26/03/2025: Short but special holiday. The La Baita hotel is the place where we left a piece of our heart: Mrs. Annalize and her daughter Erica welcomed us as if we were part of their family. Room service was impeccable, we slept great, as if we were at home. The breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality, everything fresh and really delicious. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, the venison and shank with risotto were unforgettable, but also the warm bread with raw oil. The Maitre di Sala, Sallustio, is professional and attentive to all details. The location of the hotel is excellent for skiers, you can access any slope very easily. We will return next year to enjoy more time in this wonderful place, which is part of our heart

03/05/2025: A wonderful place to stop off! There are typical South Tyrolean dishes from soup and dumplings to Kaiserschmarn. We were able to enjoy the panoramic view and sunset directly from the table. The service was super friendly and attentive. The price is also unbeatable for the fresh quality. We'll definitely be back!

21/04/2025: Based on a recommendation, we reserved a table for the Easter afternoon. We were more than thrilled. Very nice operator, extremely friendly and personable. The daily meal is presented to the guest. We made a mixed selection of soup, salad, Schlutzkrapfen, roast lamb and desserts. Everything was freshly prepared, handmade and very regional. We were thrilled and can recommend the Hofschank Aichner 100%. If we are in the region again, we will definitely come back there again. Thank you very much and keep it up! P.s. 19/02/2025: Pizza good. You can order takeaway here. There are only two tables inside, either standing or sitting on high bar stools. I was very disappointed with one. I ordered 2 pizzas online and had to pay EUR 41. When I came to the pizzeria to pick it up, it turned out that the prices online were wrong and I had to pay EUR 48, which is about 17% more. There are also different prices in the leaflet on the counter. I wonder where they publish current prices?

08/01/2025: Very good pizza, a takeaway pizzeria more than anything else, they have a table that seats 6 and 3 for 2... but it's worth eating a pizza from them, I highly recommend

05/03/2025: I was there ten years ago, the room was small, you exited from the first floor and the entrance door to the room was outside, plus paid parking and far from the hotel, I hope they changed something because it was also expensive, the breakfast was miserable, still ten years ago.

A family business where the mother works in the kitchen, one son makes the pizza, the other helps in the kitchen and the daughter-in-law delivers on the moped. We would love to come back!
