I ordered a cake to celebrate a graduation, and then for several years I've been going there often for different desserts, bringing people over, and everyone has been delighted! I go there early on Saturday or Sunday morning, and behind the counter I see the smiles of "the best of youth": cheerful, fresh, reactive, with laughing eyes. Ready to exchange a joke without being intrusive. A bit like Harry's Bar in Venice... The perfect welcome for an excellent product: the brioche. Not too chewy, not too dry. Perfect texture and volume; if you dare try the chocolate one, you might become addicted to the perfect cocoa blend created by the pastry chef. A place like this will never become a habit but a ritual to be respected, a rendezvous with the pampering we give ourselves, and this morning I truly deserved it. We popped in for a quick breakfast on a Sunday at 11 a.m., and even then, they still had a wide selection of pastries and cakes. We ordered two cappuccinos and two pastries. It was the best and creamiest cappuccino I've ever had in my life, and the pastries were large and fluffy. The staff was welcoming and super fast. We spent the right amount and left with a smile and a good mood. Really good.
