07/02/2026: I went there with a friend for breakfast a fortnight ago. We both had a regular-sized cream pancake (not the classic pastry-style pancakes) and, more importantly, with very little filling. I paid a whopping €2.50 each. These pancakes aren't from a pastry shop and they're very expensive. Total disappointment. The three stars are for the place, which is still very nice. Lower the prices, which are excessive, and use more filling.

02/02/2026: Very nice and well-decorated pastry shop. The food was average, but it's a shame about the long wait. We had to wait a really long time even though there was only one other table waiting.

26/01/2026: We went on the recommendation of friends who raved about it all evening... unfortunately, there was very little to praise. Nice place, lovely atmosphere, courteous and professional service, good wine, and a more than fair price. It's a shame the food was a disaster. Maybe we went in with high expectations, but we didn't think traditional dishes could be this bad. The cod (a dish I love and order very often) was incredibly stringy; rather than creamy, it seemed covered in a gelatinous sauce. It was tasteless, but at the same time, it left a very strange aftertaste. The meatballs were dry and tasteless (and add salt!), and the pasta with donkey ragù is better if you buy it at the deli or the supermarket. In short, a disappointment! Change the chef, or change the cuisine. *Edit after the owner's whining: that parking is difficult is useful information for people who aren't from the area; criticizing an objective observation is a sign of less than praiseworthy levels of intelligence. Instead of immediately acting like an offended child, you'd better spend more time in the kitchen. The meat can be swimming in the sauce (which we don't remember), but that doesn't mean it can't be dry, and if the cod isn't good, it's not good. I agree that reservations are recommended but not required (and I stand by that). Learn to take the blows, or at least ignore them if you can't handle them (seeing only attacks on reviews with less than 5 stars). And lower your standards, because there are thousands of restaurants like yours.

07/01/2026: Traditional restaurant in the city, very popular with Italians and locals. The space isn't very large, but it can be considered a well-organized baccaro. You can order cicchetti at the counter or sit at one of the tables for a more elaborate meal. Reservations are recommended. Very friendly and kind service. The menu features the best of Venetian cuisine. Start with the house specialty, the polpettas (individual portions) and the buttered cod (served with soft polenta, ideal for sharing). For the main course, try the spaghetti with clams or the excellent vegetarian lasagna. Good wine list, with good regional labels. Don't forget to order dessert: try the biscuits with sweet wine or the panna cotta. Good value for money. Well worth a visit!

06/01/2026: The food is mediocre, but the real problem is the welcome. The staff at the counter are unfriendly and cold and sullen. An experience that, unfortunately, puts us off returning.

28/12/2025: I wouldn't go back. Everything tasted stale and stale. I ordered the stew and cod. Everything was inedible. It had a pungent smell and seemed reheated. Not worth it.

07/12/2025: The food is good, but hospitality isn't the owner's strong point. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-maintained.

05/10/2025: We had lunch here and thought the service and food was exceptional. Spaghetti Ragu was delicious and we recommend the scampi entree. Both Campari and Aperol spritz was top shelf service. And most of all, the service was very wholesome with us and friendly. We would recommend to other tourists who wish to enjoy a meal by the Adige.

05/10/2025: We stopped for an aperitivo, waited a long time to order, and after a long wait, they brought us the aperitivo we ordered, with nothing to accompany it: no chips, taralli, olives... nothing!!! This has never happened in any other place, whether downtown or on the outskirts. They even ran out of bread for a bruschetta on the menu, so we were told. When it came time to pay, which wasn't cheap... we expressed our disappointment at the poor service and received a rude response instead of an apology, even though our request was truly basic for an aperitivo. I wouldn't recommend this experience, never again.

23/11/2025: We had lunch at this wonderful place... we enjoyed truly excellent dishes... from the aperitif with superb homemade chips... to the appetizers... the first course, second course, and dessert were truly exquisite... exceptional... everything vegetarian and truly delicious, and each course was thoroughly explained. Congratulations. 👏👏 The wait staff were very kind and helpful, the owner is truly a special person. My compliments 🤝👏👏 I'm sorry to only give it 5 stars... they deserve much, much more. 18/01/2026: Wide selection of excellent pizzas made with seasonal ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is typical of the area and has retained a family atmosphere.

07/12/2025: This evening, December 7, we arrived from Verona for dinner, after having difficulty finding the restaurant. The website itself said it was open, but everything was barricaded. Not serious.

28/11/2025: We had a private party here and it was simply fantastic. The location is unbeatable. The food and drinks were excellent.

11/01/2026: On the day of the market, we paid a lot and found spoiled and very little food: 1 small sandwich (old, dry bread), 1 tiny slice of ham. I finished it in two bites because I was hungry. We paid a fortune for a small, rancid-tasting sandwich, very, very unpleasant, very expensive. I asked for a glass of wine to go and they gave me half a glass, which cost a lot. I was very disappointed. We will never return.

01/01/2026: A trip back to the 1960s. Beautiful, complete with a working jukebox. Simple, traditional dishes, well-prepared. Excellent value.

28/01/2026: Excellent food, pleasant atmosphere, and we were very well served; we really enjoyed the coffee.

18/01/2026: It's the bakery of dreams... a vast selection of quality products that I believe are entirely their own, but often you get lost in the experience... a smile and a little more courtesy would make it all magical. A place like this could be a reference point, but honestly, if you encounter rude people, people won't return.

03/01/2026: An ethnic restaurant serving good pizza and traditional Indian dishes, which I personally find very good. The renovated and very quiet atmosphere allows for conversation without raising your voice. Super affordable prices compared to the competition.
