23/11/2025: Opening hours are incorrect. When I arrived at 22.05 it was closed. On maps the information is until 24.00. When I pointed this out the man shrugged his shoulders and walked away. On the door the sign tell until 22.00. This is two weeks ago and still not updated the opening hours on maps. Unprofessional.

08/09/2025: The lady is such a lovely and kind person. Very friendly and helpful!!! A heart-shaped pizza was a wonderful surprise – that doesn't happen very often, thank you!!! We'll definitely order again when we're in the area. And it tastes excellent!!!

29/04/2026: Nice place, welcoming and kind and professional staff.

06/02/2026: They must have changed management, the staff were rude and we had to go to the counter to take our orders because, strangely enough, they no longer do table service and there was only one person in the whole place.

09/05/2026: We arrived on a Saturday evening at 9:20 PM (the closing time on Google was 11:00 PM). The doors wouldn't open, and the employee inside signaled to us that the place had already closed. UPDATE THE HOURS IF THEY HAVE CHANGED.

02/05/2026: Excellent products with a unique flavor. Having tried several, I can definitely say the quality is second to none. The sales assistant is kind and helpful.

02/06/2026: Very friendly atmosphere, very good food, like grandma's homemade, from the lasagna, which was top-notch, to the delicious cod with polenta. I recommend it! 👍

26/05/2026: This is a perfect place to start your day. The pastries are fresh and there is a huge variety. The service is a bit brusque but fast. Later in the day it feels a bit more picked over and not quite as appealing but I would not hesitate to pop in for a cafe in the morning and watch the world go by from their small corner of the world.

26/05/2026: The place is well-lit, clean, and tidy. There are tables outside. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Service is quick. Prices are average.

24/05/2026: A birthday meringue cake to forget, a beautiful cake for €53, stale cream, stale chocolate, dry and tasteless, just sugar. Not even the kindly offered "Happy Birthday" card was edible, it was so old. No, you can't sell products of this quality. I don't think it's fair to customers who are willing to pay for a quality product. You can sell it for half the price, so the buyer knows it's not perfect. It's not fair to sell excellent products in batches and offer low-quality products, without any quality control, just to sell.

09/01/2026: Good pizza, fast and friendly service. It's a shame the place is so crowded and noisy, it's hard to talk to other diners.

04/01/2026: Limited parking compared to peak traffic. Located opposite the children's ski slope. Fast and friendly service. Beer is €7. Comfortable interior, also open late afternoon.

15/03/2026: I can speak for Sunday lunch... Good food, not excellent nor bad... but the amount of rice was enormous compared to other places... Service: Maybe I just had the wrong day... Lots of little mistakes, like taking the cover off from under my nose instead of taking the extra one... Nothing serious, but a smile and a little more attention would have improved everything... Overall, average; I didn't find any dishes to remember. If you're hungry and in the area, it's fine... Here, more than in other places, order in stages... Especially the rice dishes...

11/04/2026: €10 for two coffees is extremely expensive. And I ordered the same thing at another bar in the same city and it cost me €3.40. Plus, the service was terrible. We had to wait ages and even have to call the waiter to get our attention. We fell into the tourist trap without even realizing it.

09/03/2026: Breakfast with delicious croissants, very friendly staff, and fast service, as we requested. The strudel we ordered was exquisite, with a truly unique flavor. I would return to Sappada for more!

01/03/2026: A terrible and embarrassing experience. We came in for just a coffee and a croissant with our two-and-a-half-year-old son. A perfectly normal family moment, without chaos, without shouting, without any inappropriate behavior. At one point, some milk spilled on the floor—which can happen anywhere, especially with such a small child. We finished, paid properly, and were leaving when a woman (glasses, short hair, presumably the owner) rudely and aggressively addressed us, saying that "we should have apologized" because "when you get dirty, you have to apologize" and that "upholstery costs money." All in an arrogant and impolite tone, as if we had trashed the place. We're talking about a few drops of milk spilled on the floor, not vandalism. In a bar. Where drinks are served. Especially if you welcome families with small children, you should have a minimum of understanding and good manners. Instead, we received only gratuitous nastiness and a completely inappropriate hostile attitude. A place that treats its customers—and especially its families—this way demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and common sense. Respect comes first, and it was completely lacking here. We will never return. Shameful.

19/04/2026: Super clean and welcoming place, fast service. The girl was also super nice and kind.

05/01/2026: I usually take advantage of the delivery service, but this time I didn't. It was a pleasure to see the atmosphere, the professionalism, and the friendliness of the staff, which adds an extra touch to the excellent food they prepare. Excellent!

09/03/2026: I ordered three pizzas from this pizzeria, for delivery to the nearby hospital. The pizza was good, with good ingredients. The delivery man was punctual, and the agreed-upon time was met. I even received a call upon departure to let me down from the entrance ward. They were also very kind on the phone when I placed my order. Recommended, and I'm looking forward to eating at their tables as soon as possible.
