18/01/2026: I arrived in Oderzo on Saturday afternoon, specifically to taste Modica chocolate. Looking at the reviews, I'm glad I didn't go into this place.

14/02/2026: Yet another Paduan bar/pastry shop that lives off old reviews, I think. Going on the weekend means long waits for everything, from the table to the order to the payment. Plus, you get your coffee/cappuccino first, and minutes later the rest of the food gets cold, as some people eat before or during their drinks. The little left at 11 was subpar; the pastries were dry, as were the truffle fritters, and they were also tasteless. The brioche must have been made yesterday because it was inedible (why not tell the waiter? Because we would have waited even longer), except for the pear bourdaloise, which was good and expensive... Total for 3 people: €20 for 3 coffees, 2 fritters, 1 brioche, and 1 dessert. Oh, and they even charge for a glass of water (80 cents).

06/02/2026: They must have changed management, the staff were rude and we had to go to the counter to take our orders because, strangely enough, they no longer do table service and there was only one person in the whole place.

03/02/2026: A renowned pastry shop overlooking Piazza Carpendo. Friendly staff, a spacious interior with sofas and ample seating at tables. There are also outdoor tables under the portico. Good-quality desserts, as well as savory snacks (sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, etc.).

09/03/2026: This is my second time at this restaurant, and it's always a great experience. The food is truly delicious, the service is quick and professional, and the bill was also reasonable! It's also located in a truly picturesque area in the hills of Verona!

23/02/2026: We chose this restaurant for our son's baptism lunch, and we were very pleased. The dishes are authentic and flavorful, the interior is traditional, the outdoor area is surrounded by greenery, and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back, see you soon.

23/11/2025: Opening hours are incorrect. When I arrived at 22.05 it was closed. On maps the information is until 24.00. When I pointed this out the man shrugged his shoulders and walked away. On the door the sign tell until 22.00. This is two weeks ago and still not updated the opening hours on maps. Unprofessional.

08/09/2025: The lady is such a kind and caring person. Very friendly and very helpful! A heart-shaped pizza surprise doesn't happen very often, so thank you for that! We'd be happy to come back when we're in the area. And it tastes delicious!

15/02/2026: Bar, pastry shop, and wine bar in the Giotto neighborhood of Arezzo. Located in the center of Arezzo, facing southeast, not far from the restricted traffic zone, in the area of ​​the weekly market (Saturday). Located on the corner of Piazza Giotto (redeveloped in 2025), essentially opposite the parish church dedicated to the Sacred Heart and Saint Teresa Margherita Redi. The interior is not very spacious, featuring a linear counter on the right and a display case with pastries at the back. There is also a refrigerator for cold cakes. The bar counter is stocked with pre-ordered cups, even at off-peak times. The cashier appeared cold and unsmiling. The cappuccino had too much foam for the contents. The pastries were good. Prices were moderately high. There are three tables inside. The first table near the entrance has a chair that, when occupied, easily interferes with the large glass door. Outside, under the portico of the building (on the Piazza Giotto side), there is a terrace protected by a gazebo.

14/09/2025: Too crowded, chaotic which creates slow service. If you are a non smoker you have to stay inside because the pall of smoke in the external area is terrible. The staff is overwhelmed so tables are not emptied very quickly. The pastries are acceptable.

07/10/2025: Excellent value for money. The carbonara is very delicious and a huge portion. The potato side dish for the fried steak was a bit small. The waiters are very, very nice, courteous. They even knew a few words in Hungarian (they spoke English well). They didn't want to accept a tip, since the service charge is included in the price. It's advisable to give it in kp, if you want. (Since we were very satisfied, we did ;) The drinks were also reasonably priced. We didn't have to park, because the restaurant is on a pedestrian street and we were on foot, but there is parking in the neighboring streets.

15/09/2025: We return to this restaurant regularly every year. It offers a huge selection of seafood, pasta and fish. The speed is excellent considering the size of the restaurant. The food is really tasty and the waiters are pleasant.

26/02/2026: For a while now, many acquaintances and friends have disliked the quality and even the service... but it keeps going... until... I order a specific cake for pickup and find something completely different... their excuse is that I didn't show up at the indicated time but later... I don't understand? What difference does it make if I arrive at the indicated time or later??? Does it change depending on the time??? Well...but anything is possible.... I emphasize the arrogance and rudeness of the man/lab manager who answered me. He just wanted to be right, he has no interest in understanding my discomfort... the party he ruined for me... the impression he made on me in front of the guests... P.S. I chose Les Sablon because we've always gotten cakes from them for all our occasions, so I had no doubts about the quality and flavor... and it's also the most convenient bakery for us... I would have easily accepted a different cake... but not that rubbish... unacceptable, inedible, and unsightly... It would have been kind, honest, and professional to let me know when I returned it that it wasn't what I ordered... to say you didn't understand the order... to tell me you accidentally gave it to someone else... any excuse was fine... I would have gotten a pre-made cake and gone home... instead of cheating, giving a terrible product, not even a beginner. The pastry chef would do it, justifying it by saying I hadn't picked it up at the indicated time... Disappointment...

23/10/2025: The restaurant is very elegant, welcoming, and modern, although perhaps a few touches could have been added to make it a little more personal. The staff is young but very knowledgeable and professional. The dishes are truly delicious, especially the Tiepido Di Laguna appetizer; the accompanying sauce was truly exceptional. The spaghetti with lupini beans, zucchini flowers, and bottarga was delicious, but it needed a few more seconds to cook and arrived slightly cold. The red tuna tataki with mushrooms and potatoes was good, although the potato sauce lacked a punch of flavor, making it almost tasteless. To finish, the dry pastries and macarons from Biasetto pastry shop are a sure thing. The only real drawback was the slightly long wait, but it's definitely a place to return to.

19/02/2026: The food was very good, but most food in Italy is. We enjoyed and recommend this place because of the people. Carmela and staff were unbelievably friendly and she was right on the money with her suggestions. There were 6 of us in our group and we all enjoyed our meals.

09/03/2026: We sat down at 1:05 PM and received our appetizer (a plate to share between three) within minutes, and had to wait until 2:55 PM for our first course. We asked for bread (which hadn't been brought) to accompany our appetizer, but it never arrived. We had to ask three more times until the much-desired loaf arrived, which we finished during the hour and a half wait for our first course. After a third reminder to the waiter, who informed us we had a train to catch and couldn't wait any longer, our pasta finally arrived, cold of course. Bigoli with lake ragù and three small pieces of fish (colder than the pasta) and bigoli with smoked trout carbonara, featuring a nice piece of smoked trout, probably fresh from the fridge (or freezer). We asked for the bill, and the waiter, after a courteous and thorough recap of all the dishes we'd ordered, didn't offer us a discount, coffee, or a liqueur as an apology. Total €87.50 for a dish divided between three appetizers, three first courses, a water, and a quart of white wine. What a shame, an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Avoid!

08/03/2026: Don't be fooled by the well-designed website and location, which deserve 5 stars! Inattentive service and very long waits! The pasta arrived before the appetizers and was sent back twice! The same pasta, unheated, was brought later! An experience not to be repeated. A shame about the location!

16/02/2026: I'm sorry, but you've lost some quality. I've never had meatballs (nonexistent) that tasted of nutmeg and burnt oil. I'll conclude by saying that for me, the widow was a must-try; I know what I'm talking about.
