07/10/2025: Excellent value for money. The carbonara is very delicious and a huge portion. The potato side dish for the fried steak was a bit small. The waiters are very, very nice, courteous. They even knew a few words in Hungarian (they spoke English well). They didn't want to accept a tip, since the service charge is included in the price. It's advisable to give it in kp, if you want. (Since we were very satisfied, we did ;) The drinks were also reasonably priced. We didn't have to park, because the restaurant is on a pedestrian street and we were on foot, but there is parking in the neighboring streets.

15/09/2025: We return to this restaurant regularly every year. It offers a huge selection of seafood, pasta and fish. The speed is excellent considering the size of the restaurant. The food is really tasty and the waiters are pleasant.

22/12/2025: Good breakfast. The hotel is a bit dated but still pleasant. The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the shower, which was clogged, and my husband couldn't use it because the water was leaking outside. Considering the price of the room (€120), we would have expected a little more attention or a discount for the inconvenience. Furthermore, the windows were closed and the room didn't get much natural light, which made the atmosphere a bit strange.

09/03/2026: Breakfast with delicious croissants, very friendly staff, and fast service, as we requested. The strudel we ordered was exquisite, with a truly unique flavor. I would return to Sappada for more!

01/03/2026: A terrible and embarrassing experience. We came in for just a coffee and a croissant with our two-and-a-half-year-old son. A perfectly normal family moment, without chaos, without shouting, without any inappropriate behavior. At one point, some milk spilled on the floor—which can happen anywhere, especially with such a small child. We finished, paid properly, and were leaving when a woman (glasses, short hair, presumably the owner) rudely and aggressively addressed us, saying that "we should have apologized" because "when you get dirty, you have to apologize" and that "upholstery costs money." All in an arrogant and impolite tone, as if we had trashed the place. We're talking about a few drops of milk spilled on the floor, not vandalism. In a bar. Where drinks are served. Especially if you welcome families with small children, you should have a minimum of understanding and good manners. Instead, we received only gratuitous nastiness and a completely inappropriate hostile attitude. A place that treats its customers—and especially its families—this way demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and common sense. Respect comes first, and it was completely lacking here. We will never return. Shameful.

23/04/2026: Don't eat there! I'm surprised this dangerous place is still open. A few years ago, both my wife and I had terrible food poisoning, even though we ordered different things. The food had been microwaved (I see from the comments that this is still the case), and the fish my wife ordered had a very strange smell. I vomited so much that the capillaries in my eyes burst; the whites of my eyes were completely red. How can such an anomaly survive? Where is consumer protection? Are there no health inspections in this country?

18/03/2026: Historic setting very close to the center of Bassano. The first courses are delicious and plentiful. We'll be back to try the dessert.

09/03/2026: This is my second time at this restaurant, and it's always a great experience. The food is truly delicious, the service is quick and professional, and the bill was also reasonable! It's also located in a truly picturesque area in the hills of Verona!

23/02/2026: We chose this restaurant for our son's baptism lunch, and we were very pleased. The dishes are authentic and flavorful, the interior is traditional, the outdoor area is surrounded by greenery, and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back, see you soon.

08/03/2026: I expected more from a place in Prato della Valle: tasteless frozen brioches and a rather disappointing service. The waiters seemed tired of serving tables so early in the morning :(

11/03/2026: My favorite place in Sottomarina! A special spot for those looking for a friendly, down-to-earth, and unfussy place. Delicious pizza and friendly staff. Always book! Excellent value!

01/05/2026: Overpriced sandwiches/focaccias (€8 for a small sandwich) and not very good; they forgot something in our order, and we waited far too long for what it was. The plate of fries was also tiny and tasteless; at €7.50, it's outrageous. In short, overpriced, not very good, and with terrible service, I don't recommend it.

Thanks to all my customers (very faithful) who have praised me for years by eating my Neapolitan delicacies... strictly artisanal respecting the Neapolitan tradition... Good Pizza to everyone.. 18/04/2026: The pizza was raw and not very good. The welcome wasn't the best, and the atmosphere was quite "nice." And an acquaintance of mine came out with diarrhea because it was too raw.

25/03/2026: Loved everything but our waitress. She was to focused on her phone and was very rude to me. My husband and I were so put off by her behavior we left. The food was very good and love the environment of the pub. Well decorated and clean. Everyone looked very happy there too. We wanted to order dessert but she kept ignoring our table. Everyone else wss wonderful but her. So when you go, make sure you avoid here for a better experience.

18/03/2026: No vegan options, so unfortunately not able to get a meal. Shame as me and friends would love to have few beers with a meal on a regular basis.

15/01/2026: I can't review because on a Saturday a pizzeria with a Puglia symbol cannot close at 10:30 pm. Unacceptable for a Puglian on holiday in Verona!

02/05/2026: Their products are always good. But the place is incredibly dirty from the early morning, from the floor to the windows to the counters. The waiters are already wearing stained aprons at nine in the morning. Cleanliness is a calling card. And this is definitely not it.

24/04/2026: We happened upon it by chance with a group of friends, and were "welcomed" by a young waiter. I use quotation marks because the young man immediately made us seriously consider going elsewhere: serious expression, curt, low-voiced answers, never a smile: in short, very unpleasant manners. Luckily, the drinks were good, but we strongly recommend paying attention to the customer service, which is the place's first calling card.

15/03/2026: I can speak for Sunday lunch... Good food, not excellent nor bad... but the amount of rice was enormous compared to other places... Service: Maybe I just had the wrong day... Lots of little mistakes, like taking the cover off from under my nose instead of taking the extra one... Nothing serious, but a smile and a little more attention would have improved everything... Overall, average; I didn't find any dishes to remember. If you're hungry and in the area, it's fine... Here, more than in other places, order in stages... Especially the rice dishes...

23/09/2025: Your reaction proves you judge me for my nationality, and not as a costumer, and it’s pretty sad. 2/4 dishes haven’t eaten, and you didn’t even ask me what is wrong. I didn’t ask for any kind of compensation or other dish, and I was polite all over the way. If you want to be angry or aggressive it’s your choice, but don’t excuse that by using racist explanations about my nationality.
