The food tastes great and there is a great selection. The boss is always friendly and creates a very pleasant atmosphere. A perfect place to escape from everyday life and simply enjoy nature. 10/03/2025: The restaurant offers an extensive menu with special dishes. Starters, first courses, side dishes and desserts. The seconds are absent. Some dishes may be suitable for vegetarians. Many of the ingredients are local. Certainly of excellent quality, as is the packaging of the dishes. The environment is quiet with a limited number of tables (reservations are recommended), the premises are very clean. The staff is decidedly courteous. Prices are significantly lower than average and can be said to be convenient in relation to the quality and portions of the food offered. Definitely recommended.

14/03/2025: We had dinner with my son 2 evenings in Trento Alta during a trip to discover the city of Trento and Monte Bondone. We were pleasantly surprised. The environment is elegant and refined. We liked all the dishes we tried, delicious and refined. The chef carefully prepares dishes using high quality raw materials, their cuisine is a treat! Whether for a dinner with a view of Trento from above (thanks to the wonderful windows) or for a lunch (you can go up from Trento with the Sardagna cable car) or just passing through on the way back from Mount Mondone... It deserves to be discovered! If you are organizing a weekend it is also worth staying in Trento Alta, a crazy location with dream breakfasts and views.

The refuge manager is very friendly and nice and speaks quite good Italian, which is not a given in these places. Good food and honest prices, a beer from 0.5 to 5.5 euros is now a pipe dream even in the village

22/03/2025: Pranzo di laurea di mio figlio, ovviamente comunicato al momento della prenotazione, abbiamo chiesto se potevamo arrivare alle 14, purtroppo x "nostra" colpa abbiamo ritardato altri 15 minuti, ma dopo una laurea si sa....ci può stare. Morale della favola? In 9 (non 50 persone) siamo dovuti andare in giro per Trento ad elemosinare un piatto di pasta perché LORO non ci hanno fatto mangiare, e ora vedo che da orario hanno fino alle 15??? Noi marchigiano siamo molto più ospitali. MAI PIÙ AL MONDO!!

18/02/2025: Actually, it's always been good so far. But that day I was very annoyed with a certain waitress who served us the cake (black curly hair with glasses, middle-aged). There were 6 of us at a small/narrow table. Ordering and drink service so far so good. But then there was a different situation with the cakes, since we were sitting at a small table, as I said, I wanted to be nice enough to take the cakes and pass them on (Because I work in the upscale catering industry myself and know from experience that when several people sit close together, I am personally always very happy when someone pays attention to me and takes the plates/drinks from me.) But since a piece of cake fell over when I was passing it on, I immediately got an answer in the face that it was shouldn't be: "That's exactly why I want to hand the cake myself. If they didn't snatch the plates out of my hands, it wouldn't fall over!" 1. The cake was removed NOT TORN 2. I would never say something like that to my guests/customers, it's not possible at all. In my place I always say "Thank you very much, very kind of you". 3. The sound makes the music Even if the restaurant is full, you have to remain calm and, above all, friendly in stressful situations, the A-O. Maybe the waitress should read this briefly and reconsider this action. I don't normally write reviews, but this action really annoyed me.
