04/10/2025: After trying this pizza alla pala, we fell in love and returned every day of our stay in Venice because it's sublime. Their pizza is crispy, the flavors are super balanced, and the people are incredibly kind. You never forget your first time! 😀 They're truly excellent!

01/10/2025: We stayed in Mestre during our visit to Venice and for dinner we found this charming establishment. The atmosphere was pleasant, clean, and the guy who served us was delightful. The pizzas are exquisite, with a thinner, crispier crust. There are many options, and you can eat there at some tables on the street or take it home. We liked it so much that we decided to go back for dinner the next day. It's worth it!

20/09/2025: High-quality and refined 👌 with additional tastings that surprised our taste buds and provided a transition between dishes. A rather intimate setting for a quiet moment. The prices match the quality of the products and the service.

16/09/2025: Excellent choice. A talented chef with a fabulous sense of flavour and texture combinations. The service was impeccable, and wine recommendations were bang on. They provided many small treats on the house between courses… The atmosphere was calm and elegant. It was not inexpensive, but we really enjoyed our meal here, and hope to come back again before we leave Venice.

05/10/2025: A perfect dinner in a family atmosphere. The food is carefully crafted, balancing flavors between tradition and a few reinterpretations, with a focus on seasonal ingredients. Don't miss the cod dishes, as well as their sorbets (the strawberry grape one is divine). The service is well-paced and excellent value. We'll definitely be back!

19/09/2025: What a pleasant surprise ❤️❤️❤️ Incredible kindness and hospitality They offered us an eggplant appetizer (wonderful) and some of their salami (wow) In short, the food, atmosphere, and service were top-notch! Go there without a doubt.

11/10/2025: We were greeted by very friendly staff who explained the flavors of the tramezzini, conveying the love they put into making them. The place has a retro feel, which I personally particularly appreciated. We sat down and ordered six tramezzini with four truly delicious white spritzers and a Coke. The tramezzini deserve special mention: besides being beautifully presented, they were also well-made, with thick bread, plenty of fillings, and excellent quality ingredients. The white spritzers were truly well-made and balanced. I would gladly return and recommend it; everything was fantastic, but I was just disappointed to see the price increase for the tramezzini, which are now €3.50. In total, we spent €36.

06/10/2025: The place is reminiscent of the pastry shop of the past, there is every delight for the palate from the most natural to the most elaborate, everyone is very kind and attentive to the fast service.

This is the authentic Venetian spirit perfected. Do yourself a favor: if you are ever in Venice, make sure you stop by and say hi to Francesco! ​Bacaro ae Bricoe is truly an unmissable gem. Not only do you get this incredibly warm, familial service, but the location is spectacular—it’s a beautiful waterfront spot, perfect for sipping an ombra and watching the boats go by. The atmosphere is cozy, rustic, and constantly buzzing with happy locals. ​And let's talk about the food and value. Their cicchetti are miniature masterpieces of Venetian flavor, but the prices are highly reasonable, especially considering the quality and the prime location. You can enjoy an evening of phenomenal wine, delicious small bites, and unmatched hospitality without breaking the bank. ​This is more than a wine bar; it is an authentic, soul-soothing slice of Venice, run by three of the best hosts in the city.
