17/03/2025: Very nice hotel, in a good location with zero traffic, 10 minutes from the center of Bolzano. Very comfortable room with a very comfortable bed and excellent cleanliness as with the rest of the rooms (spa, restaurant, etc.). Really good restaurant with prices that in my opinion are honest considering the portions! Overall excellent friendly service even at breakfast!! Very convenient car parking inside the structure!

16/03/2025: We were biking in Bolzano and spontaneously looked for a hotel nearby to stay overnight. After a short research in Eggentaler called. We received a very friendly welcome there and were able to quickly make a decision. The good experience continued on site. Very nice welcome in a quiet atmosphere, which is continued by modern and well-furnished rooms. We were also pleasantly surprised by the sauna offering with infusion options and a beautifully furnished relaxation area. I also really liked the option of charging my electric vehicle overnight (at no cost, by the way). The good offer was rounded off with a delicious breakfast, where we didn't really miss anything. All in all, the stay was great and I would love to come back here!

02/02/2025: Actually, it's always been good so far. But that day I was very annoyed with a certain waitress who served us the cake (black curly hair with glasses, middle-aged). There were 6 of us at a small/narrow table. Ordering and drink service so far so good. But then there was a different situation with the cakes. Since, as I said, we were sitting at a small table, I wanted to be nice enough to take the cakes and pass them on (because I work in upscale restaurants myself and know from experience when several people are crowded Sitting together, I'm personally always very happy when someone pays attention to me and takes the plates/drinks. But since a piece of cake fell over when I was passing it on, I immediately got an answer in the face that it shouldn't be: "That's exactly why I want to hand the cake myself. If they didn't snatch the plates out of my hands, it wouldn't fall over!" 1. The cake was removed NOT TORN 2. I would never say something like that to my guests/customers, it's not possible at all. In my place I always say "Thank you very much, very kind of you". 3. The sound makes the music Even if the restaurant is full, you have to remain calm and, above all, friendly in stressful situations, the A-O. Maybe the waitress should read this briefly and reconsider this action. I don't normally write reviews, but this action really annoyed me.

01/02/2025: Incredible hospitality, a beautiful small intimate place, they ate in a welcoming atmosphere. We were delighted by the food, from the starters to the first courses, each better than the other. We drank an excellent wine, in short we were sorry to have to leave. But we'll be back. Highly recommended

26/02/2025: I am writing this review regarding the restaurant :) The staff were friendly and welcoming, and even spoke English. And the food was incredible. I really recommend the Schnitzel. Unfortunately they have closed on Tuesday. If you’ll ever find yourself in this area, make sure to visit this restaurant. 100% recommend. 10/10

09/02/2025: It is an excellent venue, with a very beautiful garden, where there is also a theater stage, used for various types of entertainment, music, concerts, dancing evenings, etc. More simply, for a quiet evening in a small pearl among the various city venues. Excellent selection of wines, beers and spirits. The staff is kind and prepared. I advise.

04/01/2025: A magical place in Rovereto!! Buena vibes, good vibes, bitter cocktails, craft beers, wines or spritzes that you want to drink... they all have them!!! And really at a good price. 08/02/2025: I went back to eat yesterday after a year, I live 100 km away, but it was worth it!!!! The spaghetti allo scoglio are amazing and I challenge you to find this dish with 9 types of fish inside it anywhere else. Excellent quality shellfish and molluscs. Excellent service and elegant place all at normal prices!!!!
