04/01/2025: Soggiorno di due notti per una visita a Trento, Bolzano e Bressanone. In posizione strategica e tranquilla, pulito, accogliente, immerso nella natura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per quanto riguarda la cena, porzioni abbondanti, pizza buonissima.

16/06/2025: Chalet Hartmann in Ortisei completely won us over. It’s a small, stylish boutique hotel with a ton of character. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing genuine hospitality that made a real difference. The complimentary breakfast was spot-on: great quality, plenty of variety, and a solid way to start the day. The location’s ideal too. It’s about a 15-minute walk into town, which we actually enjoyed - peaceful and with great views. If you're looking for a cozy, quiet spot with top-notch service and charm, this place delivers. We’ll absolutely be coming back.

24/06/2025: We stopped here for lunch and ordered a vegetable pizza with a special dough (spelt and kamut) and a Caprese salad, both of which were absolutely excellent. We'll stop here again on our next motorcycle tour. The service was also very attentive.

02/03/2025: Ich bin während dem Skifahren hier spontan eingekehrt. Ehrlich gesagt nur aufgrund der Namensgleicheit. Ich dachte, mit dem namen, kanns ja nur gut sein. So war es auch. Ich wurde freundlich begrüßt und platziert. Der Service war schnell, und aufmerksam. Zwischendurch dauertes es mal etwas länger, aber die Terrasse war voll, von daher ok. Die Speisen waren gut und reichlich. Ich denke, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. An die Meckererin den anderen Bewertungen bzgl. der hohen Preise. Leider ist es nicht nur hier sehr teuer geworden und sondern leider überall. Jagertee für 6 Euro, Cheeseburger für 24 habe ich woanders zahlen müssen. Das ist heute leider der Standard. Das liegt nicht an den Wirten, sondern an den exorbitanten Preissteigerungen bei Energie, Personal und Rohstoffe. Was im Supermarkt teurer wird, ist natürlich auch für den Wirt teurer. OK, nach dem Schwenk wieder zurück: Die Daniel Hütte ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Den fantastischen Blick auf Lang- und Plattkofel gibt es übrigens gratis dazu.

24/12/2024: Rifugio sulle piste lato Seceda con una vista mozzafiato sul Sassolungo e sul parco delle Puez-Odle. Ho mangiato benissimo: primi davvero eccellenti e soprattutto uno strudel di mele (con pasta sfoglia, che raramente si trova in zona) eccezionale. Ragazzi dello staff super gentili, premurosi, cordiali e soprattutto velocissimi. Manca il 5/5 per il listino, davvero esagerato. Ma in ogni caso consiglio senz'altro.

04/03/2025: Questo ristorante è dotato di una terrazza che da sola vale l'esperienza, posizionato con vista sulla Marmolada è assolutamente da non perdere se c'è una bella giornata. Anche per chi viene a piedi la posizione è perfetta e con una passeggiata di 45 minuti dalla cima del Piz Sorega si arriva tranquillamente con quella giusta fame :) Se aggiungete che si mangia benissimo, che il personale è particolarmente gentile e che i prezzi sono molto onesti, è facile capire che si sta alla grande. Menzione speciale per il kaisersmarren che è famoso per la sua bontà. Non ve lo perdete!

12/05/2025: Next to the Swiss border, in the small Italian town of Mals, there is a cozy patisserie with a wonderful view, where the people speak German. Adorable!

17/05/2025: Sono un grande fan della Pasticceria Hacker a Bolzano, ma devo dire che l'ultima volta sono rimasto un po' deluso. Le brioches, che di solito sono fantastiche, questa volta non erano friabili come al solito e le ricordavo molto più buone. Spero sia solo un episodio isolato, perché mi piacerebbe tornare e ritrovare la qualità di sempre!

30/12/2024: Ho cercato questa pasticceria perché le valutazioni sono buone, volevamo fare colazione, purtroppo i tavoli sono solo esterni , anche la pasticceria sinceramente non mi ha ispirato quindi abbiamo rinunciato alla colazione, ma abbiamo acquistato dei meravigliosi cioccolatini di loro produzione.

13/02/2025: we went to the restaurant with the ski school they gave us the possibility to choose between two VERY questionable dishes (pasta with sauce or ragù WITHOUT OTHER ALTERNATIVES) the very rude waiter responded to us in a confidential and grumpy manner the waiter only allowed one girl to take a different dish from those offered to the whole group (pussy works miracles) I found a hair on the plate and he replied: "take it off, come on, a robot didn't do it" he wanted me to continue eating the dish without apologizing or worrying about hygiene. BAD AND NOT RECOMMENDED RESTAURANT ps to eat something besides the plate with the hair inside I would have to pay extra... Moral of the story I was starving

13/07/2025: I was very disappointed with my visit. Although there were seats available outside and no one was sitting there, we were told we weren't allowed to order or eat outside. We weren't given a comprehensible explanation for this. Unfortunately, I wondered if our skin color was perhaps a reason for this treatment. I sincerely hope that wasn't the case—but the experience was still unpleasant and left a bitter aftertaste. All guests should be treated equally, regardless of their origin or appearance. I hope that more emphasis will be placed on fairness and respectful treatment here in the future.

Here, you'll be greeted warmly and friendly in the best South Tyrolean dialect, your dog will immediately be given water, and if you're undecided about the wide selection of pizzas, you'll immediately receive good advice. When the giant pizza wheels arrive, the first thing you'll notice is the aroma. With the first slice, you'll delight in the texture of the excellent dough with its crispy crust. From the first to the last bite, the excellent ingredients are convincing. Whether chanterelles or cheese, arugula or beef ham, burrata or pepperoni salami, here, pizza-making is a celebration. THANK YOU! We'll be happy to come back. And when you come back, this time with two dogs and in the rain, you'll be warmly welcomed outside. Arrangements are made so that, even without a reservation, you can get a quiet table for five people and two four-legged friends after a short wait. The pizza selection is no less overwhelming than on your first visit...and this time, too, it impresses with its aroma, taste, consistency, and size. And the price is also impressive, because if you can't manage to spend €120 with five people and then buy pizza and sweets for the next day, then you're obviously eating well. The best thing about Max, however, is that the experience of simply eating here makes you HAPPY.
