16/01/2026: Very disappointing! We tried four different pizzas: the Margherita Soffice was the best, followed by the Orto, the Cappero, and the Tar Tar di Cavallo, which was by far the worst. Despite the quality of the ingredients, the combinations chosen failed to create a harmonious flavor. In particular, in the Tar Tar di Cavallo, the soy emulsion covered every other ingredient and was downright unpleasant. The dough is good, but nothing you can't find elsewhere at much more reasonable prices. Given the reputation and the price, we definitely expected more. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful.

29/12/2025: Yesterday, my partner and I had the pleasure of lunch at Glam. I booked a table to celebrate her birthday, and the entire staff helped make the day even more special. A splendid location with welcoming spaces and attention to detail. The attentive and professional service elegantly made us feel at home. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Chef Donato Ascani and Director and Sommelier Ottavio for giving us the opportunity to enjoy delicious dishes paired with excellent wines. I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you a Happy New Year and hope to return soon.

30/11/2025: Beautiful restaurant, well-decorated and well-maintained. We dined there on Valentine's Day. The food was generally excellent. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. The wait times were a bit longer than at other restaurants, but still average. One observation: the paper towels for drying hands in the bathroom could be improved.

The main courses are also noteworthy; I had duck à l'orange, the special of the day, which was truly remarkable! The wine list is also good. Attentive and friendly staff, a welcoming place.

06/01/2026: A great classic of the finest Italian gastronomy, the home of the excellent tortellino. The best tortellini in the world, prepared every morning by six splendid pasta makers, overseen daily by the wisdom of the longtime owners, the Pasquali family, led by the wonderful and ever-brilliant Nadia. A very thin pastry and a boiled meat filling made daily by boiling six different meats, none of which are cured meats, hence the lightness and extraordinary flavor. The dining room, always packed and crowded, is masterfully managed by the talented Roberto, a top-notch maître d' who leads a large and fast-paced dining room team. Last but not least, the historic and meticulously maintained restaurant is located in the beautiful center of town, just steps from the splendor of Borghetto, which more than a visit deserves a spiritual immersion... or a wedding! 😉

11/12/2025: What a wonderful discovery! The dishes were so well-crafted, we didn't miss the restaurants we'd tried in Japan at all—quite the opposite. The tasting menu is well-balanced and allows you to try multiple dishes on the menu. Highly recommended. Kudos to the lovely owners and staff; we'll definitely be back.

01/12/2025: Aji - Japanese Restaurant offers the incredible privilege of transporting your taste buds directly to the land of the Rising Sun, forgetting for a few hours that you're in the Vicenza area. The passion that the two owners, Francesca and Giulio, convey is evident in every dish. I came here for the first time with my partner for her birthday, and we tried the Wagyu tasting. It was the perfect choice. Every dish we were lucky enough to try truly wowed us. The Ramen, in particular, was sublime, a practically perfect balance of flavors with no one ingredient overpowering the other. To top it all off, I also enjoyed the sake tasting, which, thanks to a coherent and thoughtful pairing, made the experience even more complete and enjoyable. All this was topped off by Francesca's kindness and ever-gracious presence, with whom we even had the opportunity to chat a little after dinner in the shop area, where you can find rare gems of carefully selected Japanese craftsmanship—another sign of the profound passion and respect these two wonderful people have for this incredible country. If you haven't already been, treat yourself and spend an evening at Aji. We had such a great time that by the time we paid, we already booked for next time. 31/12/2025: Excellent food, we had dinner there on December 30, 2025. Delicious meat with a side of vegetables and potatoes. Average prices. We also had wine and dessert, for a total of €133. Very reasonable for the average prices of a good steakhouse. Not too touristy. Fast and friendly service.

09/01/2026: Highly recommend the place. We stopped there for a lunch on the slopes. It’s small and cozy. No crowd as the place is just about a dozen tables of capacity which creates a home feel . Food is great. Goulash soup that I like a lot is absolutely fab here. Kids enjoys a burger and a schnitzel.
