20/03/2026: I'd just finished eating spaghetti with clams and chopped shellfish. My wife went to the bathroom to throw up. The food wasn't great. The chopped shellfish flavor was muddled and unbalanced. The spaghetti was chock-full of clams, almost worth the almost €30 price tag. Although well-creamed, it was flavorless: a plain pasta dish.

27/07/2025: Schyssta pizzaslices som var båda goda och mättande. Inte så roligt att äta inne i lokalen men kan absolut rekommendera att ta med on the go och äta någon annanstans, förslagsvis vid någon av kanalerna.

05/04/2026: After exploring St. Mark's Square, we wandered around the alleys behind it and found a restaurant that was empty. However, the pasta displayed at the counter looked quite appealing, so our group went in and ordered three plates of squid ink pasta, two pizzas, two seafood platters, and a bowl of seafood soup. The seafood platters were charged per person, one platter for three people. Of all the dishes, the seafood platter was mediocre, the pizzas were average without being particularly impressive, and the seafood pizza was a bit of a letdown – use caution when ordering. The squid ink pasta had absolutely no squid flavor, which was quite disappointing. A 12% service charge was added.

26/08/2025: I asked for a crispy, well-cooked pizza... it arrived half raw... My poor opinion of the pizzeria; I don't know the restaurant department.

24/08/2025: Very nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The pizzas are very good, as is the food. The meats (sliced ​​steaks and cutlets) are excellent. And if you happen to come across a musical evening... well, that's a no-brainer!

06/04/2026: Terrible welcome, unfriendly staff except for the two young ladies. When we wanted to order, the waitress rudely told us to wait. The food arrived cold after a long wait, the portions were small, flavorless, and overpriced. The mushroom fettuccine dish was covered in ragù, and the duck bigoli had a long bone. The view was beautiful, but it's definitely not worth it. Too expensive.

27/02/2026: With Joia, I organized a reception for 35 people featuring their own sandwiches, tramezzini, pizzas, and desserts. The food was excellent! Everyone was very happy.

22/02/2026: A pastry shop with elegant furnishings and moderately high prices (croissants and cappuccinos cost €5). The croissants, unfortunately, don't live up to their reputation; they're probably better served with small pastries.

14/02/2026: Yet another Paduan bar/pastry shop that lives off old reviews, I think. Going on the weekend means long waits for everything, from the table to the order to the payment. Plus, you get your coffee/cappuccino first, and minutes later the rest of the food gets cold, as some people eat before or during their drinks. The little left at 11 was subpar; the pastries were dry, as were the truffle fritters, and they were also tasteless. The brioche must have been made yesterday because it was inedible (why not tell the waiter? Because we would have waited even longer), except for the pear bourdaloise, which was good and expensive... Total for 3 people: €20 for 3 coffees, 2 fritters, 1 brioche, and 1 dessert. Oh, and they even charge for a glass of water (80 cents).

08/03/2026: We've become loyal customers of Locanda Stella Alpina, and I think I can "have my say" on this place. Lunch or dinner here is an experience that enriches the soul and the stomach. In a world where everything is always rushed, here you can also enjoy time, an added value that we too often neglect. The wait for the main course is well managed with an entree that never fails to please, followed by warm bread (DELIGHTFUL), strictly baked by the owner, always accompanied by flavored butter, while we chat and sip good wine. The staff's manners and attentiveness towards their guests are certainly an added value and not to be taken for granted. The food... EXCELLENT!!! I couldn't say which dish was the best; each dish has its own character and personality. Rating 10/10 The bill was well-balanced for the quality of the food and the service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE GOOD FOOD AND A SPECIAL PAMPERING FOR BODY AND SOUL.
