. I don't know if it will ever be like this again... we'll see.

16/11/2025: One of the worst dinners in my life. I ordered veal with potatoes - the potatoes were covered in parsley and thus were quite tasteless, but so strong in (an awful) taste at the same time. None of the staff even asked if everything was ok, or if something was wrong with the meal because I had left half of my plate intact. We paid two small main dishes with two glasses of wine 64 euros. So expensive for such bad food experience. I definitely don't recommend.

09/11/2025: The food was of high quality, the location overlooks the historic square, and you can come and relax and taste different dishes.

19/06/2025: Dopo qualche anno, ho prenotato un pranzo domenicale con la famiglia. Esperienza terrificante, cominciando dal seggiolone che non avevano per la mia nipotina di 2 anni, dal formaggio che non è mai arrivato per la pasta a sugo delle mie nipotine. La carta menu aveva poco e niente per i vegetariani, a parte la pappa al pomodoro per 14€. Le patate al forno sapevano di muffa e la tagliata ordinata al sangue era troppo cotta. L'insalata mista arrivata senza condimento e dopo una lunga attesa mi sono alzato per andare a condire la mia insalata. Chiesto la lista dei vini per una seconda bottiglia mentre si mangiava il secondo, ma i camerieri non sono più venuti, quindi finito il primo senza vino. L'attesa tra i primi/antipasti e i secondi è stato più di un ora. Ho reclamato, ci hanno tolto solo le patate.

25/05/2025: Incastonata nelle colline di Valdobbiadene, la locanda e’ un luogo magico, raffinato ed elegante. Il personale, compreso quello dell’adiacente Bottega del vino, è gentile, simpatico e professionale. La cucina è all’altezza delle aspettative. Consigliatissimo per staccare la spina e godersi in relax un ottimo pranzo.
