13/05/2026: Truly unprofessional. I ordered 70 Margherita pizzas for €1.30. When I picked them up at the cash register, they charged me €1.50, justifying their mistake by saying, "Was it a young girl who gave you the quote? She made a mistake; the pizza prices have gone up since January." I didn't mind paying the extra €14.00, but it was the lack of professionalism. A customer shouldn't be treated like that. The fact is, for €14.00, they gambled away their reputation...mine, to be precise...they'll never see me again, nor me, nor all 54 people who ate those pizzas!!! Disappointment

We organized a small event, renting the exclusive space in the gazebo of the hotel restaurant; not only did we eat very well, but we also found the staff to be extremely helpful, attentive, and extremely kind! Thanks to the maître d' Alberto and his team, but also to everyone who, from the welcome until the final moment of dismantling, was courteous and always smiling. Congratulations to a team of rare kindness! See you next time

A person is still disgusted if they have to pay a lot for starters that shouldn't even be presented, no matter how expensive they are. A person pays and says thank you, and bad experiences do happen, but I've noticed several negative comments, so I think you should reconsider the situation. That's all.

12/05/2026: Frozen Paradise Lunch Sunday, May 3, 2026. The atmosphere is like a 1980s dive, but has been redecorated as best as possible, with a closed fishing pond, so to speak. On Facebook, there are hilarious photos of all-you-can-eat fish dishes; the prices are normal, so let's go with the lady. 1. Great house fish platter, mixed fish, rating 2. Frozen fish. Not only frozen, but also ugly to look at, barely edible because you're hungry. 2. Spaghetti with clams for 2 people. Spaghetti Scotti, with frozen Pacific Ocean clams. It was a thick paste of spaghetti Scotti, With clams that had no flavor. Pasta and oil...overcooked. Water, wine, coffee, total €75.00. Didn't the owner have the courage to ask if everything was okay? That's how it works with individual table guests. If you brought spaghetti with anchovies, al dente, you would have made a good impression. But aren't you ashamed? It's probably our mistake to believe the fish photos you post on Facebook, to deceive those who see them.

09/03/2026: This is my second time at this restaurant, and it's always a great experience. The food is truly delicious, the service is quick and professional, and the bill was also reasonable! It's also located in a truly picturesque area in the hills of Verona!

25/07/2026: Beautiful outdoor garden, perfect for summer dining. The pizzas are tasty, made with quality ingredients. The thin crust is perfect so you don't feel heavy and have room for dessert.

07/10/2025: Excellent value for money. The carbonara is very delicious and a huge portion. The potato side dish for the fried steak was a bit small. The waiters are very, very nice, courteous. They even knew a few words in Hungarian (they spoke English well). They didn't want to accept a tip, since the service charge is included in the price. It's advisable to give it in kp, if you want. (Since we were very satisfied, we did ;) The drinks were also reasonably priced. We didn't have to park, because the restaurant is on a pedestrian street and we were on foot, but there is parking in the neighboring streets.

15/09/2025: We return to this restaurant regularly every year. It offers a huge selection of seafood, pasta and fish. The speed is excellent considering the size of the restaurant. The food is really tasty and the waiters are pleasant.

28/08/2025: We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of locals and were warmly welcomed, even though we were having a large family celebration. The waitress immediately brought us an appetizer to shorten the wait. The pizza and grilled food were of a very high standard. The restaurant is a gem in this rather desolate area.

14/07/2026: I had 2 mojitos and they were horrible, the guy who made them for me was grumpy, there was no sugar and crushed ice and they were really disgusting and for 2 drinks paying €18 is unacceptable, the only nice thing was the atmosphere and that's it, I will never have a drink in this place again

11/07/2026: I ordered a pizza from Puglia. It arrived at my table in maybe 5 minutes, record time. It was definitely frozen, and the mozzarella on top was rubbery and yellow...INADABLE!! The waitress apologized, telling me the mozzarella was yellow because it had come into contact with the onion and turned that color...but when?? I will never set foot in this restaurant again. The waiters were subpar. I went to pay, and the guy at the cashier didn't even apologize...and I paid for the pizza I barely ate!! Unfortunately, I have to give it one star because there are no 0s!!!
