01/02/2025: My girlfriend and I were craving pinsa and we found this place. A beautiful discovery. We ordered two classic flavors, carbonara and amatriciana. Maybe it's not very crunchy in the middle, but that's personal taste. The amatriciana was very tasty and a little spicy. The whole thing, drink and Ascoli olives included, cost almost €30.

15/01/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo, location in collina suggestiva, camere molto gradevoli e cucina da ristorante stellato, abbiamo insistito per complimentarci e dare un volto a chi ci ha corteggiato con piatti fantastici, di qualità e preparati con grande passione. Personale di sala molto simpatico e professionale. Che dire, sicuramente da consigliare ma sopra tutto da tornare!

The welcome starter and high quality EVO oil were much appreciated.
The only flaw was the meat sliced with truffles which arrived lukewarm.
Prices in line with everything.

Discovered by chance, despite not having booked, the owner found us a place.
Welcoming environment, intriguing and tasty proposal, super bill. Special mention for the service, room staff present, non-intrusive and very pleasant.

Not a very large room, with a closed, heated veranda with a glass window that offers a view of the entire plain.
Average food, polenta not excellent, still fair prices

23/01/2025: Cosy atmosphere, excellent food and service. Best choice for dining on the way between Perugia and Assisi. And for two starters, two pastas, steak, grilled octopus and a bottle of Sagrantino de Montefalco we paid only 110 Euro. Win win deal!!
20/01/2025: Impeccable service! Delicious dishes well prepared and well served! The only flaw is a somewhat poor menu! I would recommend changing the dishes more often! Anyway, it's the third time I've been there and I've always had a great time! I'll be back!
