The staff is incredibly courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are splendid and spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained. A place that absolutely deserves 5 stars!

13/03/2026: My partner and I went for lunch today, I have to say that I have never eaten such a good Milanese steak in the entire valley, congratulations you have excellent products and also friendliness and cordiality are not lacking, go to the Incisa refuge it is a wonderful place, sublime cuisine and super staff!!

23/04/2026: A top-notch restaurant, with a delightfully obsessive attention to detail, yet without being "snobbish," excellent service and a human approach to guests. A restaurant that only lacks a star, but for me, that doesn't matter... better than many starred restaurants. The owners and staff are also very welcoming (as is the entire Sappada community).

22/04/2026: We had the pleasure of trying this restaurant and were truly satisfied. The food was excellent, with carefully crafted, flavorful dishes prepared with quality ingredients. Careful attention was evident both in the selection of ingredients and in the presentation. A strong point was definitely the service: the waiters were extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, always available to offer advice and make us feel comfortable without ever being intrusive. A truly pleasant experience that we recommend to anyone in the area.

01/05/2026: A very pleasant experience; the seafood pasta was delicious, and the calamari and shrimp dishes were also exceptional. The taste is definitely worth trying. The only downside was the unpleasant smell coming from the river.

09/03/2026: Spacious restaurant with a beautiful view of the lake from outside. Attentive and friendly staff. We found the tagliolini with salmon and the caserecci with seafood ragù delicious; the other dishes we saw passing by were also very good.

19/05/2026: We had lunch on Monday the 18th and there were 3 of us. The food was good but it was difficult to fully appreciate it due to the terrible service. The wait times were extremely long: we were the first customers to come in but they forgot about us. Two dishes arrived and the third much later and only after being asked for. Water was ordered but it arrived only after a long wait and a further request. The feeling of total disorganization. Even getting 3 coffees was difficult and since they never arrived we had to ask for them. When it came time to pay, others in the queue at the cash register complained and told us that they were expecting fewer people and there were only a few of them! It would have been more correct not to accept any more customers beyond the number for which adequate service could be offered.

18/05/2026: A legendary restaurant for tortellini. All the other dishes are also excellent: siamo fritti, branzino alla griglia, mille folie di Manzo, and the semifreddo. The service was outstanding and attentive.

13/05/2026: An experience with high expectations (from hearsay) but a very disappointing one. Either the people don't know what Japanese cuisine is or they've never been to Schio. I tried five appetizers, and aside from the gyoza, the fried food was greasy and heavy (maybe the oil needed changing?!). The prices were inconsistent with the dishes offered. The place has a fake Japanese atmosphere, complete with a totally out-of-place "shopping" corner. I wouldn't recommend it.

Without exaggeration, the food was the best we've ever had – every dish perfectly prepared, bursting with flavor, and served with so much love. A very special thank you goes to Gerardo and Nadja: they are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts and made our evening truly special. You immediately feel welcome and completely taken care of.
