19/03/2026: Looks like a nice place so I ordered a calzone to take away, but it was very cold in the middle. It seemed like it had been in the refrigerator, perhaps made a day or so earlier, then they quickly toasted the outside then served it, leaving the middle to remain highly refrigerated. The differences in temperatures was nauseating. Couldn't eat it all.

12/03/2026: It's located in the most beautiful area of ​​Verona's historic center. Convenient for those traveling on foot or by bike. The menu features set dishes, but they always offer seasonal specials. Very good, well-prepared, and reasonably priced.

05/01/2026: My partner, my son, and I were at this bar/restaurant in the center of Mestre today at noon. When we arrived, the place was sparsely populated: a few people were already eating, nothing to suggest it was particularly busy. We entered, said hello, took our places at the counter, took off our jackets, and waited. The staff was busy with other tasks, but they could see and hear us clearly. The bartender was slicing food with the slicer and certainly didn't look like a novice; another employee was fixing the dishwasher, while a waiter came and went from the dining room. Meanwhile, our son was loudly saying he was hungry, which was definitely overheard. A simple "I'll finish up in a moment and then I'll get you a sandwich" would have been enough. A nod, a word, a modicum of attention. After more than five minutes, more people came in and were served immediately, while we continued to receive no attention, not even a greeting or a word to let us know we'd be served shortly. I should point out that I worked in the restaurant business, so I know what it means to juggle multiple tasks at once. That's why I also know that communication and empathy are as much a part of service as the food itself. After more than ten minutes without anyone asking us what we wanted or if we'd already been served, we left. A disappointing experience, not because of what we didn't consume, but because of how we were ignored. And then they say Mestre is dying out, maybe it's partly everyone's fault.

The accommodation is very welcoming, in perfect Italian style, with attention to every detail, and ideal for relaxing and feeling at home. The girls are extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Even though the kitchen was closed when we arrived, Dario personally took care of everything and didn't leave us without food. We thank him for his great kindness and the delicious dishes. Furthermore, the location is perfect: just 20 minutes from Venice, ideal for those who want to visit the city while also enjoying a peaceful, authentic stay. Highly recommended! 🇮🇹✨

Maybe it's also because the mountains and the snow are there and make you cry with happiness. And since San Remo is almost here, I'd also add, "What a mess, maybe it's because I love you!..." 05/03/2026: Both the pizza and tiramisu are among the best I've ever had. The dough is excellent, and the ingredients are carefully selected. The selection is extensive, but not overwhelming. The dessert is delicious, with a perfect consistency, and the sweet and bitter coffee flavors blend perfectly. A very good selection of wines and beers. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

It's sad to see how it's become almost impossible to simply enjoy a gelato without feeling unduly burdened. While the product is good, the markup seems truly excessive and unjustified.
