17/08/2025: A bar famous for its Gin Caleri, it has phenomenal morning brioches. Flaky and filled, they're generously sized. Try them in Rosolina Mare early in the morning, starting at 7:00. It gets crowded later, but their service is very fast and efficient.

04/07/2025: A great experience at Ristorante Napoli! We were warmly welcomed by Chef Gerardo himself – a very friendly host. The truffle pasta was excellent, and the service was attentive and friendly. The interior is spectacular and designed with great attention to detail. Credit goes also to Dario, the owner and chef, who with passion and dedication creates authentic cuisine, crafted from select ingredients and traditional recipes. Here, "homemade" isn't just a slogan, but a reality: the chicken, for example, comes directly from their own farm and is cooked to perfection, tender, and flavorful. The potatoes that accompany it are simply amazing: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a rich, authentic flavor, just like those we ate in the olden days. High prices but for the quality offered you are more than willing to pay! Highly recommended place!

26/05/2025: Very conveniently located along the Riviera Berica cycle path - there are arches to securely tie your bike. The pastries are spectacular, especially the meringues, perhaps with a hint of lemon zest in the dough?

26/07/2025: At the Organetto, I feel right at home. The atmosphere is familiar, and the menu changes seasonally. I've tried almost all the menus, and the dishes are very well-crafted, with just the right portions. The wine list is also worth a look. I also recommend it for an aperitif; the meatballs and canapés are amazing. The staff is young and knowledgeable.

20/07/2025: It's a small trattoria where the quality/price ratio is extraordinary! The service staff are wonderful. Empathetic, fast, professional. I would do a little more with the tablecloths, napkins, and glasses. With just a little more, you could get a superior level of service. But they're still just trifles.

15/07/2025: A truly beautiful farmhouse surrounded by greenery, with many flowers and a large, well-kept garden featuring two hot tubs under walnut trees. The room was spacious and clean, with minimalist-chic decor. We appreciated the raw cotton sheets. Breakfast was delicious, featuring local and homemade products. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Recommended!
