13/08/2025: For my partner's birthday, I was looking for a special place... something more than just a dinner out. Locanda Rosa Rosae was much, much more: a journey of the senses, of hospitality, of beauty. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a sincere smile and a rare kindness. Elisabetta and Silvio are two wonderful people, who put love into every detail. You immediately sense that the Locanda isn't just a place where people work: it's a place lived in, cared for with soul, designed to excite. The entire staff was thoughtful and attentive, with discretion and warmth. The atmosphere is truly magical. The dinner room was a candlelit dream: soft lighting, elegantly set tables, rustic and refined details coexisting in perfect balance. The aroma of freshly baked bread, the background music, the fresh flowers, the exposed beams... everything seemed to have come straight from a painting. A whispered intimacy, romantic yet never affected, that makes you forget the world outside. Dinner was an experience in itself: generous, carefully prepared, authentic courses that spoke of the region and a sincere, respectful, and generous culinary philosophy. Heart-warming dishes, accompanied by impeccable service and a perfectly selected glass of wine. We decided to stay overnight, and... it couldn't have been a more appropriate choice. The room was a journey through time, with period furniture, scented sheets, warm lighting, wrought iron and antique wood details that told stories. The feeling was that of being guests in a house from another era, one that almost no longer exists. Waking up there, with the morning light filtering through the thin curtains, was the perfect ending. But beware: this is not a place for those in a hurry. Those arriving with a watch on their wrist and anxious about a "quick dinner" will struggle to understand. You come here to slow down, to breathe, to be surprised. It's a place that invites you to stay, to listen to the silence, to enjoy the present with all five senses. A heartfelt thank you to Elisabetta, Silvio, and all the staff for making this birthday so special. We took away a precious memory, and we already dream of returning. Rating: 10/10, no ifs, ands, or buts. A place for the soul. 💫

08/10/2025: A very nice osteria, somewhat tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac. The food is fantastic, and they also serve wine on tap. It was a wonderful evening. Our dog is welcome too, and even gets a treat.

05/10/2025: From my side, everything was positive. Sunday evening... I hadn't booked alone, so I said I could wait. They asked me if I wanted to sit at the counter next to the window (I gladly accepted). While I waited for my dues (which, in my opinion, was delicious), I read a few lines from a book stored on a somewhat retro counter. From my side, no complaints whatsoever.

23/09/2025: Pizza with friends, excellent quality ingredients, and a choice of dough. We went for the classic and loved the texture and digestibility. Recommended.

23/09/2025: I've been frequenting Ristorante Albertini since 1982 (I can't thank the colleague who took me there the first time enough). It's always been perfect, starting with the welcome: always friendly and professional without ever becoming "distant." The cuisine, then, is a guarantee of consistency. The dishes are always delicious and beautiful to look at. The wine cellar, stocked with excellent, high-quality labels, guarantees the perfect pairing for every dish. I won't even list my favorites; I could choose blindly and know I'd never go wrong. What can I say, there are only five stars and I can't give more. Anyway, let's make it 10!

04/09/2025: I went there last night for dinner with my family. The place is small but very welcoming, with takeout available. The idea of ​​a cone with fried food to go was lovely...the fried food was excellent, crispy, light, and not greasy. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it and will gladly return.

04/10/2025: The food was really good so far. I had a pizza that tasted amazing, but it was too thin and soggy. My wife had spaghetti carbonara, which was also very good. I also had a salad that was fresh and tasty. We'll definitely go back there and I can recommend it to everyone else.

04/10/2025: My pizza rankings have a new number one. Super-light crust, lovely bready flavor. That's what Neapolitan pizza should be. Absolutely to die for. The tiramisu was also amazing. Excellent value for money. We have a new favorite restaurant.

20/07/2025: A true gem! Decided to stop as I was travelling from Verona Airport, I found this place to be spectacular: fresh food, Incredible ingredients, executed in a simple yet fantastic way. I had 3 dishes and left absolutely delighted. As an Italian living abroad, coming back to appreciate this level of cousine reminds why we have the best food in the world. Grazie!

17/08/2025: I stopped just for a spritz at the hotel bar, and I have to say it was a very pleasant surprise. The spritz was plentiful, perfectly prepared, and truly delicious. The service was welcoming, friendly, and attentive: I immediately felt at ease. A place that exudes care and hospitality even to those who just stop by for a drink. Highly recommended! 🍹✨

12/08/2025: Recently renovated hotel. Pleasant common areas, friendly staff. The rooms are basic and clean. Excellent breakfast, and overall the services met expectations. A good location for hikers, but the hotel still faces the main road. I can't give it 5 stars because unfortunately, you can't see Mount Pelmo from the balcony.
