21/11/2024: Very simple place but welcoming staff, especially Cindy. We had toast and aperitifs while waiting for the show at the theater nearby, everything was excellent and generous.

07/12/2024: Very kind and helpful sales assistant, I called to order a cake, the owner was mumbling in the background and rudely urged me to end the call, to go closer and be satisfied with what they had available. They will also have good products but the ways of doing things are very rude, I will go elsewhere!

03/12/2024: I called this morning to place an order, a substantial one, of Christmas products to give to relatives and friends. The sales assistant, super kind and affable, was listing the types and relative prices of the products themselves. It's a shame that, in the background, the owner's reproachful muttering towards the sales assistant greatly disturbed my personal and customer sensitivity. Dear grumpy owner, Mestre is full of quality pastry shops and, therefore, obviously, I chose to cancel everything. Ps rudeness never has good effects

04/09/2024: Ci siamo fermati per un break pomeridiano lungo la strada . Abbiamo trovato una vasta scelta tra dolci tipici del posto e gusti gelato. Pasticceria curata e ben organizzata. Personale gentile e cordiale.

07/08/2024: Consigliatissimo. Gelato buonissimo e coppe eccezionali. Personale gentile e attento. Ci ritornerò per provare anche le torte: hanno un aspetto davvero invitante.

19/08/2024: Kindness in the staff or owners!!!! Well-stocked counter, both sweet and savory!!!! Very quiet, because it was the early afternoon hours.

29/12/2024: I specifically asked for a plant-based/vegan version of the pumpkin spice latte. It was brought to me with cream on top. Whereupon I asked the waitress (well aware that it is unlikely that in a restaurant not entirely dedicated to vegetable cuisine there is vegetable cream) if the cream was vegetable. He answered yes. A convinced and clear yes. It was enough to taste a teaspoon to realize that the cream was not vegetable. After paying I asked the cashier what cream they used and I was told that they only have milk-based cream. The waitress who served me, at that moment, promptly "took refuge" in the kitchen to avoid taking on her responsibilities. Providing false or inaccurate information about allergens is not only incorrect and unprofessional, but also illegal. Was it so difficult to ask the colleague who prepared the drink for confirmation about the cream?

28/12/2024: We stopped yesterday in the center of Bassano for a hot chocolate, a very nice and well-kept place. The only flaw was the girl at the counter who was clearly annoyed by our presence and didn't even say hello at times. Sorry because I understand the casino and the confusion but it wouldn't take much!

01/11/2024: Fast delivery! But the pizza was rubbery and the tomato sour. The exaggerated price: 34.50 euros for 3 pizzas and a portion of fried potatoes. I personally much prefer Cittadella's Turbo Pizza.
