22/04/2025: Good hotel, good breakfast with cakes, fruit and cereal. Clean rooms, hotel's own parking lot next to the hotel in a dead end. We were able to store and charge the e-bike in the garage. It's a 10-minute walk to the old town. The hotel manager was very helpful. Dinner possible at the hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights and were very satisfied. The welcome from the senior manager was very warm.

18/03/2025: Pessima esperienza oggi, non tanto per le paste che non ho avuto modo di acquistare, ma per il servizio e l'attitudine poco cortese degli inservienti al bancone. Non era affollato, ma all'ingresso mi sono messa in fila in cassa per fare lo scontrino, una volta raggiunta, mi dicono che mi devo rimettere in fila al bancone delle paste perché altrimenti non sapevano cosa farmi pagare. Ora mi chiedo, non stiamo parlando di un bancone da 10 MT pieno zeppo, ma un bancone di 3 MT si e no e con giusto qualche pasta vista l'ora pomeridiana. Possibile che vista la buona volontà della sottoscritta a voler pagare prima di acquistare non mi si potesse venire incontro? Tra l'altro avevo il treno in partenza e l'idea di dover rifare la coda al banco e poi la coda in cassa, era fuori discussione. Quindi ho desistito e me ne sono andata. Bella maniera di trattare i clienti. Finirà il periodo delle vacche grasse prima o poi ...

02/03/2025: Non credo di ritornare più in questa pasticceria, non per la qualità dei prodotti che sono sicuramente eccellenti, ma per la scarsa cortesia, disponibilità e accoglienza (ai limiti dell’offensività !!!) di tutti quelli che ci lavorano.

04/04/2025: In December I had dinner with friends: very slow service and bruschetta with ingredients of not the highest quality. I tried again with a classic takeaway burger... sorry to say, but the meat was really poor quality. It's a shame, the place is nice and the staff are friendly. I don't know what happened, in the past we ate much better.

23/03/2025: My, what slow... It may have been an evening with a musical trio but 1 hour and 10 minutes to eat... And the club sandwich is definitely forgettable. Is it possible to define it as "raw"? Anyway, very kind guys, beers not excellent but good. Average, come on.

19/04/2025: The M4 Restaurant in Sottomarina unfortunately didn't make a good impression on my lunch attempt. At 3 p.m., there was nothing left to eat except a rather unappealing ready-made tuna sandwich. The waitress seemed unmotivated and seemed to be longing for the end of the day. It's a shame, though; I had hoped for more from my lunch there. It's located by the harbor, though, and might be worth a visit at a different time.

16/04/2025: The staff is pleasant but the service is slow. The dishes were OK but nothing extraordinary and a little expensive.

21/04/2025: Cute pasticceria with wide variety of pastries, perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. The pistachio mignon was enjoyable overall, though it lacked intense pistachio flavor. The pastry itself was tasty but could have used a bit more crunch. It’s worth noting that there is limited seating, so it’s more of a grab-and-go spot than a sit-down café. Still, a lovely stop if you're in the mood for a sweet treat!

14/04/2025: We happened upon the pastry shop by chance during a children's party, together with a large group of people. Unfortunately the place was not prepared to welcome so many customers and it showed in a very unpleasant way. The staff, particularly the gift department, clearly expressed their annoyance in an unprofessional and rude manner. I understand that it can be difficult to manage unexpected situations, but a minimum of courtesy and respect for customers is essential. The behavior of the staff ruined the atmosphere of the day. A real shame, because we expected a better welcome from such a place.

16/01/2025: Can't get enough of it! Cortina is my favorite one but I also love trying to create wacky recipes with mixed results :D But that's the fun in experimenting! The staff is amazing and the owners are super nice!

08/01/2025: We wanted to try bubble tea in another country and chose this location. I chose the "Trento" bubble tea while my partner tried the "Padova". We really liked both! The taste was pleasantly natural and less sweet compared to other bubble teas I know. I would definitely order from here again next time I'm in this city. Particularly noteworthy is the incredibly warm and friendly service, which made the visit even more pleasant.
