07/09/2025: We've been guests here for the fourth year in a row – and we always love coming back! The warm hospitality of the Winkler family makes every stay truly special; you immediately feel like part of the family. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful view of Merano and the mountains. We particularly enjoy the infinity pool, the sauna, and, of course, the excellent food. A place to relax and enjoy yourself – we're already looking forward to our next visit!

16/06/2025: Hier sind wir während unseres einwöchigen Schenna-Aufenthaltes gleich zweimal eingekehrt. Man sitzt drinnen und draußen im Gartenbereich sehr gut. Wunderbares Essen. Zum Reinlegen die Hühnerbrust in Schüttelbrotpanade und ebenso die mit diversem Gemüse. Sehr lecker auch die Nudelgerichte. Alles bei gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Aufmerksamer Service, netter Inhaber. Beim nächsten Schenna-Aufenthalt für uns ein festes Ziel!

20/08/2025: I give it a full rating because it's a unique place with a passion and positive energy that shines through in the food served and in every detail of the restaurant. The main menu is the vegan, almost raw, one (soup plus a mixed platter, which I've shown in the photo), but there are variations and even a few small fish. A nice carafe of good tea accompanies the food.

19/08/2025: An unforgettable experience! Alpinn is more than just a restaurant, it's a journey through the flavors of the Dolomites, reinterpreted with a contemporary twist. Each dish showcases the region with creativity and respect for the ingredients, in an elegant yet welcoming setting with a breathtaking view. Special mention goes to bartender Berry, who has created a series of simply extraordinary non-alcoholic pairings: original, refined, and surprising. Each one better than the last, designed to enhance each course and make the experience complete even without alcohol.

19/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in a spectacular location. The kindness and thoughtfulness of the dishes are top-notch, but ultimately the bread they make with butter is simple and delicious. The children's menu is top-notch (I tried it too). Excellent value and quality. Well done.

02/05/2025: Wir waren wie jedes Jahr, mal wieder im Knödelglück , mit Freunden, zum Essen und um den herrlichen Blick über Meran zu genießen. Der Service war nicht wie immer herzlich und freundlich, was uns schon ein bisschen irritierte,lauter fremde Gesichter. Die Karte schien auch etwas geschrumpfter mit weniger Angeboten. Wie bestellten 2x Knödeltris, Schnitzel und Gnocchi mit Ragout. Die Knödel kamen aus der Tüte,das Schnitzel aus der Fritteuse und das Ragout war trocken und lieblos hergerichtet. Wir bestellten zu den Knödeln extra Krautsalat,der sonst dazu gehörte, und bekamen einen kleinen Klecks dick geschnittenes Kraut, das geht gar nicht. Auf den sonst so leckeren Nachtisch verzichteten wir! Uns schien es, als wenn der Besitzer gewechselt hat . Das war nicht das Essen welches wir gewohnt waren.Schade!

07/09/2025: We had lunch here as part of our "Tour of the Mills of Longiarù" trip. The route was admittedly a bit disappointing, both for its panoramic views and its short length. We therefore arrived a little early compared to our reservation, but we were still served fairly quickly. My wife had the dumplings in broth, and I had the classic "peasant's dish" (eggs, speck, and potatoes). My dish was good but a bit sparse (especially considering the price), and my wife wasn't particularly pleased with hers. Overall, however, I wouldn't say it was a negative experience. The staff was quick and courteous.

21/08/2025: Only the restaurant can be reviewed; we didn't stay there overnight. Very fine food, not overly overpriced, a small but good menu, friendly service, and a great location. Excellent value for money. We'd gladly return.

29/07/2025: I discovered this restaurant by chance today and was absolutely thrilled. The service was very friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. The pasta and especially the apricot dumplings were fantastic. I'll definitely be back on my next visit.

08/08/2025: The rooms are very nice, the view is great and the food delicious. Overall, however, everything is uncoordinated and you can really feel this as a guest. The dinner selection didn't work out - we were asked three times. We had requested a birthday table, but despite two reminders, this still didn't happen. Drinks were served very slowly and when a drink was empty, no one asked about it. The afternoon buffet only had small cakes which were empty after 30 minutes and were only refilled after we reminded them. The website advertises a wine experience, but the service was incompetent despite repeated inquiries. Toilet paper was not refilled and there was no service at the pool.

17/08/2025: We ate there twice, both times very well. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the outdoor seating was lovely. I recommend it.

05/09/2025: The best dinner in the Dolomites. We arrived at 7 p.m. without a reservation. We were served immediately. The waiter was very friendly and helped us choose the menu. They served our orders quickly, and the food was delicious. We ordered South Tyrolean stew (very tasty and tender) and a pizza (with crispy crust and creamy cheese). Finally, we ordered the apple strudel: SPECTACULAR. It's homemade, and you can taste it from the first bite. The location was also beautiful, with wooden moldings on the ceiling. An ideal place to eat if you're visiting Brunico.

02/06/2025: Dopo aver parcheggiato nella zona del Castello ed aver imboccato il Sentiero 6a nel bosco, tutto ombreggiato, dopo circa 40 minuti siamo giunti in questo meraviglioso ristorante. (bello sia all' esterno sia all' interno). Personale squisito. Abbiamo pranzato con tris di canederli, piatto dell' "affumicato", tagliere di salumi e formaggi,insalate dell' orto come contorno, vino bianco, acqua, grappe, caffè. Servizio pronto, accurato, veloce, qualità della materia ottima. Salutato, ringraziato per la bella esperienza, abbiamo ripreso la via del bosco.

15/05/2025: Great little find. We are stopping in one of the 3 bed apartments and the hosts couldn't be more helpful. Martha met us with a big smile and handshake, showed us round the apartment and told us about the restaurant (they run) and the fresh food they produce. Pigmy goats, calves, chickens. Fresh eggs, bacon, bread and all the meat in the restaurant is home grown too. Ate in the restaurant last night. Excellent 👌 It's like a 5 star hotel without all the airs and graces. Superb and would dedo recommend 👌 👍 🥳 Table tennis and table football available FOC. Easy reach of Alp di Siusi and Seceda
