07/01/2026: Too bad zero stars aren't possible. I sit down to drink a hot chocolate after a long walk through the city center with my dog. Obviously, if I drink, the dog drinks too, but no, you can't let your pets drink here, according to a poor waitress, because they ruin the floor (which is already full of holes). So are we supposed to assume that if the floor can't be wet, it won't be cleaned? I've traveled the world, including Italy, and nothing like this has ever happened. The desserts are good, but not exceptional, and sometimes they even seem stale.

05/01/2026: After visiting for the first time almost by chance, I continue to happily return. Their desserts are excellent: perhaps a little pricey, but the quality more than makes up for it. Of the chain's various locations, this is undoubtedly my favorite. I particularly appreciate the macarons, offered in a wide and refined selection of flavors, often enriched with interesting seasonal additions. The result is always top-notch. Highly recommended, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

18/06/2025: Delicious leavened products, fresh and delicious centrifuges, simple and serene environment and very kind staff. There is a huge counter of delicacies of all kinds and the place is full of happy people

21/04/2025: Luogo accogliente e piacevole che offre ottimi spuntini e pranzi veloci. Notevole anche la pasticceria artigianale e la caffetteria bar. La posizione è comoda da raggiungere in una zona nuova con strutture residenziali moderne.

15/09/2025: A very small, elegant shop with a sophisticated atmosphere. Perfect for a nightcap after dinner. The head waiter (or even owner) is very discreetly friendly, fast, and reliable. There's always live music on Fridays - the whole street becomes a dance floor as passersby, more or less randomly, join in the dancing. However, the prices are slightly higher than at other shops - hence only a 4* rating instead of a 5*.

05/01/2026: I returned on Saturday after some positive experiences in the past, but this time the only positive was the music. We ordered an appetizer and a picanha for two with vegetables on the side. The waiter insisted I should have the Florentine steak because it was an exceptional cut and cost only a little more. I agreed. The side dish arrived immediately after the appetizer, but the meat didn't arrive. After 15 minutes, I called the waiter to ask why we'd had the side dish for 15 minutes and not the meat. He apologized, took the side dish back, and gave it, now cold, to the table behind us. Then the Florentine steak arrived with the side dish, overcooked to the point that we could only eat the fillet and full of fat. I complained that the Florentine steak was burnt and very tough, and he suggested we change the cast iron to heat it better and it would soften. I didn't argue because I was with a lady. All for 185 euros for 2. Luckily the music was very nice and the atmosphere pleasant, but to eat cheap chain meat at high-end restaurant prices I will never go back.

30/12/2025: Good pizza, friendly service but unfortunately slow, also from the menu you could only order pizza and I wanted to order something else so I had to settle for that. For this I give one star less.

09/03/2025: Torniamo sempre molto volentieri in questo locale. I prezzi sono onesti, il servizio è giovane e dinamico e si mangia bene. Buona scelta dei vini. Il filetto di manzo è strepitoso. Finalmente ho mangiato un bigolo all'anitra come da tradizione, con carne a pezzi e non tritata. Gustosi e delicati. Avevo chiesto il parmigiano ma non è mai arrivato, unica nota negativa ma che non ha cambiato il livello della serata. Promossi come sempre.

08/12/2025: Exaggerated prices, very exaggerated. 8 pizzas for 110 euros, which is equivalent to 14 per pizza, including 3 children's pizzas for a simple sausage and a red base with sausage. Can you put it at 14 euros? Without a receipt.... never again....

20/07/2025: Visitó este hermoso lugar todos los días mientras visitaba Venecia. Los días que estaba cerrado, solo suspiré. Estoy feliz con los deliciosos pasteles más allá de la imaginación, y también un poco triste de no vivir más cerca. Cueste lo que cueste, esto es imprescindible para el comienzo de cualquier visita a Venecia. Si esperas hasta el último momento, lo siento, pero llorarás. El hermoso personal y el propietario (tradición familiar x 4 generaciones) han creado pastelería más allá de los sueños en Dosoduro. A pocos pasos de la parada de vaporetto de San Tomo

03/07/2025: I prezzi qui sono ragionevoli. Mi sono piaciuti i bignè alla crema, che erano deliziosi, e i pasticcini per la colazione erano deliziosi. Il caffè era rinfrescante. Il servizio era buono.

05/10/2025: We stopped for an aperitivo, waited a long time to order, and after a long wait, they brought us the aperitivo we ordered, with nothing to accompany it: no chips, taralli, olives... nothing!!! This has never happened in any other place, whether downtown or on the outskirts. They even ran out of bread for a bruschetta on the menu, so we were told. When it came time to pay, which wasn't cheap... we expressed our disappointment at the poor service and received a rude response instead of an apology, even though our request was truly basic for an aperitivo. I wouldn't recommend this experience, never again.

05/10/2025: We had lunch here and thought the service and food was exceptional. Spaghetti Ragu was delicious and we recommend the scampi entree. Both Campari and Aperol spritz was top shelf service. And most of all, the service was very wholesome with us and friendly. We would recommend to other tourists who wish to enjoy a meal by the Adige.

19/11/2025: After a while, we found a place with good value for money. At first glance, it didn't seem like a very popular place, but we went there a second time, and it was quiet, but quiet, and there was a really nice atmosphere inside.

12/12/2025: We always visit this bar when we're in Venice. The location is simply fantastic for us, there aren't so many tourists anymore, and the view is absolutely stunning.

08/12/2025: A 40-minute wait for two toasts. If you're only staying a few days and don't want to waste precious time, avoid it.
