I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Bolzano/bozen

07/07/2024: Oggi dopo l'ennesima delusione ho deciso di scrivere la recensione... alle 19 ci presentiamo per ordinare una teglia d'asporto ma anche stavolta ci viene risposto che non ve ne erano altre disponibili (e fin qua niente di anomalo)... salvo poi aggiungere che ne avrebbe altre 2 che però sono già prenotate e di prendere semmai i tranci esposti... peccato che negli ultimi 2 mesi ad ogni tentativo (e ne abbiamo fatti parecchi) ci sia sempre stato risposto che non venivano accettate prenotazioni (l'ultimo tentativo giovedì chiedendo per sabato) ma che sarebbe stato necessario presentarsi al chiosco e prenderla al momento (chi prima arriva...)... ma si vede che per questi fortunati non funzionava così... dopo anni che tra tranci ed il resto andavo li ci sono veramente rimasto male perchè non è il modo di trattare i clienti. Peccato perchè la pizza è buona ma se questo è il modo di trattare le persone e prenderle in giro meglio cambiare pizzeria

07/07/2024: Wir können die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Absolute Massenabfertigung. Beim Salat musste man das Dressing suchen. Die Brühe der Suppe war mehr Wasser als alles andere. Die Soße zum Rostbraten war aus der Tüte. Geschmacksverstärker lassen grüßen. Da zeigt sich mal wieder, dass günstig nicht immer gut sein muss! Das einzig Positive waren die netten Bedienungen, die komplett unterbesetzt waren.

02/06/2024: wir hatten drei Gänge Menüs, es war hervorragend ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Service war auch okay, auf der Terrasse schön zum sitzen.

21/08/2024: You get to Gallo Cedrone via the Mont'Elmo cable car, for which we pay 32 euros per person for the return journey. We decide to do it on a rather overcast day with a chance of rain. Once out of the cable car, we turn right and take a short 10-minute stretch of road that is almost entirely uphill, until we see the refuge. Given the uncertain weather there are no problems in sitting 6 of us immediately, we order after a few minutes. We also spent a few minutes talking with the friendly owner, who told us little anecdotes about the area. The dishes arrive quickly: appetizing polenta, pasta with venison ragout and macaroni alla shepherdess according to a complex family recipe that only the owner is able to repeat. Overall, all in all satisfactory, prices are slightly high, with an average of €20/person spent to eat 6 first courses, water and 3 portions of dessert.

11/08/2024: Location: Located a short distance from the Monte Elmo ski lift station, this refuge is easily reachable after a short hike. Menu: It offers a mainly tourist proposal, but with attention to local tradition, offering dishes that reflect the gastronomic roots of the area. Service: The staff are courteous, fast and effective, ensuring a high-quality service and a no-frills experience. Bill: Prices are in line with those of other venues in the area, offering good value for money.

30/07/2024: The only restaurant. Of course, the view is nice, and you can find everything from sandwiches to pasta and meat dishes for a reasonable price. People around me asked me in German if it was organic. As expected, people in German-speaking countries seem to be nature-oriented.

07/08/2024: Don't go there. We took pasta with meat sauce as a children's dish and a platter with speck for us adults. The tomato in the pasta with ragù was the most terrible I had ever tasted (in fact we left everything there) and the speck was of terrible quality (so salty as to be inedible). Even the bread they served us (bread made with pizza dough) left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately we basically had to leave everything there.

30/08/2024: Most beautiful hut on the 3 Zinnen hike! Fresh and very good pastries (organic quality) and super friendly staff.

23/08/2024: This morning we stopped for breakfast. It's just how all mountain refuges/alpine pastures should be, for me obviously. No telephone coverage. The waste you collect along the paths is taken back to the valley. Excellent coffee. Cappuccino ditto. Few punches. If you want to top up your smartphone you pay. There's this or that to eat. So many stories for a hair in the first with mushrooms. It happens everywhere. Hang in there guys: next year I'll try to do it again. First it would be a miracle. 👋😉

19/08/2024: The food was really delicious. The panorama is incredible and the service and price are simply unbeatable! Only recommended. Opening hours on maps are incorrect. Therefore it is best to call in advance.

16/08/2024: The kitchen was fantastic! Every dish tasted incredibly delicious. Unfortunately we were only here on the last day of our vacation - otherwise we would have come back immediately the next day. The view offers a beautiful panorama. It said on Google that it was temporarily closed, but the restaurant was open. Otherwise just call.

29/07/2024: Stop for a coffee break before returning from holidays. Very nice and clean place. In front of the outdoor tables there is a nice playground with slides and swings for children of different ages. I would love to come back to try the food.

25/07/2024: Rapporto qualità prezzo da migliorare. Nella zona vedo un aumento generale e poco giustificabile dei prezzi che mi convincono sempre più ad evitare il pranzo in malga. Interessato anche questo locale: necessario migliorare qualita dei piatti per sostenere questi prezzi. Penso sia decisamente nelle possibilità del locale.
